We
always
go
to
Daddy's
for
their
Sinanglao.
It
runs
out
quickly
so
we
always
go
there
before
lunch
and
get
a
bowl
each.
One
bowl
of
Sinanglao
is
good
for
two
but
it's
sooo
sooo
good
that
we
don't
wanna
share.
:)
They
have
a
large
menu
list
of
Filipino
dishes
and
we
tried
some
of
those
too
in
one
of
our
several
visits.
They
are"
lutong
bahay"
quality,
ie,
nothing
to
write
home
about,
but
the
Sinanglao?
That's
the
best
dish
they
have!
They
also
offer
a
generous
serving
of
rice,
bigger
than
the
"cups"
they
use
in
fast-foods
joints.
Water
is
available,
self-service.
Pricepoint
is
Affordable:
you
can
get
dishes
for
less
than
Php100,
and
the
dishes
for
sharing
(like
the
Sinanglao)
are
in
the
Php120-180
range.
I
suggest
going
to
Daddy's
for
their
Sinanglao
and
pulutan
plate.
It's
also
a
good
place
to
bring
foreigners,
if
you
have
such
friends,
who
are
looking
for
traditional
Filipino
/
Northern
Philippines
food.
Notes:
--no
parking
space
--24hrs
open
--no
videoke,
in
case
anybody's
wondering
--forget
the
ambiance;
it's
clean
and
has
good
furnitures,
but
you
don't
go
to
Daddy's
for
ambiance
--okay
service:
waitstaff
are
overwhelmed
during
peak
hours
so
extend
your
patience.
On
non-peak,
they're
not
as
stressed
so
you'll
find
then
the
usual
Filipino
hospitality
--not
