SM City Baguio is one of the coolest malls in the Philippines. It was literally built like an open mall which makes the mall super cold without needing air conditioning at all which is a really smart idea. The mall is so big and has so many shops to go around. The department store is huge, the supermarket is VERY huge, and the mall just has everything. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants to go shopping and have fun with their friends at the same time! :)

very nice view especially in the top floor, you can see a garden with many flowers, the whole city is under your foot. pick a nice weather morning, order a coffee there and sit for few hours it's so great!

Great location, and great views. There are several levels of viewing platforms, but the one at the top floor is by far the best (and most crowded). There are places to sit there too, which is great. They also have a playground for kids on the top level, and the mall also has a paw park for dogs. If you have luggage, there's a free luggage storage facility in few basement. As for the mall itself, they have an okay range of things you need. Not a lot is variety though. But all in all, it's a decent mall. With a great view 👍 And their Christmas decorations this year (2022) is pretty decent too.

This mall has hundreds of stores, restaurants, and kiosks, even a grocery store. It's very vibrant and alive with a lot of shoppers and diners. There are a lot of great choices of places to eat. No matter what you're in the mood to have for a meal, there is something you'll be happy with. You can also take in some pretty views of the city from the upper balconies.

My favourite mall in the Philippines. A nice mountain setting with an amazing view of the city, and the weather is cool and comfortable even without aircon. The sky garden is also very relaxing. Would rather spend a few hours here than in one of the big malls in Manila or Cebu. Gets busy on Saturday but still did not feel as bad as somewhere like Megmall or MOA.

Not just a mall but if you want to find a place where you can see the city and the sunset view and chill, SM Baguio sunset veranda is the best place. Parking space is not a problem, you can park till the stores closes with no additional parking fees.

They are higher up, so it's a good place to take nice pictures. You won't go wrong coming here cause they're so much to do you can get lost for hours shopping, eating and even playing bingo Took a star away cause the lineups for the lady's washrooms are insane!

We went here to eat dinner and shop a little at around 6:30pm. It wasn't as crowded as I've expected for a Saturday night. Having not been here for over two years, I've noticed parts with new interior design and new stores. The interior now has a more natural look and feel. They recently renovated the fourth floor balcony. It's like a mini park where visitors can chill and take lots of pictures. The view is unreal. It was nice to walk around and feel the Baguio breeze when you use those escalators near their wide open doors. Food lovers would like the wide variety of restaurants and kiosks available at every floor. The open cold airflow is refreshing. We appreciate the art ala mini museum in their basement. Rooms for improvement: 1. Bathrooms! other malls have sensor faucets, soap dispensers, and toilet flushes so you don't touch anything suspicious. SM Baguio needs that and better supply of soap and tissue. 2. Parking space lighting! It's always dark and gloomy in their basement parking when it doesn't have to be. It's such a big space but I feel claustrophobic there. 3. Genderless stores and department store. I find it very non-inclusive to label certain clothes/products for males or females only. It's a little sexist to assume people's preference for clothing is one or the other. This also applies to the bathroom. Overall, it's still a good mall. That's all, thank you.

The place is amazing which is ideally located near the Bus Terminal making it much more accessible and first go-to to tourist who want to unwind from hours of trip. This mall also has a Skyranch and Sky Terrace which you can enjoy with special someone or with family. Overall I enjoy it especially during 3 to 4 pm where fogs really reaches the terrace.

The recently opened Sky Terrace Garden, a new attraction, has become a dating place as can be observed when you get there. Getting there at night, looking around, you'll see couples in every direction. It is overall a perfect place for couples while community quarantine is still imposed.

I came here to check buy supplies, check out the food, and take a look at the sky terrace. I have to give kudos the SM's ever expanding branches. They really try to stick with their motto of 'having it all for you.' Though there are some things that are missing for me like certain skincare products, I can appreciate the food; it used to just be a few, but now they've expanded to branches like the Army Navy, Burger King, Gringos, Boteyju and much more. You really have a lot of options to choose from. The mall is less cramped feeling now as well, giving you room to rome. I also appreciate the Sky Garden. Its such a nice place to just sit down and chill out. The view is wonderful.

when I arrived in this mall actually, I tought that it has an air conditioning system, Because when I got inside it's still cold, I just realized it when I was leaving the mall when I got outside the temperature is similar to the Mall then i searched for it and I see, the Air conditioner of the mall is the weather of the city itself! it's actually my first time to go to a mall that does not have an air conditioner. Nothing too special about this place, just a regular SM mall, the only nice thing is the garden, which is really good looking. Also the flowers inside the mall gives it a really natural vibe it’s like you’re not in a mall, it’s good. Also no ACs just natural cold air nice.

This place is well organized although sometimes social distancing is not observed. What i love in this place is it's sunset terraces! The display of Baguio's view! It has nice food found at their food hub! Easy and fast ride going to the mall. Genesis bus terminal is found at the back of this establishment. Around 5 minutes cab ride from Baguio Cathedral. Security personnel are also very kind and helpful.

SM Baguio City is one of the moat favorite tourist spot to view the entire City, the Mall extended their land territory than the old SM Baguio.

Back from 2005-2010, we always visit baguio annually, and SM baguio was one of the places we always visit to past time. The view from the terrace was really cute and greeny way back then. There were houses in the mountains and you wouldn't even notice em. But now it's different. I wish they could preserve the area or made a rule which allows you to build a house, but the roofing are colour green. The amazing over looking mountain view from the terrace is now over crowding house view. This was the first time again I visited baguio after more than decade, and its just,somewhat....disappointing.

I visited SM Baguio on a rainy day and was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful view, especially from the topmost part of the mall, the Sky Terrace. Despite the weather, the view of the surrounding mountains and cityscape was breathtaking. As far as malls go 5 stars. Big enough to handle crowds. Wide selection of stores and vendors. Great views with public area as well as dining spots. Do be aware taxi line gets ridiculously long near closing.

Of all the SM Malls I have been, this is the only mall that I experienced warmer indoors and cooler outdoors! Their view deck treats you with a panorama of the Urban Baguio. Their shops are similar with what SM Malls in Metro Manila do offer. Their tent-like canopy is beautifully-made, and their location propel the local communities to greater heights. However, their uphill location is a challenge to traffic build-up and they should be ecologically aware of the pine trees sacrificed for the sake of modernization and development. The essence of Baguio being known as the City of Pines, has been already defeated by the development of a mall on their site. May they replicate the deforestation with effective greenery campaign- basically to plant more trees in other areas where lands are far from mining activities and housing developments.
