This was a lovely place to eat after a morning of walking around. The staff were very friendly and the food tasted really good. Affordable pricing and they do partys. After the covid-19 I will be going back to baguio and will surely be stopping for a bite to eat. Some parking is available and pretty easy to access and locate.

Spacious and clean with ample parking. This particular branch is near tourist spots - Wright Park, Mansion House, Mines View and Camp John Hay. Waiting time for pizza in our case was 35 min (we ordered 2 party pizzas) and there were only a few customers then. But hey this is Shakey's - pizza and pasta are good, chicken and mojos are great

Not my choice but my cousins nephew who was eager for some pasta dish which was awful. Their special offer of a bundle sale was suffice for appetite. Courteous and friendly staff service was better than the food served.

Great customer service is only overshadowed by their good food. We love their spicy mojos, louisiana shrimp pizza, salmon pizza, managers choice pizza, belly buster and hi protein pizza. Location is perfect for touritsa and locals. Parking is also adequate.

On 14.12.22 at around 6pm when it was not a busy time at the restaurant, we ordered for takeaway a box of Chicken N' Mojos, went home and found that they gave us chicken and a few french fries as per photo. Without letting us know beforehand that they can't provide us what we ordered for and replacing with something that is not of the same value, this is such an improper and deceitful act from the store.

A good place to visit when your tummy crumbles. It is just besides the W. Park. A walking distance after the crowds favourite horse back riding. Just do not forget to park your horse first before entering the parlor. Nice food. Nice ambiance too.

Good pizza of course. Good location to relax far from CBD.

The place looks good and is actually a wide space.. And of course, their food - it has always been good specially the Scallops Pizza with spices...definitely yummy..

Im not putting Shakeys down however the experience from this branch was unacceptable. I was forced to drive by and order as the 77777 hotline was putting me on hold for quite sometime. The Manager on duty was quite rude. profiling us on how we dress knowing that i can pay for what i can order and more. It was my mistake that i brought an expired supercard of my moms and not the one i bought from Dec 2018. The manager named “Mark” said i cant claim the benefits of the supercard without the physical card as they have to swipe it from their system he mentioned that even the delivery will do the same. Long story short, Fhurer Talino was superb and should be in that “Manager Mark” shoes. I hope Shakeys can look into the values of their leadership as they can lose good employees like Fhurer Talino. and as for you “Manager Mark” may God Bless you more.

Clean, nice warm place to dine in. But limited parking space on peak hours.

A good family pizza place. Pizzas are good quality. Out favorite is the Shrimp and Spinach thin crust and the Hawaiian Special. Both are served with a fair amount of toppings for the price. Their pizza card is SUPER. Two pizzas for the price of one with a liter of Coke as well.

always recommend this for a quick snack for those who's coming from botanical garden and the mansion, tho it might get crowded over the weekends specially at noon time

I came in lil past 4 oclock, two ladies gave me the menu i then raised my hand when i was ready to order, a guy wearing a black pants and uniform took my order, then a few minutes later.. he said i have to wait for my order. I asked him how much and then gave 2k for my orders. I asked another crew How long do i have to wait, he told me 15min.after seeing my receipt. Can i come back after 15 min?- I asked, he said yes! Whats your name? so I said Marxel...he repeated twice.. then I went. 15min past I went back, my order was not yet ready when I gave my receipt to one of the crews.. few minutes past, wondering I asked again, a crew talked to me in his native tongue I am not familiar with.. then repeated himself in tagalog that one of them will just come to me to get me my order. many more minutes came.. nothing.. I asked again,.. So, apparently they gave away my order to someone else.. now they(crews)were talking.. one said sorry they will have to redo my order.. now told me to wait for 10 more minutes. Oh... wow? I checked the time it's now 5:30. kay, just afew my order was there.. I have to check since all the while, they have been so careless..ooops the MOJOs(a part of my order) are fries. then I asked what happened? Then the same crew said sorry there was no mojo supplies all over the Philippines. Oh come on, all I got was sorry for all the time i waited and the mistake these crew did. For the next 10 days we have left at Baguio, I am sure we are gonna prevent this establishment.

Staff was great. They were all over the place but tried their best during a busy lunch time. Loved the crane arcade to make the kids hyped.

Crew is attentive to customer needs. However, I really got confused with the billing and if they got the correct shakey's card back to us. It was totally confusing.

Ordered takeout (spaghetti and chicken) and went to go on a picnic at Camp John Hay, they didn’t provide any cutlery. I guess we’ll use our hands for the spaghetti.

The staff was very slow; we asked for water three times already and were only given it when we asked for the fourth time. Nonetheless, the food was great.
