It is one of the best stop over spots in Kennon road that most tourists misses because it is not as popular as the Lion's head. The view deck is next to the police station and check point area along Kennon road. Passed by the view deck around 7am during the weekend, noticeably there were no tourists that time. Nice place to have a bird's eye view of the famous zigzag road, lion's head and vehicles traversing the mountainous landscape at the view deck. It was indeed a wonderful spot to see the rays of sunlight shedding light on the dark side of mountains. The place is not swarmed by tourists unlike the lion's head. If you're feeling hungry the vicinity has a coffee shop called positivity cafe that offers affordable food with many choices. The coffee shop is so lovely because it has a great view of the kennon road.

The best place to stop when entering Baguio City. You will have a good view of Kennon Road while having a quick rest. Comfort room is available. Police outpost is also station here, checking incoming and outgoing vehicles.

Great viewpoint and much less crowded than the Lion Head down the road. It's located right at the PNP checkpoint and has limited parking available. Definitely a great stop but restrooms there smelled like death.

As of this review - Kennon road is open to motorists entering and leaving Baguio City. Looks like they have done maintenance also watch out for road works along the way. There were still some ongoing and also parts where the two way becomes one way and you may need to take turns with oncoming traffic. The toll booths were not open, they don’t seem to be charging to use the road.

the view makes it astonishing. Too bad, mining on baguio caused the landslide that could be seen on this area. Too bad, the building on these viewpoint is out of the business and this time. It could make a place to dine.

We managed to visit & see the mountain view of Kennon Road on a sunny & clear day during our 3 days visit to Baguio City on our way to Banaue, January 2016. It is an impressive site. Not to miss when visiting Baguio.

There was a landslide as you can see in the picture but nevertheless, the view was breathtaking. It is very soothing, and relaxing. We get there just by walking from the accommodation, so it was quite hard and I do not recommend doing it haha.

Great view of the Kennon Road. The only thing that disguist me is their toilet. Since the place is public, seems like the restroom has never been cleaned for years (could be decade).

I could say that this little place could be an alternative to Mines View Park except the stores/shops that you could find around the mines view.

Scenic tourist destination what a view on the zigzag road and a glance at the Lions head. Kennon view point is also the shortest way from Manila to Baguio vice versa.

Just look at those mountain ranges πŸ₯° It was a relaxing stroll. Pavements were there so no worry for the passing vehicles while walking on the side of the road
