The restaurant is nice and not too much crowded. However, the fried chicken is salty specially the skin part and not much cooked properly. We tried the new smoked barbecue zinger burger but it is salty as well for me. They have a washroom upstairs but they should fix it so customers can use it.

Ordered the Super Meal from Grab and when it arrived my chicken had a hair attached to the breading. I reached out to KFC and they immediately apologized for the order and delivered a new meal with free fries. Kudos for handling the situational well. Just make sure that before the order reaches the customer you should check that nothing like this happens again.

Excellent service. The place used to be very busy but today it's pretty quiet more favourable for regular diners like me. My daughter loves the fries. Coleslaw is great too. Of course, nothing beats it's fried chicken with extra gravy😊😋

Gravy is not as good as it was before but I still love their chicken. Just wondering why they had to serve their iced tea with a separate sugar syrup. Located at lower session road. They have a dining area at the second floor.

I asked the manager/cashier for a thigh part, but they've given me breast part. I was about to pay via GCash, and it is not working. The QR Code was not correctly readable. I said it to the manager and the manager didn't do something to solve the problem. I've dine-in upstairs. So hot, and the windows are not opened. It was a bad experience. Soup doesn't taste good, taste like water and also the gravy, the taste is dull. Sorry for my negative comment, it was just my exact experience when I visited the store.

Employees, especially the manager, were unwelcoming and unprofessional. No welcome's or thank you's. They even served our food later than the customers who arrived after us because they forgot, and they did not even apologize. Had to get the rest of the food from the counter even if we were given a number and we already went to the second floor. This was even at night so the place wasn't even packed. This is also the branch that always doesn't give out utensils (even if indicated and noted) when we order for delivery.

Sometimes take out orders are not complete. Other staff are very slow and at times not very friendly. For dine in, sometimes they don't dish out at once. You still have to call their attention in order for them to clean the tables.

Super lousy service. Always out of ingredients. Items in menu always unavailable. Super super late confirmation and inefficient delivery service. Manager needs to go back to training bec of very very poor delivery service and the staff cannot catch up.

I think it usually does take a while for KFC to serve the food cause of their menu so this place was no different. Pretty tight though. Good for take outs.

Thr interior looks sad. Hard to access the comfort room, Spicy Chicken here is not really spicy at all

The chicken burger was not good, and the portion size for the price was really bad. The tables are not cleaned. 9/10 would not recommend.

If i can give them zero stars i will. Missing 24 pcs from my order. It was already paid. Terrible

Went there on March 20, 2021 at 9:40 am to eat for breakfast. The crew who took my order is not welcoming, I asked for the creamy iced coffee (additional) but as if she didn't hear it and their food portion here in the Ph is completely different from the other country. **I like the KFC from Dubai, its much tastier.

I have no idea with the Crew's schedule or what but i think it's kinda unussu letting one crew entertain orders from customers in line during lunch time while the rest of the other crews sit by the table. Am sorry if am making a mistake here but my point is we the costumers are being affected by what and how you perform. So like maybe fix the Crew's schedule and may teamwork be applied for your benefit as well.Thank you for hearing this out.

Don't go to this branch, very bad customer service. They leave the cashier with a long que and people are piling up.

Bad service. We ordered food and the lady didn’t even bother asking what we want and keeps talking to the other staff. Gave out iced tea when she didn’t even ask what drinks we want. They didn’t have fries and automatically thought we wanted mashed potato without asking. No napkins provided even.
