We liked Tsokolateria better than Chocolate de Batirol. The difference between Tsoko Ah and Tsoko Eh is that Ah is sweet and Eh is bitter. We ordered Tsoko Ah and it was good for 2 people. And we really liked the flavor! It wasn't really sweet. IT WAS JUST RIGHT. We also ordered bibingka and Churros Waffle and we really liked the bibingka. Definitely Must try! Edit: Feb 2024, we came back and had the mushroom soup, salad, and a bibingka. For drinks, had the tsoknut frappe and the toasted yema hot choco. Mushroom Soup: DELICIOUS, Salad and Bibingka: Meh, Tsoknut Frappe: Meh, Toasted Yema Hot choco: YUM.

Excellent food and good service. The restaurant itself was spacious and comfortable. Definitely recommend coming here for breakfast. One of the few places in the Philippines that does not accept GCash and their card machine was a bit troublesome so bring some cash.

Tsokolateria is quite popular as it has branches in Tagaytay and Quezon City as well. This artisanal cafe has more to offer other than their must-taste hot chocolate. Its name implies it’s a dessert shop, but they also serve pasta, soups, and salads. The cafe is adorned with hardwood, plants, and tribal ornaments. It’s built on the edge of a hill, so expect a windy situation, especially if you’re sitting by the window. There’s also a corner where you can find elegant ceramic plates for sale. Their hot chocolate is so delectable that it deserves another mention. It’s such a pleasant experience preparing the chocolate in its special container before you pour a serving into your glass.

1 tsokolate order is enough for 2 to share as it comes with two sets of cups full of mallows. If you're not a fan of sweets, this place is not for you. Their hot chocos are delectable!

So good to find a branch here in Baguio right beside Hill Station. A good place to get desserts and hot drinks after a heavy meal at Hill Station. The tsokolate was good, each is good for 2 to 3 pax, so i think its sulit. The ube pancake on the other hand was just okay. They also serve rice meals and pastas. We are happy with service here. kuya who got us the bill also offered to get us a taxi. We appreciate this kuya Ban Ban! Salamat po! 👍

When in Baguio: Early dinner at Tsokolateria Artisanal Cafe. They're famous for everything with cacao. Tried their Tsoko Ah Tablea House Blend, their all-time favorites Bacon Lechon Kawali and Adobo Overload, and Churros Bites for dessert. Food is okay. Nice and accommodating staff.

Love the ambience and the view while having good food. Come by and try their chocolate drink (baterol). I had the classic which is served in a silver pitcher with the wooden mixer. Also try the Bibingka(₱300), super good with the Chocolate drink(₱260). It is the right combo of sweetness and saltiness. Price is not cheap but reasonable and certainly worth the experience.

Had our breakfast here today. The place has a good ambiance, we are seated right beside the big window, feeling the cold wind breeze while drinking our bittersweet tsokolate eh. The sweetness of the chocolate is just right for me. We also ordered croque madame and it's one of the best dishes i have tasted, I highly recommend you to try it out. We had a great time feeling the serenity of Baguio in this place. Will definitely go back.

One of the best hot chocolate I’ve tasted! Located at Upper Session Road, it’s after Hill Station if you’re coming from SM Baguio. Limited road parking. Typical restaurant vibe. No much customers during our visit. Servers are attentive and helpful. Tsokolate Ah is the bomb! Like their tsokolate Ah in their Baguio branch tastes wayyy better that other Tsokolateria branches! It’s thick with just the right medley of sweetnees and bitterness. It hits spot on to our liking! Their 12pcs churros bites + tsokolate dip is heavenly! Their churros tastes plain but it works perfectly well with the veeerrryyy flavorful dip. It was a chocolate explosion madness that left us wishing we had more churros pieces because there’s so much dip left when we finished eating. It was a great experience and WAYYY better than that famous hot chocolate place in Baguio. #whereisjecka

Love the chocolatey goodness. A must try when you visit Baguio City. Just a tip, we made a mistake in ordering since we thought it was per cup, only to know that it comes in pitchers. We still had a good time tho, sugar rush was real

A great place to taste local chocolate treats. I highly suggest trying out their hot chocolate drinks with your meal. Their waffles are served with both chocolate and syrup for you to try. The location has a nice overview of the hillside and you can get a cool breeze of air when seated near the window.

Great food, unfortunately not the service. We had a nice meal there one evening and went back for a second time as my wife really enjoyed the chocolate drinks. We were very surprised when we arrived the second time to be told that as just a couple there was not enough people in our party, we had to be a minimum of 4!!!

First stop of my Baguio Food Trip chronicles ay dito sa Tsokolateria. I was looking forward sa hot chocolate. But it was too sweet for me. 2 out of 5. They have bittersweet option I think that would have been a better choice. Anyhow, I tried asking for hot water to dilute sana kaya lang di dumating yung water. I love the girl who took my order tho, very welcoming. I also ordered croque madame. 3 out of 5. Love the sauce and they have good serving.

