Came here today for breakfast and unfortunately they have very limited products available. The notice was even posted on the side where it's not very visible so I only got to know about it when I placed my order - after waiting in a queue of course.. several customers have already commented to put "not available" and walked out! I wonder how they were allowed to operate for dine in - tables are just a seat from each other - barely 2 feet apart! Admittedly I'm a fan of their chowfan that's why even with the long wait and poor service I still come here.. But today's dining experience really sucks - long wait of 21 minutes and all!

The staff are very loud they don't respect the people who are eating they keep on shouting.. this happened today december 22 2020 around 3:45- 4:30 in the afternoon

Sadly, Chowking’s quality has been sinking. From longer waiting time to smaller servings to bent food trays to sticky tables to oily food which look like they fresh out of a microwave oven. It has become disapponting and sadly, it’s a wonder why some people still go here.

Food is delicious but service is too slow, especially when it is a take out order.

They are not organized in so many ways. Also, you cant even read the receipt. Since we had a kid with us, we requested for a high chair and The waiter said he'd get one but never returned🙄🤯 PS: please help me decipher the receipt😱

Its your basic chinese fastfood. Its near the palengke and the usual taxi stop. Sometimes the cashiers are monotonous and not lively. The view on the second floor provides you to observe how the Baguio working class goes about their business.

The place is so crowded. The tables and chairs were placed very closed with each other.. i ordered halo halo, and disappointed with it. Ingredients is very less and need to chew the ice😅😅

This is our first time coming Chow King and the service was horrible. We waited over 30 minutes for our food! Isn't this supposed to be fast food! We complained to the manager and she said, "Sorry, it's a cook to order." Meanwhile there were costumers beside us getting their food five minutes after siting down, with the same exact order! The food was ok, the dessert came first, and we're never coming here ever again!

At first our take out order arrived with improper handling and a missing food item. We called them and they were accomodating to the changes and offered to replace the spilled soup and add the missing food item (chowfan)

I visited this restaurant and had a disappointing experience. The place had an unpleasant odor, the tables were dirty, and the floors were not well-maintained. Service was slow, and to top it off, the food left us with stomach discomfort. Overall, a subpar dining experience.

There isn't a comfort room available. Crew and staff are not amiable. A crew is flounce the dishes here, and they are yelling. And you need to wait 50 mins. Before you got your order.
