worst
service
and
experience
from
this
establishment.
Before
availing
of
their
service,
I
asked
if
they
accept
visa
card
for
payment,
the
sales
assistant
said
they
do.
After
the
session,
I
had
to
pay
P5080.00.
I
gave
my
VISA
credit
card.
The
attendant
asked
me
if
I
have
a
pin
number
set
on
it.
I
replied,
"I
do
not
have",
however
"my
signature
is
needed
instead".
He
then
asked
me
to
follow
him
to
the
card
terminal
which
is
located
at
the
crown
legacy
hotel
where
customers
such
as
me
paying
through
card
must
walk
to
go
there.
While
on
our
way,
the
attendant
told
me
that
"matagal
kasing
magprocess
kung
credit
card".
(This
gave
me
the
notion
that
if
customers
asked
initially
if
they
can
pay
by
credit
card,
they
will
of
course
say
"yes"
to
attract
customers
then
upon
payment,
they
will
give
excuses
such
that
the
phone
terminal
is
not
working.)
Upon
reaching
the
hotel,
another
attendant
tried
three
times
to
swipe
my
card
but
to
no
avail
because
their
phone
terminal
for
card
payment
is
not
working.
(my
notion
was
true)
They
asked
me
to
withdraw
cash
instead
as
payment.
I
replied
I
do
not
want
to
withdraw
cash.
I
had
cash
with
me
so
I
paid.
I
let
the
staff
know
that
such
treatment,
very
bad
service
and
"lies"
are
unacceptable.
Imagine
operating
a
Family
KTV
where
the
toilet
does
not
have
tissue
paper
and
more
importantly
no
soap
for
washing
hands!!!!!
Imagine
a
family
KTV
operating
where
they
ask
their
customers
to
go
to
another
building
to
pay
using
their
card,
the
CROWN
LEGACY
HOTEL.
A
hotel
that
caters
to
foreigners
who
usually
pay
by
credit
card.
Imagine
a
family
KTV
operating
but
giving
you
excuses
that
their
phone
terminal
for
card
payment
is
not
working.
Imagine
a
family
KTV
operating
but
not
family-friendly.
So
dissatisfied
with
SONGS
FAMILY
KTV.
THINK
TWICE
OF
GOING
TO
THIS
PLACE
!!!!
BETTER
YET
DO
NOT
GO
TO
THIS
PLACE!!!!!!
