Nice Hotel. They service is very good.. the room is typical, nothing out of the ordinary, but I like the location. It's quiet and they have a lot of pine tree. I can actually smell them in my room. Breakfast buffet is the best. Just no left over or be charged 550.00 pesos. Good news, they have toothbrush and toothpaste available in the room, you hardly find them anymore except on 5 start hotel.

A bit old, but gold. Parking area is a bit cramped, need more space especially if it's fully booked. Rooms are spacious, but could still be improved and renovated. Breakfast was okay. Overall, if rates are good, will definitely be back.

Located near John hay area, it is less crowded and more spacious, plenty of good resto around the area. Buffet Breakfast offers enough variety. Small elevators is a bit of a hassle, especially if you're on a wheel chair. Nice frontage and surrounding garden. Covered parking is limited.

Epic stay here! Room was so comfy and relaxing! Breakfast buffet is excellent. Gym is decent. There isn’t a spa though… Staff are really helpful and polite. Checkin and checkout processes took way too long - no idea why I have to fill in so many forms.

Good deal of a deluxe room spoiled by not-so-hospitable management: front desk staff are not eager or proactive to help, like in assisting for basic medicine and in being accessible & nicer, and in implementing curfew hour for a group of party guests having videoke until 10 PM and having noisy conversation along corridors, unmindful of other guests. The breakfast buffet though is good, and waiters and security guards are more helpful.

This hotel was amazing and super luxurious. It reminds me of one of those prestigious European hotels, which was a good thing. We met the owner and CEO of the hotel and the company. Her life story is so impressive and mesmerizing. The view of the penthouse was also amazing. All the necessities are available at first, free wifi, the free breakfast was super delicious, and many more. Would totally recommend this hotel to anyone looking for one in Baguio!

For a budget hotel everything was decent the room didn’t need air con because Baguio has chilly winds Breakfast was also sufficient The gym is rusty and rundown pls be careful handling the equipment I loved exploring the garden grounds! It was excellent

We had a great stay in this hotel. I booked twice this month. First was in a family room for one night. The hotel is kids friendly. There is a lot of food choices in their breakfast buffer Our second stay was when we organized a seminar for 2 days. Our activity went well and smooth sailing. We are satisfied with the set up of the venue and the food is great for our participants.

Third review: Booked the Executive Queen after New Year. It has a separate bedroom with a bathrub and another bathroom in the receiving area. It has 2 balconies overlooking pine trees. There are 2 TVs, both with Netflix. Would have stayed a fourth time but plans changed. Second Review: Currently booked at the Penthouse, Oct-Nov 1 2022. LOVE THE PENTHOUSE!!! For around 10k a night, you get a private room with balcony and pines as your view. Very quiet. You also have a loft with another queen size bed, 1 long couch, 4 reading chairs, 2 TVs with Netflix (!!), a bar, kitchenette with microwave, and your private patio with outdoor dining table. Will book again for the year-end! Not my first stay and I'm under the impression thst they're renovating little by little. Staff are polite and helpful. There's no electricity in Baguio today because of the storm but their generator is sufficient. First Review: Booked September 2022. For the price, you get a room with a nice view, very cold, and with delicious breakfast. A bit dated but that's fine. Location is agreeable. Parking is2e sufficient. Soundproofing in the Quad rooms are top-notch. Slept soundly. A la carte food is delicious and servings are big! Loved the sinigang sa bayabas, most especially.

The staff treated my friends and I so poorly that's why I give it a 1 star. The hotel/room is alright. In terms of accessibility it is near some tourist spots. When you go out of the hotel there is not much to do. It's far away from the city proper

Customer Service is the BEST -- the guy on front desk provided top notch customer service, the guards were very helpful (medyo nagkaissue lang sa free breakfast, pero nagawan naman ng paraan) -- the only negative feedback I have is how they have handled my special request, we booked through agoda (2 quad duplex rooms), we requested for rooms with veranda, they didn't promise anything about the veranda rooms(which is just fine) -- they have given us 2 spacious clean rooms which is okay and then one guard has asked us why they've put us in the ground floor rooms -- we said we didn't have a choice BUT the guard said... "Aahhh first time niyo siguro nag-book sir kaya napunta kayo sa rooms na walang view" -- dun lang naman ako nairita that's why I'm leaving 3 stars for my review. Parang may favouritism ata. 😁 All in all, okay naman ang experience namin sa hotel, comfortable naman kami sa rooms. 😊

This is the 2nd time we stayed in this hotel and honestly, they could've easily cost more as the value it brings is definitely beyond your average Baguio hotel. We highly recommend this for couples who would like to enjoy the climate of Baguio as it is located above the city, which I believe is colder. It is near Mine's View and Good Shepherd. Situated in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood; far from city noises. Can easily be located with or without Google Maps/Waze. You can open your room windows worry free as the hotel proper is well guarded 24/7. They have an adequate amount of parking spaces. Nice breakfast (buffet pre-pandemic), hot shower filled with toiletries and a very clean room equipped with wifi, TV, mini fridge, vault and more importantly a comfy bed and pillow that smell 99.9% bacteria free. Also, the staff are friendly and very helpful. It's super easy to ask for their assistance. My very nitpicky complain though is that the TV aren't Smart so we we're stuck watching local and a few cable channels when the rain poured. It is not a deal breaker though, as no one is really going to visit Baguio just to watch Netflix. Btw, we booked via Agoda so I'm not sure how's the pricing via other platform or even directly to the hotel, maybe even more affordable.

