Food was okay! We didn't wait that long for our orders to be served. We had combo meals and as much as I'd like to say that I loved the crispness & right amount of saltiness of the fried chicken, the breading was too tough that we thought they were bones. Spaghetti was very bland. Salad was great and the pizza was very tasty! The space between the table and booth seats were very narrow, unless you're thin then it won't be a problem.

The restaurant's customer service is inadequate, and despite having a large number of servers, they appear to be more interested in fooling around and making fun of themselves. Although the food was decent, it was not exceptional and therefore did not make up for the poor service. I would suggest that improving customer service should be a priority for the restaurant, as it is a crucial aspect of any dining experience and can significantly impact customer satisfaction and likelihood of repeat business.

The staff are rude and immediately clears your table when you are still there, and demands payment immediately when you are still not done, but love the taste of the Jim's Pizza bestseller and appreciate the talent of the live band singers.

I love that it's a family and friends type of resto. I hope they can move to a more spacious place so other food lovers can visit it more.

It took us over 40 minutes to get our order, the place isn't even full/busy that time. We ordered buffalo wings, pepperoni pizza, pasta bolognese and ice cream. Buffalo wings are too salty, jollibee pasta is better than their bolognese. Only things we enjoyed (maybe because we were too hungry waiting) is the ice cream and pizza. The food and service isn't worth the price. Please do not go this place unless you have no other places to go to.

I always order takeout, and I only order their pizza (today, I got their Super Meaty). Taste is ok, ham is on the sweeter side, and tastes like longganisa hamonado making me crave for Hawaiian to cut down the fat and meat. I'm always hesitant to dine in because just above their entrance is facing Session Road and you'll see people's feet walking by. I'm just glad they've set up covers to their pizza area (they cook it outside by the entrance) Overall they are ok, take out experience is good, staff are ok, and cooking time can be improved. 4 stars for take out and pizza only, not for the whole menu and excluding the dining experience.

The Ambiance Compared To Other Restaurants I Have Been Is Quite Standard/Basic. And The Price Is Quite Off For The Food Being Served I Hope They Match It With The Quantity Of The Food . The Quality Of The Food Is Great But It Is Too Little Although They Have Unli Rice And Free Ice Tea (If I Remember Correctly) . Overall, If You're Not That Hungry And You Just Want A Light Meal Then This Restaurant Is For You. But If You're Looking For Heavy Meals Then You Should Probably Look For Other Great Restaurants To Suit Your Needs.

Ordered 'Crispy Lechon Kawali Sisig' in the menu but it was NOT CRISPY. My companion ordered buttered chicken but they served us buffalo chicken instead. The food was okay and the service mediocre-- the waiter NONCHALANTLY puts the order and the bill in the table 🤨 on a positive note, the portions were big and the service fast

Service staff went above and beyond to serve us. We even saw the 3 male staff on the way out went back in when the lights went out to help inside the kitchen. Food was below par. Cheeseburger meat was extra salty (not cheesy) but the patty of the double cheeseburger was fine. The salad was good, my bf said. The potato chips were thinly cut and crispy. Shakes were not milky, too watery. #Sadshake Ambiance was ok, music was fitting.
