Try their other branches but avoid this one. We came around 4 pm for a really late lunch because of a previous appointment. We noticed that the tables already had plates, utensils and napkins. The spoon and fork on my plate was not properly washed. The appetizer (calamari )came at the same time as the main course(sinugba platter). The tartar sauce had a bug in it. We requested that the sauce and the utensils to be changed. No apologies were given. After they replaced the items the serving staff continued eating and chatting. Their voices were loud, they were using their phones to show pictures to their colleagues. There was even a guy who got his water bottle and used the water from the serving pitcher to fill it. He looked like he was in charge because a female server who was holding her time card asked permission from him to go out. His shirt was not pressed, it was dirty. The meal was not appetizing not only because of the noisy staff, the lack of concern for hygiene but also because the squid didn't taste fresh,the batter which was too white tasted funny and the grilled meat looked old ,tough and reheated. I've tried their other branches and they do not serve such low quality dishes. So I was disappointed to discover this lackluster branch.

It's the usual menu across all branches. The plus factor here of course is the al fresco dining when it's not raining of course. I find the place a little more pricey though. And in more than a couple of occasions, service was not that prompt really.

The ambience is great, staffs are accommodating and their sisig is dry.

I visited this restaurant while on vacation to the Philippines in May 2016. It was dinner time. I received very poor service. I requested for a pitcher of water. I waited for half-an-hour, but the request went unheeded. The waiters were very unresponsive and rude. For the price of the food, you'd expect a better service. I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone.

It's inside SM Mall. The price is similar to Gary's Grill, but it tastes better! The visual was very different from the picture, but it was delicious. Is that food in the middle a sample? I think it was, but it was really delicious!!!

The service crews are attentive and courteous with smiles. Comfortable and spacious. It's person with disability-friendly, however at the outside it is sliperry due to the rain. Food is sumptuous in proportion to it's monetary value. Its still the same old Dencio's signature taste to all the foods served to us, and I love it. See you again soon.

Not worth for the price.. Kare kare is meatless and tasteless while the sisig is so dry.. and most of all the ICE TEA was days old.. NEVER EVER WILL GO BACK THERE AGAIN!! Point and Grill is way better even tho its considered lower end resto than dencios.
