Location is excellent. But the rooms needs refurbishing... And pest control too... Lights too dim... Still, thanks for keeping my family safe...

Good enough for a no-frills overnight stay. Easily booked through Agoda and my check-in was quick. Excellent service from a lone staff (front desk lady). Had a good night's sleep, sheets were thick enough for the cold temperature. Room is spacious (404), but there was a hint of dustiness when I went in. Bathroom is clean, though you'll notice a bit of wear and tear. Free WiFi (PLDT) is good enough for checking emails and browsing (about 4 Mbps DL). Hallways and stairwell are too dimly lit and dark at night. Good value for a hotel with excellent location.

Arrived in Baguio way earlier than expected so I had no choice but to book for a hotel. Unfortunately all nearby proven worth the buck accommodations are fully booked except this City Travel Hotel. I am a walked in guest and I must say it is relatively overpriced considering that the service doesn't come with free breakfast. Room is old and depreciated. I think it is not well maintained as it smells dusty, it had triggered my allergy so I had to take my antihistamine. The only pros I think is the location.

Close to park. Walking distance to most everything. Negative was elevator was not working. Guess because typhoon? Wife and I not so good with stairs. AND of course got stuck 4th floor. Lots lots lots lots stairs. And no cancel when got there. Also had after getting into room. Room was damp. Sheets both beds felt bad. Room smelled musty and hallway did too. Light mold smell. Can see ceiling areas from typhoon I am thinking. . Tv sound no picture. Fan not been cleaned long time. So called desk and they came up. We left and they cleaned, changed stuff. Clean fan. Put in little TV on dresser. View was just buildings and road in back. Front of hotel I think would been nicer with park etc We survived and glad only book 1 night at a time different places. Would not been happy if payed for 3 or 4 nights and could not cancel got refund. So make sure you check places for stairs? Elevator? Does it work? Where is room and view etc. Have fun.

It's an old hotel, that needs an uplift. But if you're after a good location & nothing else, this is the place for you. You have to ask for additional pillows & blankets though. ( no additional charge ) Otherwise, what you see is what you get. If you're after comfort & luxuries of your home, just don't expect much.

The hotel is nice. It is a bit old but it was classic. The heater was not 24/7 active though but they responded to the request asap. It was near the Park so the session road and mall is accessible the night market too.. but the most impressive is their service. They were really kind and snappy. I left my charger last June and contacted the first week of july... it was a miss on my part but they were kind to send it to me via LBC.. keep up the good work... :) Godbless all the staff.

It's a budget hotel with basic amenities. If you're looking for luxury type of hotel, this is not for you but if you're a budget traveler this might just be a perfect place for you. It is located near Baguio's tourist attractions. We stayed here for our travel at work. This place is just fine.

The place has seen mutch better times, it is worn down and it shows. It is in a central place, but that doesn't mean it is in any way good. I had a family room, I was sleeping there but I did NOT take a shower. It was bad, and just to illustrate, it was no toilet seat.

The hotel facilities are old,and the elevator light has broken although it still can go up and down. Moreover, the hotel is located on Kisad road, attributed to a huge traffic noise even the guests close windows, and it's still annoying. Only advantage of the hotel is the cheap room fees.

Had an unpleasant experience with the hotel. I was stuck for around 15 to 20 minutes after the elevator stopped in the middle of the third floor. Although they assist in opening the elevator, the staff is unable to do so. I have to climb out of the elevator after they open the upper portion of it. Management has to make sure that the facilities are kept in good condition to prevent another incident like this. At least the polite staff gave me complimentary food after the incident. For the price, the room is just OK. I just don't like the quality of the pillow. The antique nature of the amenities is evident. The hot and cold shower is working. The hotel's location, though, is the only thing to praise. Burnham Park is right over the street, and other locations like the night market, SM, etc. are all fairly close by.

Just good to have cheap place to stay in. Everything is old but your just paying for a room. Very centralized to everything and a walk away from the main city.

The hotel is a bit old. Not bad for a one night stay. There’s a bathtub, and shower with heater but not the cleanest, just okay. There’s wifi but not working I don’t know maybe it cannot reach 5th floor, good thing the cellular signal reception is good. I love their elevator, its transparent outside so you could see burnham a little bit. Overall, not bad for the price.

