I work here! The only dislike about this place is the tricycles who’s own they are the king here and they not following rules of the road. They are so rude like no first in first go, don’t care on pedestrians etc. so be careful on the tricycles.

I already inspected this area when I was an Engineer of the City Building Official of Dasmariñas and most of the Industrial Establishments here under City Government are complying with the compliance to Engineering standards and government obligations. I hope they are still improving right now.

Huge business park with lots of Japanese manufacturers of car parts or accessories related to the auto industry. Almost 98% of available lots are already occupied - around 100+ locators. Wide roads and good security.

I enjoy going to this particular place and hoping to have some other trabsactions there in the future.

You must try the Ippon Yari Japanese restaurant here. Ramen is good, Sashimi and Sushi are good to. Even the tempura. They got a lot of items in the menu. Priced right and ambiance is good.

Accessible to buses,jeeps going to malls abd other establishment . theres a park ,lots of trees.

The place was so strict... Over reaction

Well fcie dasmarinas our guard there in entrance is stricted 'but its so friendly.submit ur driving licence only if you have no sticker.

This is a work zone area. Well, most of the establishments here are Industrial Companies. This is the center of Economic Activity in Dasmariñas City, Cavite. I came here almost everyday to work. This Industrial Zone is divided into different Phase. From Phase 1, 2, 3 and 4. Inside this ecozone are companies Regulated by the Philippine Economic Zone. There is also a law office inside the Industrial Zone as well as fire station.

Very nice industrial area, clean and safe. Good jobs and a favorite of the zones
