Been here twice now with my friend, definitely a great place to enjoy yourself. Great drinks, delicious food, funny and friendly staff. Can't wait to go back again for more good times! (Didn't take any pics of the food we had, but we tried out the: Sizzling Bangus Steak, Grilled Cheese with Fries, and a Pizza Burger. They were all really, really good.)

Hands down the best bar in Baguio. Low-pressure, low-key, low-light, low-ceiling place for a bite to eat and a drink with friends. Beer & a full cocktail menu. Cash only. Four stars because it's an authentic bar with some personality, not because it's fancy! Prices are very reasonable. They offer a full-range of cocktails. Staff is friendly without being bothersome. I don't know if this location has been a bar forever or whether they just have a very gifted interior designer. Either way you feel like you stand in a long line of patrons that have bellied up to the bar for camaraderie and cocktails. I asked my server what he suggested for dinner and he immediately pointed out the Beef Tapa plate with egg. Not the most expensive item on the menu by far. I appreciate that sort of honest opinion. The Beef Tapa plate with egg indeed was delicious. A mound of steamed white rice accompanied with thinly-sliced beef sauteed with fresh onions. The beef was tender and the onions were not cooked into a soggy mess. Delicious. A small bowl of white vinegar was also on the plate and it brightened up both the rice and the beef. Additionally I was provided with a bottle of chili oil as well as with a bottle of hot sauce. I wish I'd tried them both with the meal because they tasted good on their own! Tragically they were out of onion rings, but the Long Island Iced Tea I ordered was both well-balanced and enormous. Bar has a good selection of both local liquors and Western brand names (Jameson's, Bacardi, Jack Daniels, etc.). The place was pretty empty when I arrived but more people were filtering in after 9pm. This is a great little place to escape the hustle and bustle of downtown Baguio and enjoy a bite to eat and a cocktail.

I've been coming here at least once a month (either by myself or with friends or with my mom, even celebrated my birthday here in August!) since June of 2022, when me and my best friend first tried it out here. The servers are always friendly and the manager knows me by name now. The food is really tasty; both the in-house selections as well as from the shawarma stall up-front. The drinks are always so good here, plus if they have the ingredients you can order your own cocktail/specialty drinks.

The place is so cozy you can just stop and chill here and I specially love their sisig. 😘😘 The staff are fun to converse with as well, even while taking ur order has humor in it. I usually go here with friends to eat and at times, well, drink. They have great cocktails and choices of beer. They are open until 12 midnight if you're looking for a place for late snacks, dinner, or a chilling place.

Cosy bar with a selection of beers (unfortunately no imported beers available, only local beers) and food available. Great service, with easy-to-listen-to background music at just the right level (ie you can have a conversation with someone without having to shout at them!) creating a great atmosphere!

Nice friendly daytime bar with a good staff and food. Dan and Elmer are there in the day running a nice bar. Very pleased with food. Burgers and fries were tasty and well made. Only downer was no mustard. The chicken plate was excellent. Pale Pilsner is the beer of choice, no Red Horse. Overall a nice quiet spot for a nice lunch. No idea how it is at night. Will definitely go back for a break when shopping.

Not just a bar, they have all day breakfast, too. The pork sisig with egg is really delicious. The place is not too big but I must say that it's a good place to meet your friends, unwind , eat and have some drinks.

Great chill place! We ordered cheese sticks, sisig with egg, cuba libre, tequila sunrise, gin tonic, jagermeister, and fundador(?), tapa, chicken fillet(?), porkchop(?), sandwich, grilled cheese, etc. Food are nice and portions are generous. Service is also great! Bartenders were very welcoming and suggests mix if you want to try something you have never tried before. They also offered their specialty drink which has 7 different liquors in it. We ordered that as well and expected it to be strong but to our surprise, it was more on the sweet side. Nonetheless, you can have it adjusted by advising the bartender. Atmosphere is nice too, great for groups to chill and drink. Suitable for 18 and beyond. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place is awful. They do not accept credit cards and when the bartender told me, he was rude and laughed. I asked where the sign was in front, cash only, he again was rude and laughed at me. My cheeseburger was a mess of burned meat, a huge glob of mayonaise, and awful cheese. It made my stomach sick. Beware of this place.

Sisig pizza was not as meaty unlike before. Over all everything was great but one of the waiters showed his bad attitude as we had reached their closing time and when we finally got up off our table, he said "haay salamat" which i found rude.

Dito lang ako nakatikim ng fish fillet na fish fillet talaga. ☺️ French fries are tasty and "totoo ang lasa". It's been 4 years since I became a resident of Baguio City and little did I know, this Rumours Bar and Resto existed. CR is clean and what can I say to kuya's nostalgiac playlist of 2010's pop rnb. My second time going back here.

DEC 2023. Definitely go. Only bar on Session Road. Thankfully it's awesome. So friendly staff. George, Elmer and the rest. Has an actual bar and not just tables. Decent drinks. Gin and tonics about $2 USD. $1.50 beers. Mix of mostly locals and some foreigners, as it's pretty much the only game in town.

I have been coming here since 2005. This is the place to go for a relaxing meal and drinks if you ever visit Baguio. Great atmosphere, nice staff, good food, cold beer, what more can you wish for on a Friday night out? (Or any night)

One of the known bar for locals and expats. Open until 12am. The blended cocktail offer hits me right where I want it. Took it at 12pm and was sleeping soundly at 4pm until 9pm. Bartender and bargirl = accomodating and tells tou when and where to go around baguio. Will definitely go back

Great atmosphere, good bartender and staff, and very inclusive establishment. Great for catching up with friends or just having a night cap. Also, very accessible since it’s located along session road.

The ambience is chill which is great for titos and titas. Their menu has a wide selection of food and drinks. The waiter and bar attendants are pleasant as well.

If your partner/spouse is busy at the Night Market along Harrison Road/Burnham Park, this would be a nice place to bide your time, have a sip of whiskey or that light beer. 😅🍺 The place is just a few steps away. Go up towards that McDonald's at the corner of Session Road. Cross the street. Turn right. Not too crowded (Went there on a Saturday). Not so noisy. Casual, nothing fancy. And if you're hungry for some shawarma, they have em roasting right by its entrance.

Rumours is a fantastic place to have a few drinks with a (small) group. Food wise I've had the calamari, burger, tuna melt (all fantastic) and the fish n' chips, which was almost fantastic but had one seriously undercooked hunk in there (bleargh). Can get pretty crowded, so I'd probably not attempt a gathering of more than 6 unless it's an off-hour. Service is attentive and great even when the place is hopping. Bonus points for smoking in the back!

Pretty basic bar and don’t look much from outside. But mood is good, lots of variation of cheap drinks, clean and most of all the staff are AMAZING!! 5 stars for the unexpected :)

Best place in Baguio to have a drink in. It's also the best place to eat in my opinion, it has a shawarma stand in front plus the portion of orders is bang for your buck!

👍👍 Famous for their Cream Puffs, but was not available. We had Sinigang which was really good and their buttered chicken which was okay. Service was amazing, there was a 'bot' serving the food and the service crew are always available to help. Great way to start your Baguio vacation

😠 I will be honest... the food was alarmingly terrible. I wish I were exaggerating, or had a better experience to write about. But I do not even wish to have my worst enemy eat here, so here I am writing my first review, as is my duty as a responsible citizen of the country. The main dishes were.......