    1. The hotel is obviously old and not well maintained. 2. The lobby and hallways of the hotel are smelly. Not sure where exactly the smell is coming from, but my guess was its from the unwashed bed sheets and blankets that are openly placed in the fire exits of the hotel. I suggest that they consider putting air fresheners along the hallways or at least make a proper storage for unwashed blankets or pillow cases and bed sheets. 3. They only provide one pillow per bed and its surprisingly too small like a baby pillow. 4. No other complimentaries aside from 1 pc of bottled water and the usual hygiene kit (soap and shampoo), no toothpaste and toothbrush, no room slippers. 5. Won't give details but please bring your own towel. 6. The only good about the hotel is its very courteous frontdesk staff and its location.

The room is not that clean, the bed liners are not that clean. Especially the bathroom, they just washed it with water and not with disinfectant. The place is too old. And you can hear the adjacent rooms especially when you are given a room with supposed to be conjoined rooms. The price is not reasonable for the quality of room you will get. Also the staff is bot reaching out if there is problem in your room.

The place is spacious and affordable. There’s a hotshower and a bath tub that you can enjoy. No aircon in the room but it’s okay since it’s super cold in baguio. They have a resto in lobby area, food is quite good. Plus the location is very accessible to other establishments and tourists spot like burnham, night market, ect.

Hotel is old. Bathroom is quite dirty and there are cockroaches around the room.

Staff are nice. The place is good too. The only problem is that you have to ask for a bathtub stopper and the water heater is not working properly.

The staffs were very polite and I would recommend this place for those who wants an affordable place to stay near the center of Baguio City. Though, the room is old and the bathtub doesn't drain right away, still you can sleep comfortably even without air conditioning unit. On our experience, they have 50% off to all their room rates, which makes it very affordable.

The room is ok with twin bed and cable tv and electric fan however the toilet needs improvement. There is no bathtub stopper, leaking shower hose, no bidet, and slightly damaged flush handle. We stayed for two nights.

We attended a baking seminar sponsored by RFM Corp., the place is still cozy even though it's been there for how many years already. Their function room is well lighted and enough natural ventilation that it doesn't feel warm. Nice venue for seminar or any events.

We stayed here last 2017 oct. The place is nice and comfy. They gave us a fair price for our 2 days and 3 nights stay. We will visit again baguio maybe next week with my family. It's my wife's birthday. See you again🙂

The rooms don't have air conditioning which I think is because of the normal climate in the area. The rooms are old but you can see how grand the interior is. It is nice for me because I like grand room looks and they're staff are very diligent. Together with fast elevator, they have nice cafeteria and also parking spaces.

The hotel needs a lot of improvement. We need to call reception for them to lend us a tub plug which they delivered promptly. The bathroom needs serious maintaining. There were no blankets either and we have to ask the reception again. The bed isn't as comfy as expected. My husband complained a lot about it, that we got a better bed at home. A nice location for guests because it is in the heart of the city but needs upgrading.

The hotel is old and quiet, very different from the picture they uploaded. The room rates are not reasonable. CONS: •The hotel is NOT well-maintained •Creepy surroundings •The bed sheets and carpet are a bit dirty. • The room is not disinfected and has foul odor • There's cockroach in the bathtub !! ALSO, they are not giving official receipts. I dont recommend this hotel. It should be renovated. PROS: • Location: Near burnham park, that's all I can say

Let’s start with the Cons: • The hotel is very old • The elevator wasn’t working and we had to take the stairs going up the 3rd floor • The vibe of the hallway going to our room was very creepy and not well lit • Once you enter the room, you will be hit with a foul stench which indicates that the room is musty and not well maintained. In tagalog we call it the kulob smell • Also, the atmosphere of the room gives off Jeffrey Dahmer’s apartment vibes • The carpet flooring of the room is not clean and has stains in it • No bidet!! Also the flush is very weak. Cannot even flush #1 • No water heater. This should be a necessity especially in Baguio • The furniture and beddings are outdated and not clean Pro: • Near the center of the city and walkable to Burnham Park and other nearby landmarks. Along Kisad Road which is the quieter side of Burnham Park Price is not worth it. Better book a Transient or bnb instead. We only booked this last minute and it did not deliver as a 3-star hotel.

Pros: Close to well-known tourist spots; great location. Good enough for a one night stay, at least. Affordable. Cons: Old. Suggest regular maintenance. Bathroom looks slightly unkept (Doesn’t look like it has been thoroughly cleaned + clogged sink). Residents can hear others who occupy nearby rooms. No hotel slippers, toothpaste, toothbrush. If you want a luxurious hotel, maybe this hotel not for you. But then, it is subjective. I suggest asking the employers if you could see the room first before you decide to book.
