I had an issue with my gum when on a work trip in Porto. This clinic was able to book me an appointment for the next day and do a consultation. Everyone was super friendly, even though I speak English not Portuguese. I came back a few weeks later for teeth cleaning too. Highly recommend this place and Dr Sophia and the team.

Almost impossible to schedule an appointment. 11 days of emailing, back and forth, and I still didn't get confirmation of the date. I couldn't even get a price list, because apparently it depends on severity of the issue, which I understand but there should be at lest some approximate numbers. Hang up the phone when you finally get them after few minutes of waiting.

The clinic may even seem good for simple procedures and because it is “the best rated on Google” (a title they are VERY PROUD TO SAY). However, when it comes to complex procedures that require the MINIMUM OF PRIORITY, they do not have the ability to help the patient. We scheduled a cyst extraction for my husband on 09/23/2023, however the clinic did not perform the procedure because they were without power and claimed that they could not do the CT scan and therefore they would not perform the surgery. Nobody told us absolutely anything and when we arrived at the clinic, we waited 20 minutes to be seen, only to be told they wouldn't perform the surgery. Well, we live in Vila do Conde and we returned home without surgery for something that was not our fault. We rescheduled for 10/21/2023, on the way there was an accident on the road and we would be 20 minutes late. We called to inform the clinic and the receptionist informed us that due to this 20 minute delay, we would not be able to perform the surgery. (every week they change receptionists and they all have the same speech: I don't work here, I'm just covering for my colleague). Once again we are left adrift due to the lack of commitment from this clinic. Thank you for your lack of empathy with the patient!

I don’t speak Portuguese yet since I just moved here from US so Rita stayed with me to interpret. The dentist, assistant, and radiology tech were very kind and professional. The radiology tech, dentist and assistant were very gentle and thorough during my imaging and cleaning. The dentist made recommendations to help with my jaw clenching and grinding which I really appreciated since I felt this was neglected in a way by my provider in the US. In US they recommended just the mouth guard but here recommended a consultation to a specialist in the office and physical therapy like treatment which is phenomenal. Rita checked me out and then scheduled my appointments which was super fast and very affordable. The office was beautiful, clean, and overall high quality and 1st class. My professional background is in healthcare quality and patient safety, so this was something that I really focused on and this place did not disappoint. The folks here are terrific. Very friendly and helpful. I went in for repairs on a partially broken tooth. Dr Bibiana Correia was great. She expertly did the repairs. She was patient with my nervousness and things turned out well. I think the treatment I received was better than anything provided to me back in the U.S. Highly recommend this location.

Friendliness, politeness and similar smiles came from everyone at the clinic, from reception to doctors. But let's get to what matters about our teeth...so far so good, I'm enjoying the process of putting on two dentures and I also like my doctor, Dr. Maria Mendes, thank you to her.
