Concierge is not welcoming and pretty rude Rooms are absolutely not appealing to the eye They even said there's an extra charge for room replenishment Breakfast staff are the only nice employees inside this hotel The breakfast servings are child sized The guards at front are always nice and willing to help We tried to cancel the next few days after the 1st fay to go somewhere else but they said it wasn't an option This hotel needs a major upgrade And the the front dest staff needs to learn how to be more welcoming Needless to say, I'd never recommend this place to anyone

Affordable but not PWD friendly, no holding bars in the shower, shower head is way too high for short people Iike me,no rubber mat in the shower to keep from sliding. We stayed 2 nights and 3 days but didn't clean the at all. Close to the park and everything else though

We feel that thier towel is not clean well and the color is dark white also the smell We don't smell soap. But so far We stay nice and the staff are helpful.

The nice thing about this place is the staff. They make up for the seemingly dated building and facilities. The place is clean and the breakfast is plated. Portions are OK. Beds are comfortable and supportive. Sheets are clean and almost changed daily. Toiletries are sufficient. The rooms are big too which could accommodate about 6people with 2 additional beds. Most of all, it's walking distance from the Burnham park, public market, and session Road. For its price, it is a steal.

Hotel location is nice near the park and near to night Market but old furniture and towels are not usable they are old and torn

Best location, walking diatance to Burnham park. Their staff were so helpful, breakfast was good with American or Filipino choices. Truly, you will enjoy your stay here!

such a comfortable hotel , smooth check in i will give it 4 Stars because it's very hard to connect to the wifi and the wifi signal is not that great so i hope that they will Install more Access Points so the connection will be faster and smooth, but all in all i enjoyed the stay .

The rooms are okay except the bed is so cold!!! And of course it's given because we're in Baguio. My husband and I love this hotel despite some bad reviews. The staff and the guards are very polite and helpful. Breakfast is okay....

Rooms are so spacious. You can see the whole burnham park from the balcony. Too sad they're so strict about pets.

Spacious room. Kettle, fridge, hair dryer, shower, soap, coffee but no tea or milk. Chairs and table, desk and phone. Noisy road outside. Staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast 3 set choices. Good parking. Spa adjacent to entrance. Restaurant with nice food. WiFi in our room very weak but OK when connected.

A nice place to stay while in Baguio. It is walking distance from Burnham Park and the City central. Rooms are spacious and maintained clean. Hotel staff are courteous and always willing to assist. No hassle checking in and out .

Very nice hotel with beautiful view of Burnham Park. Easy walking and transportation access to everything. Helpful friendly staff and a good free breakfast was included. Several Filipino celebrities were staying in the hotel while we were there and everyone was very nice. A clean, relaxing and comfortable atmosphere that I can recommend.

Very close proximity to Burnham Park, which makes sightseeing at night possible. Room is spacious and well maintained. Not super affordable but ok price for a very decent stay. Facilities are, wow I'd say I'm impressed - there's mini refrigerator, there's refreshments, slippers, toiletries are complete as well. I just think lacks bathrobe. All in all, nice and quiet stay. Staff are ok.

Really like the place as it is in an area where it is relatively quiet, even when it is right across Burnham park. My only concern is that the elevator stops at 9 pm and resumes at 6 am. Allegedly because of COVID restrictions. However, I stayed in another hotel prior to staying here and the elevators didnt stop working in the wee hours of the morning...

Clean and Centrally Located Hotel that is Just in front of Burnham Park.

It's always a pleasure staying at Burnham Suites everytime i have an official and private engagements at Baguio since 2009.

I don't reccommend going in some rooms with 5 beds because it may contain some of these stuffs: •Dead bugs •Wood feeling bed cussions •Hair •No hot shower •Very very weak internet •Worst balcony •Worst space to move around •No Youtube, Netflix, etc on TV •Poorly built bed
