I possibly got the least wanted room: end of corridor, back house, no windows, no daylight. But the TV, heater, outlets, lights, wc flush, faucets work. The linen is clean; the mattress and pillows are fluffy; a clean towel and soap are provided. For 1200 a day and with early check-in (arrived 4am and stayed until 11am next day), it is good enough! Plus they have a complimentary breakfast of toast and egg (two servings because I got the room for two). There are 24-hr security and reception. The location is excellent, just across Burnham Park and near the market; also near PRC for my ID renewal (Manila appointments are in March). And I love the smell of old hardwood; it is dominated by a heritage house. On the other hand, auditory privacy is almost non-existent; you can hear your next-room co-renter walking on the plank flooring and chatting with their companion so it's best to stay quiet. But over all, great stay!

Very accommodating staff. We were able to check out few minutes to an hr late, they didn't let us pay. Place and room were simple. But it's more than ok since we only stayed there at night. They serve breakfast - sunny side up, two slices of bread and coffee.

need a bit of renovation. they do not do daily housekeeping, unless probably if you ask them. we also had to ask them for the daily toiletries, otherwise they also dont bother. however, for its cost and location, its good and facilities are decent enough. breakfast is limited but again, good for its price. near session road, right by burnham park and good eating places and convenience stores nearby. i would stay there again, if i am on a budget trip.

Somewhat old, rooms need renovation, tv doesnt have good reception, hot shower is not functioning but staffs are friendly. Their complementary breakfast consist of of 2 pieces of slice bread, one sunnyside up egg and coffee

Old place, the room we occupied is not that clean, some parts of wood parquet flooring was removed... with breakfast inclusion but not worth the price i paid for...no parking space you will just parked along the side of the road

Budget Hotel. Hot water for shower is not available at all times. Staffs are friendly. You can leave your things in the front desk if you're planning to have a day tour and may not come back on time for check out.

Have been here twice,staff was friendly and kind. They are all very good,price just affordable,budget friendly. The place is near to park,market,sm,food was so great in food taste just nearby 5mins walk.orchidarium just infront only,over all i love d place.

The place is very accessible to the park, market,etc. Courteous and attentive staff. We were"fortunate" to have the room close to PUJ's terminal- so imagine the noise. . . Need to pay attention to the bathroom fixtures and cleanliness. But overall, I recommended the place.

Safe and very accommodating of the staff of the hotel. No worries of parking it's free . and very easy to access 24/7 of the store and convenience store. Very Recommended .

Amenities are old and faulty. No wifi. Still disappointing for its price.

Cozy and affordable rooms. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Accessible and right next to Burnham Park. Really enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommended for people who are on a budget and want to stay somewhere nice. 🙂
