Excellent atmosphere here with this very "charming" Hotel! Seriously impressed with this everything! The manager must really know how to run this place, because they really treat their guests good here! They cleaned the room everyday with very thorough energetic housekeepers. Front Desk people giving all nice welcoming smiles during check in! Stayed here 3 days and really enjoyed everything! The staff really treated me and my fiancé like we were important guests. And the breakfast buffet really helped increased the value of our stay. Gorgeous pool and shopping center right around the corner. Very pleased how smoothly check-in also! Even allowed early check-in which i loved because so tired Nothing but all good things about our stay here at Le Charme Suites. Excellent value!

Hotel is in a good location. Rooms and hallways are spacious. Boke racks on every room. Rooms are basic - they only provide bath towels - no hand/face towel. There are stains here and there but you know it's clean anyway. Quality toiletries and they dont use the tiny disposable packs - very ecofriendly. ☺️ I love their breakfast too. Pool is decent. Clean and big enough. Service is great too! Quick and of quality.

There has been plenty written about their great rooms and the nice pool. All of that is true but where this hotel really out performs every competition are their INCREDIBLE COVID policies, that give you the maximum safety at the price of maximum inconvenience. You will be grateful at check-in to get all your IDs copied, fill a paper from and then an online form. The feeling of being welcome is eradicated once you reach your room 30 minutes later. Somebody will march you to your room and point to the door but for your safety will not help you with your luggage. Thankfully you are safe here, but with a broken back. Fortunately the attention to your safety does not yet stop. You get welcomed by the room rules and after studying them, I had to inform my wife that the hotel requires us to keep 1m apart in bed at night. Who are we, not to be thankful for this hotels concern for our social distancing in bed ? Thank you Le Charm. The best is your absolute isolation from any kind of in room service. No cleaning will happen during your stay and that includes bed sheets, towels or the emptying of the wastebin. You can absolutely safe and happy rot in your room. Best proof for the absolute rigorous following of the no-service policy are beautiful spider webs hanging from the ceiling. Good to know that safety is taken to the next level here ! So if your safety is first and service or the feeling to be an appreciated guest is absolutely not required by you, then Le Charm is THE place to be ! We on the other hand were happy to leave and check into a much friendlier place.

What I like at Le Charme are the following: 1. Size of their rooms. It was very spacious and clean. Though you can gauge that it needs a bit of renovation. 2. Front office staff were very helpful and provided some good recommendations where to eat/visit 3. Pool area was clean, though no lifeguard present. 4. Location is at the center of SBMA, very close to Royal, Meat Plus, Harbourfront, Puregold. Things to improve: 1. Breakfast, very few offerings despite the number of guests when we were there. Most of them were not for breakfast. 2. You have to pay out 660 for extra person. Which I don't mind if the spread was great. 3. Room service. There was this flyer advertising meals to order. But when I called the number, the staff asked me that I should buy my meat first at the deli shop near the hotel and they will be the one to cook it. Kinda makes it lame.

I wasn't expecting for this hotel to be nice. We have been trying out hotels in subic every year for some occasions that we have in the family. And this just showed in my options in Agoda. I saw the pictures were nice and I chose it but wasn't expecting for it to be nice. The rooms are very spacious and beds are big in size. The staffs are so friendly and always wear a smile. The breakfast is good too. My kids enjoyed the pool even though the water is a bit cold since its December. The sunset even made it awesome since the pool is at the deck. My sons also used the gym facilities. In addition, the hotel is just beside Royal in case you want to stop by and shop. I will surely go back to this hotel and recommend it to my friends and family. Had to grab a quick hotel in Subic because I didn't want to sleep on the floor at a local Airbnb that was packed, and Le Charme Suites reminded me why I love hotels. One of the best hotel stays I've had at the Philippines. The hotel is very clean, service is friendly and top notch, location is great ( close to McDonalds, Jollybees, Japanese food, grocery store and massage services ). My favorite thing about this hotel is the details they get right in making your stay perfect. Room is very clean, stocked really well with toiletries you may or may not need. Cups are properly covered preventing any dust in the inside. I loved there was a bench in the elevator. Shower pressure is amazing. They have small benches in the middle of very wide hallways. A play area for kids. KTV rooms. The pool looked amazing with plenty of lounge chairs. Did I mention this hotel is thoroughly clean? You can just see, feel and smell that it is. It's not beach front, but it's a great location where you catch a Grab (like Uber). Highly recommend this place.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The staff are super friendly. There are a lot of parking spaces available but it can be full especially during the day. The room is spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast is good, definitely recommend to get the breakfast included in your booking. Overall we had an amazing stay and will possibly come and book again in the future

The view is great. I never expected how beautiful the view of Subic was.

