Breakfast - terrible, often cold, little variation, no fruit, avoid. Dinner - really good value. Excellent cuisine options. Most food very tasty. Staff are extremely bad at their jobs.

For the hype created in social media, I expected more food offerings. Selection was limited to Filipino and a few Asian dishes. No American or European dishes available. Place was good - spacious and clean

This should be a 5 star for me since all the amenities are really ready for multitude of customers. However, a little reminder for the staff to be careful in stacking plates and saucers.It is as if they are intentionally dropping it aloud in front of customers. Moreover, when you serve siomai and kikiam , a real chinese chili sauce should complement them not a mere tabasco. A little thought to ponder for Chef Arrieta. Nonetheless, this is the best merienda buffet place when it boils down for value for money. Oh, restrooms should be bidet equipped nowadays.

Elements Buffet is located at the ground or first floor of the Newtown Plaza Hotel. It can easily be located and you can either take your own car, they provide free parking, as well as public transportation such as taxis. The restaurant is big and you have an option to take a table inside the establishment or outside where you can enjoy a place beside the pool. The prices are different for breakfast, lunch, meryenda or snacks, and dinner. Yet they are all reasonable. The food is absolutely savory and we really enjoyed our time here. Our group of 8 had an amazing time and greatly enjoyed their selections of food and drinks.

I have tried their breakfast buffet a lot of times before the pandemic. Their breakfast menu is good but I wish that some of the food were less oily and less salty. Their breakfast buffet now costs Php380. We recently went to Elements for the merienda buffet. It costs Php195 which I think is affordable. However, the merienda menu is a bit limited. The waiting and kitchen staff are responsive and friendly. The ambience is good and I prefer to dine by the pool especially in the morning.

This is a great place where you can have a great dine- in when it comes to quality taste of food and quality place and management. It is a place where you never forget to drop by in and have a great experience of any food or its finest buffet you can ever have. Food is always great! Though yesterday, I was heading over the cereal station since they already informed us of their last call before they close their bfast buffet. I was surprised on of the staff was taking it out. Me as well as other guests did ask the Chefs if we can have some cereals and milk. The Chef-in charge did call for the staff in charge of the station. He did "scolded" them since it is still 9:30AM and we ate forming a line for the cereals. Kudos to the Chef for pointing out their mistakes and correcting outright. What's the point of last call when you are taking the stations off 30 minutes before buffet ends.. we stayed until exactly 10AM then as we prepared to go out. The Chefs did change the set ip and lay-out spot on. As a Chef myself, I was really happy seeing Chefs being dedicated to their tasks, working efficient and effectively.. Moreover, they have very good photobooths and lay-out at the lobby.. aesthetically prepared for picture taking.. This ks not the first time I experienced their buffet and I commend their consistency!

We got there at 8:30am for the breakfast, no plates, hardly any food left, empty fruit section, empty sandwich section, empty dessert area, and no forks and spoons. Told the supervisor and goes into hiding instead of helping the minimal staff. Supervisor just hangs out at the front and talking to the host and does nothing to help her staff. Horrible place

We had a dinner reservation for element's 8th anniversary. The queue was long and people were adamant to get in the resto before being checked. Dj chacha was entertaining and controlling the crowd the best she can. They were able to get people to line up properly fast. They might not have anticipated the crowd despite the typhoon being experienced. Good thing they were clear about paid reservations on the printed ads so no hassle if you have paid half or in full. Our table,specifically, was filled and we went home satisfied. Big thumbs up to the bartenders for keeping the cocktail flowing!

Not a good experience. Service and food quality is so POOR. I was served with 1 cup of rice 1pc amsll, dry and cold salt and pepper pork rib, 1 cold dumpling, 2pcs hardboiled eggs, 1 pc kakanin, and 1 cup of coffee for my supposedly buffet breakfast. Don't patronise this resto. Not worth your money.

Been here 3x it’s like Brunch? I can’t complain food is great, a tons of varieties, meryenda is great, drinks great a bit pricey but it’s unlimited I can’t argue about it. Have not try dinner, but soon. My family will come back to this place.

BE CAUTIOUS! We went there on January 1st with family and friends (around 15 people) Half of us, including kids, experienced food poisoning. My wife and I are still sick as I write this. The food itself tastes as good as you could expect from a buffet. Neither good nor bad