Love the atmosphere and all the staff are kind and approachable... foods are great .. we ordered choc-nut tablea, tablea waffle and salpicao and Sriracha The price might be a little high but would definitely come back to try other dishes

Sat next to the window, it was a sunny afternoom but the breeze was super cold. Very nice to sip on the tsokolate de batirol. So warm and smooth! One of the best tsokolate de batirol I've ever had!

The place is so laidback, or I guess I went there early in the morning on a weekday, so there wasn't many people dining in. I love the atmosphere. Here's what I ordered: Tsoko mallow ₱190 Pancake souffle bibingka, quezo, itlog na maalat ₱340 The souffle bibingka was divine. Love the combo of the sweetness from the chocolate syrup, maple syrup (or was it honey?), the saltiness of the cheese and salted egg. It all makes sense and I quite like it. It was so indulgingly delicious, I wish I had more. The tsoko mallow was alright. Big serving, could be good for 2 people. But since I travelled solo, it was too much for me. I had to finish it because I don't like food waste as much as I don't like the term sunk cost. That said, this chocolate drink isn't my favorite. It was a bit bitter for my taste but I managed to finish it up to spite it. I was that bitter. LMAO. The staff are all nice and smiley and accommodating. I wasn't chatty myself so I appreciated that they didn't talk to me much apart from asking for my order and asking me if everything was alright. And everything was fine.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE! The food, ambience, service, and view are all great. When we go to Baguio, we would usually go for hot drinks at the one around Burnham Park. Our visit here was unplanned as we were only roaming around Session Road but it was by far the best hot chocolate I had in Baguio! I would also HIGHLY recommend their Champorado (you will regret not trying it). I also commend their bibingka with the honey and chocolate on the side. Overall, I personally believe that this is a MUST VISIT when you go to Baguio. I would always say yes for this restaurant.

After eating our fill in Pamana restaurant, we ordered Tsokolate Ah and Tsok nat. Not too thick, not too thin, just the right consistency and sweetness. Enjoyed the hot drink against the cold and wet weather.

Food was good. Service good too. They had no cold drinks when we visited. They also have no GCash or Card payment options

The traditional bitter choco is so delicious!!! Not greasy or too sweet!! Risotto is average though. Also love the environment where you could see the city view

Love all their hot chocolate. Let's you experience the rich flavor of chocolate.

Maybe it's either because they can't handle the amount of people during holy week or understaff, but from the reception, to taking orders, and restroom hygiene, it was lacking. We got their Tsko-mallow and Tablea Sampler. If you're a big fan of chocolate this place is for you. I've listed out my take on the Tablea Sampler for your reference. I prefer the one with the whipped cream since it's mellowed out chocolate. The others you must eat with their accompaniment (except the mint of course).

This is a no brainer for batirol and tablea lovers. Hat's off to everything in the menu. Waiters also are very courteous and professional. Roland sets the high standard representing Tsokolateria! Thanks a big bunch! Highly recommended!

We stayed in the resto to chill out. First floor is under renovation but still allow few people to dine. The second floor area is homey. We ordered cucumber drink, sago, coffee and chocolate balls. It would be good to reserve a slot before going there.

Nice view by the window, cozy interior, yummy food. The chocolate drink is too sweet for us because we also had the champorado which was perfect but overall, it was divine. 😋

This was our last stop before leaving baguio last November. And it's definitely one of my favs now. They offer delicious and chocolatey meals (that you wont notice at all theres a chocolate in your food lols) super busog and satisfied with every meals we had. Tho the prices aren't that budget friendly. But it is a must try 💖

Come hungry as you’ll certainly be stuffed. We tried their tsokolate eh (bittersweet >> a tad too sweet for my taste), adobo flakes pandesal (found this too oily and lacking in flavor), longganisa fundido (flavorful but too oily at the bottom), and plain churros waffle (it does taste like churros!). All dishes incorporate cacao, but thankfully, they are optional (in separate shot glasses). Interesting and filling meal!

Good value for your money & time whenever you're in Baguio city. We were pleasantly surprised that great food (plus hefty servings) wasn't so pricey. And the rustic ambiance adds to the gastronomic experience. Parking space is a bit limited but its accessible location makes up for it. Definitely a must-try food haven.

I was super excited to try this place cause I heard a lot of good things about it. But the service was super slow and food was not even good! The hot chocolate was supposed to be hot but they served it cold plus the bibingka was super dry. Idk def not worth the hype!

They handle holiday crowds very poorly, don't come here during December. We ordered pasta and bangus breakfast meal with coffee, and it took more than 30 minutes to wait. Their tarte looks good, but we were told the wait would be 40-50 minutes, so we passed on that. Apparently, their expresso machine was also broken, so they only offered brewed coffee. The server didn't write our order down and had to ask us to repeat our simple order over and over. Overated place.
