What makes me want to come back here over and over again is the concept of this place. I do, ironically, find solemn here and it's very calming walking around reading the head stones and making you realize things. The aesthetic kinda sucks but then again, the concept and uniqueness of this place turned me all around(ano daw?! Lol)

Self reflective quote. I was amazed how negative thoughts were presented. And as I was reading it, i was also moved to changed my negativities to a positive one. I even, bury my one negative attitude.

Hilarious...there is one free section towards the bottom of the hill. Towards the top and most of the area was P60 to enter. They had some clothing for sale by the entry & strawberry Tahoe...none of the clothing was "Bagiuo" or even "Philippines" related just more like a yard sale. This place is kinda far out and is kinda "private property" if you take a cab ask for a round trip or have the driver come back...otherwise be prepared to walk a little until you can find a cab back...its not a heavily traveled/visited spot. Other cool sites to see in the area.

It’s a neat concept with ‘tomb’ inscriptions ranging from mildly amusing to just plain absurd. I wish there was a lot more witty sarcasm and yes, negativism. There is an admission fee (70 pesos as of this writing), which also allows access to the nearby Bell House Museum and Amphitheater.

Great place to bury negative thoughts, they actually put in some puns to make a negative situation lighter. I was asked if it was a real cemetery, its not, the only thing buried here are negative thoughts. A good place to meditate, best to go here on a weekday so as to avoid the influx of tourists.

I thought it a big cemetery with a lot of grave but I was wrong. It just a mini-cemetary where you can finish around 5 minutes.

When in Baguio: The idea itself is hilarious. A cemetery where you can leave and bury negative energy/habits.

The Cemetery of Negativism is a unique attraction within the Historical Core of Camp John Hay in Baguio City, Philippines. It is a lighthearted and thought-provoking concept that encourages visitors to let go of negativity and adopt a more positive perspective. The cemetery features humorous tombstones that display negative thoughts, attitudes, and behaviors. Each tombstone represents a different negative trait or mindset that people often struggle with, such as "Excusitis," "Pessimism," or "Procrastination." It serves as a reminder to reflect on these negative tendencies and encourages visitors to bury them metaphorically. Visitors can wander through the cemetery, read the inscriptions on the tombstones, and contemplate the associated negative qualities. It offers a whimsical and humorous approach to addressing negative thinking and allows visitors to connect with others who may share similar struggles. The Cemetery of Negativism provides an opportunity for reflection and introspection, reminding visitors to focus on positivity and personal growth. By engaging with the concept and acknowledging these negative traits, individuals can become more aware of their own behaviors and strive to overcome them. While the cemetery may not be a traditional historical attraction, it presents a light-hearted way to explore human nature and foster a positive mindset. It is a unique addition to the Historical Core of Camp John Hay and serves as a reminder to approach life with optimism and resilience. Visiting the Cemetery of Negativism can be an interesting and enjoyable experience, allowing visitors to embrace a more positive outlook on life and leave behind negative thoughts and attitudes within the symbolic setting of the cemetery

Bit Gimmicky but fun to read all the memes written under funny tomb stones; its something fun to see while you enjoy the scenery at Camp John hay. FYI: theres an entrance fee to see it.

Very unique place to leave all your negativity behind before heading back to the City. You have to have your sarcasm in check to appreciate the art. Had fun reading all the tombstones and relating a bit to it. I hope they add more to it next time we visit.

Please don’t stop on the souvenir store by the entrance. The guy on the shop is rude on the kids, touching the items they sell. We didn’t go though the cemetery for were already upset. I suggest that the management of camp john hay. Do a inspection/report on this incident.

Small area. Not much to make us reflect and leave any sense of negativism in this area. But it's indeed a quaint artistic approach.

A great place to remind yourself to start living life... stop waiting because if you do then your gonna wait forever. Start doing what you want to do, because time is one thing we cannot buy. Look at all these graves, it's filled with regret because of realizing it's too late and should of spent more time doing what matters instead of what doesn't matter. A person on their deathbed WILL NOT wished they had worked more hours.

Some are unreadable and need re-paint, some already have missing letters. I used to like going here, I wish they'd consider fixing this and add more. Oh, and they're only open until 4:30 pm

Quotes left me wondering generally about life. Some hit me deep, others left me confused. There's a stall nearby where you can eat snacks. It's also close to the entrance of the treetop adventure.

The quotes are funny and artistic. It’s just that the paint is getting off and had difficulty reading what’s written on the stone.

Been my nth visit and still awed by the mystery behind this cemetery. A large question mark still on top of my head why those odd tombstones were built. Very poetic and creative though. Good thing they renovated and cleaned it up.

Part of the tour for the camp. This one is actually small. Funny headstones that will make you realize a lot of things about yourself and your friends. I think you will pay 75 pesos for this tour which will include the secret garden, yellow trail or something, the. The yellow bell camp.
