We tried the drive thru not the actual inside of the restaurant. So the experience of the drive thru would be explained. There was a bit of line of cars. It was fast enough that the queue of the cars didn’t have any issues. We ordered the new flavors of Asia. The ebi burger and the k-chicken burger. Tho the drinks we wanted were not available at that time. For the shake shake fries , it could’ve been better if it was already placed in the shake bag not the regular container of the fries so that it would not add to the waste.

It's the millennial generation. I just can't understand why the security guard prohibits taking pictures inside at McDonald's during tourist season right in the heart of Baguio City. Man, this is McDonald's. Everybody wants to take pictures at McDonald's. Moreover, this is Baguio. Everybody wants to take pictures in Baguio City. And it's the tourist season! Instead of pissing customers off, maybe the security guard should check on the parked cars for Abu Sayyaf bombs and the like.

I have always been a Mcdo lover. But ever since they had the kiosks they lost the magic. It ruined the magical mcdo experience. I always liked people taking my orders hearing them ofder you to try something else and once you pay you food is all ready and you get a warm smile from them. Now, you punch your food in the kiosks, pay for it at the counter and stand up for not less that 20 minutes to wait for you number on the queue. It's just too exhausting and time consuming.

For unhealthy, calorie laden comfort food, this is one of the world's favorite pit stop. This branch has fast and efficient service. The crew is friendly and the place is clean. A/C is Siberia-cold since the place is often packed with University students, high schoolers and parents waiting for thier kids, given its close proximity to school campuses. Parking is limited. Tried out the new breakfast menu addition _ ham, cheese and mushroom omelette over rice. Really nice and cheesy. There's also a dessert kiosk 3 minutes away if the lines are long and all you really need is a sundae.

Primary concern is that they told me they couldn't give me service water cause they ran out of the free cups. Thought water should be a basic service.

I went there early breakfast time. The queue was not really that long. But waiting time for your number to be called was detestably long. The production is very slow. Even the two managers are already there helping. The staff assembling the orders is more than enough. Perhaps there is a need to increase the number of production people esp when orders from grab and food panda add up to the queue.

This is 24 hours open and the nearest McDo in burnham park. A bit crowded even at 10PM but service is quick! Came back for a breakfast! The outdoor space is perfect to enjoy your pancake and coffee in a cold weather!

Food is great Service has improve, except for the parking guard who needs to be more courteous. The place needs repair. Chairs and tables are missing screws or broken, the toilet is half working and often times no water.

Insular branch is one of the best McDo branch. Very professional and polite crew. My fave branch

This is my favorite McDonald's in Baguio City because it's BIG and bright with lots of outdoor seating, plus it has a drive through, but it does lack something most of the other locations have - crowds - and I am more than okay with that!

The place is great. The service is wonderful! The downside is that they served warm food. Like the kind of reheated type of warm. I'm not saying it's been reheated though. Most likely it's just an overstock of what was previously prepped but nonetheless it's edible, just not what I was expecting them to serve

Hi kuya manager mhyke! It amazes me how they employ the best security guard and even employ pwds!

It was around midnight and I hadn't had dinner so I drove through and ordered a 2-pc chicken and rice. When i got home I found that they gave me a wing and rice. No line at the drive through and they couldn't get my single order right!

Got to their drive through at midnight, was given my orders and was told its all in there. Got home they forgot to put some of my orders. I think this was my second time that I have experienced this at the same place. Always check your orders before leaving.

The food doesnt look and taste as good as in other branches. Texture is dry. One out of 5 dine in or delivery orders are wrong. :( staff is friendly but the food is almost always not at mcdonalds regular standards for some reason. Don't order the mcflurry. It just looks so sad.

This branch of McDonald's is very likable. The cashiers are kind and they treat you nicely. They also give directions in a way that you won't be stressed out. January 2023- low staff member.. Coffee and iced tea are very diluted.

McDonald's tastes bad. Doesn't matter if you are eating in America or the Philippines. Fries are lacking salt. The 1/4 pounder beef tastes like it has some type of filler mixed in. But at least it isn't dipped in that fake grease sludge like they do in the usa. And no free refills

We ordered 2 cripsy chix sandwich we were only given one. We cant go back we have shift and they dont have any contact number but landline.

Located right on Legarda road in the heart of Baguio city, this is a branch of the American fast-food chain McDonald's serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and all the snacks in between. This branch is always extremely busy so you can expect long queues. Even the drive through at this branch has long queues. Basement parking is available for dine in customers underneath the insular life building

They had the fastest crew/fastest service among the McDonald's I've been too.

Same as any other branch of Mcdo in Baguio the only difference is that ot has drive thru. Fast and accurate service. Just be careful when entering their drive thr. The entrance is a little steep. One tip i can advise is to let the one in front of ypu finish ordering first before entering. Parking is just beside the drive thru but its limited.

A place to get a quick bite near Baguio City Hall. They are open 24/7.

My favorite mcdo outlet near city hall and BDO ATMs. It has also limited basement parking, and if you're lucky to find a vacant slot - that's rare..! 😁

Nice place to chill while waiting for friends or just eating out. It is nearby commonly visited sites like the city hall, 2 elementary schools and 1 high school, hotels, banks etc.

Bad servic been to this place 3x, the restroom for PWD was always gross, informed the staff but no action taken, needed to go to nearby jolibee to pee all the time, so happen that my child loves the chicken mcdo, service & cleanliness of the restroom really bad.

2 stars only because they don't provide hot water or drinking water in case you want to add water intoy your coffee orhot choco, so bring your water ang peg

They have to be one of the most incompetent team of McDonald's because of their consistent failures of food preparation every time a delivery has been made. Very consistent of an item missing from the order, a wrong item sent or even just the food preparation itself where food contamination is highly possible!!!!! Mr Mike DR, pls get your team straightened up. Even your other branches are failures in this!!! I have not had a proper meal yet delivered to me. It's really disgusting that your team are just so incompetent in preparing basic fastfood meals!!!!

I order via drivre-thru and I'm not the dirver. I asked for large ice coffee but punched large premium coffee.. The fries is warm to almost cold. The crew looks mad and insist what was punched should be given. It's the customer responsibility to double check what they punched but I'm sleepy and can't ask the driver to double check. But its the staff responsibility to offer extra mile to their customer.

We had a great experience dining here. The staffs/crews are very welcoming. One thing that caught our attention is their guard (lolo) who is also assisting/helping in organizing the table. So good to see an establishment that is still hiring senior citizens.

Good experience, also, the guard is a senior citizen. Kudos for giving our elders a day job. This branch might be understaffed because the guard does other things like cleaning the tables. All in all, it is a good place.
