Very
nice
place
located
along
Outlook
Drive.
It's
a
small
resto-bar
that's
adjuct
to
the
bed
and
breakfast
of
Baguio
Country
Club.
Food
experience
detailed
below:
Soup
of
the
Day
-
take
on
Sopas.
Light,
flavorful
and
served
piping
hot.
Loved
the
fact
that
you
could
taste
the
richness
of
the
broth
as
normally
you'd
have
an
overpowering
taste
of
milk
with
these
types
of
soups.
Fish
and
Chips
-
batter
was
light,
flaky
and
cooked
to
golden
brown
perfection.
Chips
were
standard
potato
chips,
but
the
tartar
sauce
served
with
this
dish
rounded
out
the
flavors.
Margherita
Pizza
-
flavors
as
you'd
expect,
but
served
with
a
GENEROUS
topping
of
mozzarella
cheese.
Clean
and
light
flavor,
crust
was
firm
and
tasty
too.
Breaded
Pork
Chops
-
again,
like
the
fish
and
chips,
the
hearty
pork
chop
was
seasoned
well,
lightly
battered,
and
fried
to
golden
brown
perfection.
Gravy
was
really
tasty
-
but
not
over
salty.
Good
dish.
Gambas
-
it
was
what
I
expected
for
Baguio.
Frozen
shrimps
served
gambas
al
ajillo
style.
The
problem
with
frozen
shrimps
is
that
it
doesn't
absorb
the
flavors
when
you
saute
it
-
and
it
doesn't
have
that
shrimp
head
butter
that
imparts
a
lot
of
flavor
into
the
saute.
I'd
probably
skip
ordering
this
dish
the
next
time
I'm
back
here.
Beef
Salpicao
-
this
was
the
defining
dish.
Individually,
I'd
rate
this
5-stars.
The
rich
flavor
allowed
you
to
lightly
taste
the
Worcestershire
sauce,
but
still
allowed
the
garlic
and
olives
to
impart
their
flavor
profiles
on
the
dish
itself.
Cut
of
meat
was
tender
-
but
not
soggy
soft
-
so
this
added
to
the
perfection
of
this
dish
in
my
mind.
I
will
definitely
order
this
again
when
I
am
back.
As
Baguio
is
part
of
our
yearly
trips,
this
place
impressed
me
enough
that
I
know
this
will
be
a
regular
place
we
go
to
every
time
we
are
in
Baguio.