On my visit I was surprised by the friendliness of the staff, and the location with a great view over Subic at night. It was brilliant and relaxing. The beer from the tab was great and ice cold. I'm sure I will go back and have a few beers there.

For a 3-star hotel, this Le Charmé Suites is promising. Clean and spacious bedroom and bathroom, comfy bed, strong wifi connection, and friendly staff. There's a swimming pool and nearby massage areas. Don't expect a nice view from your window though.

we did enjoy the day tour rate to this place .. we pay 400/person and 200 consumables drinks/food during weekdays. wifi is available but often lost it signal ..

Very chic boutique hotel. Location is great! At the center of shopping areas and just 20 mins away from ocean adventure and zoobic safari. There is a cafe and restaurant at the ground floor where they give coupons for discounts and free drinks. And outlet store and royal duty free is also adjacent to the hotel. The staff were very kind, attentive and helpful. There is a play area for kids, a big rooftop pool with a great view and wide hallways because you can bring in your bike (your own or ones you can rent from their gym). They have a gym and a spa too! Rooms were spacious, clean, and had very nice furnishings. Overall, the hotel is very nice and I would recommend it in this area of subic bay.

The rooms are very spacious but the bath room after you take a bath all the floor is flooded the sink is clogged The breakfast was poor there is also no place to sit

Strategically located. A few walks to Royal Duty Free, to Adidas outlet, Puregold duty free and Nike Factory outlet. Easy accessible to attractions in Subic as well. There are also food establishments within the vicinity. Inside the hotel has a play area for kids. No dull moments when staying here. Had a great staycation with them.

Worst place we have ever been. The management did not clearly stated the rules about the breakfast coverage. Do not attempt to come to this place again. You will only get disappointed in all aspects.

I rate this place a 5 out of 5 stars. Our rooms were well prepared and have splendid bathrooms. The staff are very responsive and hospitable. I went to their gym at night and swam first thing in the morning and one of the staff there offered to give me a towel without me even asking. That shows how disciplined they are when valuing customers. My breakfast was amazing as well. Hope to stay here again when I come visit Subic. Certainly recommended. 👍🏻

We had a wonderful stay at Le charme suites, all the staff made us feel very welcome and were incredibly accommodating. The rooms were modern and clean and they upgraded one of the rooms for us. Pool area was also very nice with great views. We enjoyed the breakfast, good selection and service very good. We also enjoyed the wellness spa and massage very much and the gym (very welcomed by alvin) we would definitely recommend the stay

!!! Note ⚠️ Please do not stay here. When I stayed here, there was no WiFi in the room on the third floor. The sound of music drums near the building has not stopped at 1:30 a.m. You can clearly hear the sound of the road outside. The room is completely soundproofed, and the sex sound from a couple next door has been affecting. For our rest, I paid for two nights. On the same day, I went to the front desk to apply for a refund and was told that I could be refunded the next morning. Unfortunately, no one came to deal with this matter the next day. When I was affected by the noise and couldn't sleep, I smoked in the toilet. The room was prompted not to smoke, otherwise I would be fined more than 90,000 pesos. As a result, they charged me 100,000 batches of fines. I don't care about the fine. The problem is that I want to know why this room with poor sound insulation and no Internet can become a four-star hotel. Even if I smoke in the toilet, why don't I charge a fine according to the regulations? The point is that I want a smoking room. I want to tell this hotel. It's because everything about you is terrible. It's not because the fine makes me angry. You know very well that this is not in line with a four-star hotel.

Everything was great, except for one thing. I booked a suite on the third floor and the soundproofing is quite poor. You can hear the tv playing in the other room, and people talking in the other. It came to a point that we started hearing inappropriate sounds from the other room, you can literally hear the bed creaking, *the slaps*, and obviously the rest followed. You can even hear them in the hallway. I don't know if they were trying to be loud but the fact that we heard *slaps* meant that there were soundproofing problems. It was complained to the front desk, and they were very responsive and handled the situation graciously.
