After explaining to the staff that we shall be having a working lunch meeting to discuss a multiple murder case and requested for a more conducive table... They still insisted that we be seated on the table in front of the entry way in plain view and earshot of everyone. Maybe, I am wrong in bringing my working lunch meeting at this place. Hence, I am no longer going to bring my meetings to this place and I do not recommend bringing working lunches here. I miss the old staff members when they first opened here. They re more accommodating... or maybe, they are just more accommodating to important people only. It was a sad experience for me. This is my "go to" restaurant... and then this. If I can give a negative rating for this... I would.

3 things i consider whenever I review a restaurant: Staff, cost, commute 1. Staff- they are very attentive. They will offer changing your grill vs the other bbq places we've been to. Fast serving of meat. And they will offer you a choice between warm or cold water! 2. Cost - more expensive than other provincial bbq restos, but then i found out that it has a branch here in Manila. You'll get a lot of choices - beef, pork, chicken, squid, salmon belly, scallops!! Everything's tasty! They have sides, too. It's worth it. 529/599 per head is not bad. 3. Commute - we stayed near this place but we still almost got lost. It's in the military cut off and the resto is not well- lit at night. You have to be attentive because the only thing that can save you is this place's sign board.

Delicious food, excellent service and a casual ambiance. Menu is pretty extensive. Eat all you can and drink all you can options are available. A wheelchair loft is available as well. Lots of parking space. Price is higher than average but worth it.

It has three branches in Metro Manila, but I only discovered this restaurant in Baguio. No regrets trying their all you can eat bbq meat and seafood. Generous servings. Charcoal grill. Marinated tender beef slices. Soft, chewy cuttlefish, and butter scallops. The staff attending to us was courteous and quick to attend our needs. Commendable. I am going to visit the other branches for the yakiniku experience again.

Was able to visit during weekdays and it was really quiet during past lunch. Service crew was really attentive during the meal. We availed their eat all you can for 699 and at first we thought thr first set would not be enough but we're surprised that it's quite hefty for two. Really enjoyed going here when it's not that crowded

Ambiance was great (4/5), food was okay (2/5), price is fair enough (3/5), but boy service is so bad (0/5), it took us 56 mins to get our meal, and 20 mins for just 1 service water 😂,,,, some staff are busy and some are I dunno, slacking off I guess.

The best grill in Baguio. I will definitely go back for the squid and taiwanese sausage. Beer is also good - and unlimited! Fruit platter, based on the other table, is not good (they did not finish it)

The ambiance was great. The smell of meat grilling on charcoal appealed to my senses. The food tasted authentically Japanese. However, the super slow service was a non-negotiable for me. I recommend this place if you don’t mind waiting a long time (30 minutes) to get your appetizers and close to an hour for your entrées. But if you value your precious time and believe “time is money,” then take your business somewhere else. We paid about 4K for four people who ordered a la carte, so price is average. Also, I love that they have adequate parking spaces. I do hope their slow service was a fluke and not the norm.

We came here as a group for the eat all you can deal p699 Pros: location is near downtown. Squid and meat tasted good as well as the salad. Cons: Very slow service and unfriendly and unhappy staff. The place was not full but it was hard to get staff attention for refills (took 2-3 reminders) and was greeted with coldness most of the time despite us being respectful and patiently reminding them. The p699 eat all you can or even ala cart is not worth it due to the poor service that ruined our stay.

Good selection of meats and generally fast servuce. They use charcoal which could get really hot and you woild feel it in your face. Good thing they have really long tongs so you can lean back when you cook your food. Will probably visit again when we’re in Baguio. This branch is lods betted than their MOA branch.

The food is great. I’m not sure if the service is too bad or they have a staff shortage. But the staffs did not welcome us when we entered the restaurant - I guess because we have kids and there were 8 of us but they did welcome the people that went after us. So disrespectful. Also they let us wait but when they saw people besides us, they opened a section to accomodate. It’s very bad especially if we were already waiting for 20 minutes. The service is also super slow. The rating should be 1 star but because the food is great (wagyu is super great), I’m rating it 2 stars but if we’re talking about service, I am very very disappointed it especially the restaurant is on a popular tourist spot in the Philippines.

Unlimited promo is ok. Calling for a staff just to refill the items was frustrating. There were only 2 side dishes as well. I just hope they could have tables for 2 pax. We shared with 2 other couples on a long table during our visit, which was very awkward since you could hear them all conversing and I bet they could hear us too. Guard at the parking was nice too!

