Main headaches were leaving the parking even when there was another car blocking our exit path. The guests do double parking just so everyone can fit. Some of the beds are hard and stiff. The wifi becomes weak at busy hours of the day/night. The service is good though. Warm shower water is reliable. Room is spacious and linen is clean. The location is great for easy traveling.

Overall its good. However, just like what i read from other review, it seems some rooms were not utilized often thereby there is a feeling of dustiness. And i think my kid was bitten by dust mites that he can't sleep well and woke up wih swollen lip. As well as some mosquitoes inside our room. You can request to clean if you find it appropriate. By the way our room was located at the lower ground floor level. Probably it's better on the upper side rooms. The location was good, with restaurant, parking.

We stayed for two nights in South Drive Baguio Manor. Check-in and check-out was fast. Room is clean and neat. The hotel staffs were polite and helpful. However, the location is a bit far from the main road. It would take time for you to ride a taxi. Overall, it was a great stay.

Rooms were ok but service and food is great. One night a critter decided to come in our room so we called the front desk and told them what's happening. A few minutes later someone came up to our room and gave us a supersonic pest repeller. Critter was not repelled and i have to shoo it outside the terrace.

The service is good. The staff are all polite. The rooms are old but clean. Downside is that we can hear thumping and footsteps from the room above. Strong wifi connection. Best thing is their smart TV with netflix subscription.

The location is best if you need to find the calmness that you are looking for with old Baguio vibes. Also, near Teachers camp. The hotel is old and it is very obvious in their facilities and furniture. Wifi is top notch as we didn’t experience any problem. The only complaint lang is the water heater sa shower, hindi sya gumagana and since super lamig sa Baguio, we have to take a bath na walang hot water. We also got discount sa booking kasi off season sya. They also serve food and the price is affordable.

The breakfast food is good. but when we arrived the bed sheet so dirty so we requested for new ones. This is the first hotel I encountered without slippers. Do not ever choose the balcony side because it's really noisy even if the door is closed. View is ok. There's also brown out.

Value for money is good. Staff are friendly. Food is good at serving good for two. However, it is already an old hotel. But if you are going around and not staying in your room okay na ito.

Room 105,seems like an storage room converted to guest room.located at the basement 1. Not a healthy room.i just waste my money, i booked another hotel.im afraid i will not wake up anymore if i sleep there.a very suffocated room.the worsed room for a commercial hotel ever.ceiling height at maybe less than 6ft.,very dirty carpet, window with creepy view under ground.sorry this is my experience.

The room was great. Wood floors and comfy beds. There was no password for the WiFi inside the room and the shower head has a bit of a leak. It doesn't affect the pressure it's just annoying that water is being wasted when showering. Location is great if you bring a car, which we didn't, so if you're going to rely on taxis not so much. Staff is very nice. Avoid the rooms with balconies if you're primary purpose is staycation because the noise from the passing cars is quite loud even with the balcony doors closed. There are no slippers in the room, first hotel I've been in with no slippers. This place is great if you're looking for a place to stay the night and go out and explore the city in the morning.

It's far away from the noise of the city center and overlooking the green pine trees of Teachers Camp. Try their kambing dishes. Liked best the kaldereta and pinapaitan.

Off peak rates is still high. No choices for inclusive breakfast. This is an issue if you stay there for 4 nights. No insects, just spiders.

We found the place very convenient to our place of church festival in Teachers Camp. The place is clean and our room is daily cleaned. Hot and cold water in the shower. They provide daily bottled water and sachets of coffee. They change sheets daily. Staffs are friendly and courteous. They serve Korean food.

The food there are good especially the Bulalo so we decided to comeback on our last night. It was around 7:30 pm and there are still customers on the restaurant. They let us sit there for few more minutes before telling us that they will not be able to cater us such a waste of time and disappointment she looks so lost. Kudos tho to the guy server who wanted to gave us the menu before the cashier showed up to say that they're no longer serving us