Their buffet is not limited to just meat only. They have squid and salmon too. Kimchi is surprisingly sweet, which is kinda good .

Good quality wagyu meat. Loved the charcoal grill that enhanced the flavor of the meat. The chajan fried rice and the one side dish they had available were tasty. Disappointed all their other side dishes and the other alcoholic drinks were NOT available (no answer as to why). Canned Baguio beer was good. Service was okay, could be more attentive - but they did change out the charcoal for each meat order. Shout out to my friend, JM, who recommended this place.

The charcoal was really strong, it gave the meat an actual charred flavour unlike other restaurants. It's not bad actually, but the amount of side dishes are rather lacking.

We dined during pandemic. The quality of food is still the same. However, some of the buffet menu was not served. And they increased the price too. On the day Birthday celebrants gets 20% off and within the month gets 10% off nalang, not free anymore.

This place is a good Japanese grill restaurant. For 745 pesos per person, you get unlimited beef, pork, scallops, squid, rice and iced tea! The food is good for the price and the waitstaff are really friendly and attentive! We went on a Sunday, and the place is packed with people, so manage your expectations when it comes to service times though.

WE just dine in Today to this place with my afam husband and my 2 kids.i picked this place for my b-day and 12 years anniversary of marriage. we inter without friendly welcoming. we sat down at the table and waitress she just hands us one menu only and we get a frowny face to all stuff and i ask one woman to give me 3 more menus so my kids they can pick their dinner meal. the waitress come to bring more menu but all we get is roll over eye and frowny face again. to that skinny women food is okay price its ok...service is making it the business down. I could introduce this place to all my amigas and amigos but my experience I will let them know not to waste their time and money to this placed.

I takes too long for orders to come. The staff are not attentive, you have to follow up on your orders or they will forget. The charcoal stove is too close to the grill surface resulting in burn on the thin sliced meats and fishes... Not worth the price they charge.

Terrible music & why is it so loud? I don't come to restaurants to listen to B grade blarring bands, ever thought a Japanese restaurant could have Japanese BACKGROUND music? Please survey your customers. Good food and staff, thank you.

Went here on Nov 1 at around 2:30pm the restaurant wasnt that busy. We got the buffet and we enjoyed the food except for the salmon belly and the service was great. The staff was accommodating and friendly. Mon-thursday its 699 and friday-sunday its 749. I do suggest to try it during the weekday because they get busy on the weekends and orders can be delayed.

Eat all you can charcoal grill at php745 per head. Go on a weekday, if you'd like to get a Japanese beer or two as long as it's not a holiday (both local or national). We were there on a Friday, unfortunately and unknowingly there is a local holiday. For the price? I can say it's 70% worth your money. The meat and seafood selection are very limited (zero prawns), although I'm surprised they offer cockles, which are so delectible when grilled. The marinated meat is 1 level better than your usual Samgyupsal buffet. Their few side dishes are also delicious but limited to kimchi, some monggo sprouts and lettuce salad. Too, they are stingy with lettuce servings. The price also included bottomless iced tea. For children below 4ft, they offer kiddie meals worth Php199. For children 4ft tall and above, regular price applies. What I liked though was, the place wasn't as smokey as I had anticipated. Usually in my past food experience with charcoal grill, the smoke is unbearable for anyone who's asthmatic. Parking and resto is spacious. Pls note it's not suitable for customers in wheelchair. There is quite a staircase to walk up to.

This was our second visit here, staff are way too loud talking ,yelling and laughing to each other, kinda awkward since there are 3 tables occupied and all of the customers are quiet. And the service , very hard to even get the attention of the server , like all of them are too busy , u need to raise your voice for them to actually hear u out when u need something .

Tried their eat all you can buffet but the quantity and serving of food didn’t meet the point of satisfaction for a pricey restaurant. Ambiance is nice, and you can be confident that they do follow strict health protocols. Enough space is also observed for following social distancing. Quality of food is great, special mention to their sausage and iced tea. Tho some of their staff are not that friendly and tend to ignore your requests sometimes. That’s why I gave a 3/5 rating.

👍👍 Ate here everyday that we were in Baguio because we love the home-cooked style. Plus the price is definitely a great selling point Highly recommend their chicken (tastes good even without any sauce) and their cinnamon twists (100 times better than Starbucks' cinnamon roll).