stayed for 2 nights Feb 2024 FACILITIES - 4.5/5 Not new but well maintained, clean rooms and shared spaces BREAKFAST - 4.5/5, buffet style, well prepared, more than half of the menu are changed for the benefit of the guests staying longer than 1 night SERVICE - 5/5 LOCATION -5/5 we prefer to check-in a little bit far (but close enough) to the city proper to get a clearer view (trees and greenery instead of houses/buildings) Note - need to drive/ride a taxi to get to the city

My stay at Elizabeth Hotel in Baguio was a mix of positive and negative experiences. The place itself looked great, and the staff were friendly. However, there was no AC in the room. I understand that Baguio is a colder place, but when you shut the door, it gets pretty hot, especially during the daytime. There was also some kind of karaoke event going on at night at the hotel which was so loud. Even with the balcony door open, it was so loud. The quiet time starting at 11 pm seemed rather late. So, if you plan to sleep early and there's an event, it's nearly impossible to get any rest. On the bright side, the buffet was delicious and enjoyable. My wife and I were complimentary, but for my kids, we had to pay 400 pesos each. It's still reasonable, but I was hoping it would be free since we rented the family room. I'm not entirely sure if I'll return to this place, as there are other options around Baguio City.

Overall, our stay is pleasant. The staffs are attentive and friendly. Breakfast is okay and offers variety of food. What I like is it is near many tourists activities in baguio. You do not need to worry about the traffic. :)

Best value for the price. Previous reviews mentioned the breakfast buffet, and I’ll emphasize it also - it is not to be missed. Near Mines View Park, Wright Park, St. Joseph the Worker Parish, and Baguio Country Club. Courteous and attentive staff. Spacious room with comfy bed and gorgeous view outside. Strong water pressure, with hot and cold water thru the shower and faucet.

The room was dimly lit. They have a balcony for every room. It is a bit dark at night even if it was the holidays. The breakfast is always good. Love the pakbet with bagnet.

This is a hard review. Overall we enjoyed 9 nights at the hotel. Problems. Wifi was horrible no other way to put it. Couch was not comfortable at all, very hard and outdated it was basically thin foam. Bed was not great not bad but not great. Room service was hit and miss. The breakfast buffet hit and miss, somedays had a great selection for all tastes we had about 3 consecutive days of misses even my Filipina wife didn't eat. The juice they provide were not good at all. They should have a basic beverage available like orange juice some of them we could not even taste what it actually was. Like I said not always bad but inconsistent. Good things. Views, location, staff were very friendly. Room size was great we had the executive suite had the windows open the whole time except when it rained and the room stayed cool the entire time, there is no AC here you don't need it. The bathrooms were very nice and spacious one had a full bathroom other was a shower only which was great wife got the full bathroom I took the shower bathroom. Nice little counter area and dining area. Refrigerator worked. Microwave worked.

There is a saying that goes this way. Fur coat , no knickers , is my thoughts about this hotel. Looks lovely from the outside. Their biggest asset is their location Customer service is pretty good Across the road from this is a restaurant called Grumpy Joes. (that’s another story) They serve drinks but there is no bar If you love walking this is a location u must try. It is walkable to Mines View Park, Good Shepherd, WrightPark, Mansion House , Baguio Country Club, Camp, John Hay, Botanical Garden, Teachers Camp and for the adventurous enough, under 10,000 steps to SM, Baguio City. Plenty of public transport ply this route in u follow the road downhill into the main road called Gibraltar. Would I stay again? Its location is definitely its attraction.

Stayed one night here for work. I really love this place. Pleasant ambiance and tranquil, I had a really good night of sleep and it's naturally cool. Drawback is it's quite far from the city center and the road going here is prone to heavy vehicle traffic. But would definitely come back here if I have the luxury of time.

Buffet breakfast is bang for the buck! very nice. Service is great, top notch for a 3-star hotel. All the staff are courteous, polite, and helpful. strategically located and near lots of tourist spots. their executive room is spacious, although there are some caveats to note. the hot water is not working during daytime or peak hours when most guests would use it. dead hours like 11pm is where you can shower with hot water. no speed setting for the ceiling fan. the carpet is noticeably dirty when you walk barefoot on it. request to microwave leftover has P50 per food cost, as per the front desk. Overall the place is nice and worth every penny. I would recommend the place for local and foreign tourists alike.

The room is spacious. However the carpet that they are very proud of was very very dirty. if you walk on it barefoot, you will notice the darkening of your feet. This is the first time that I have experienced this in all of the hotels that I have checked in here in the Philippines. Staff, even the security guards, are all courteous and very helpful. Breakfast buffet is really great!

The Penthouse were clean and has a good view. Location was okay. I gave 1 Star for poor staff service at the breakfast buffet, food was good though.

The building is old but it doesn’t take away from how good the hotel is. ▪️It’s on a main road (could be good or bad depends on your preference) so it’s easy to get to. ▪️There’s parking, a bit tight but the security is nice enough to assist you with. ▪️Customer service from check in to dining is very good. ▪️Room feels and smells clean. ▪️Their bedding is good: comfortable mattress, pillows are very good. And the sheets: they’re soft and they smell amazing, fresh and clean! I slept well from the scent of the sheets :) ▪️Though the shower area is outdated, it’s very clean and that goes with the whole bathroom; it’s clean.

Hotel Elizabeth offers the finest and suitable vacation accomodation experience you need while in Baguio. The rooms are very cozy while the ambiance will give you the relaxed and classic feeling. The most remarkable feature of the Hotel is the Buffet Breakfast. Very adequate selection and varities of food.

Good place if you're bringing a provate car. Spacious room, complete hotel services and amenities. Not within the city "proper proper" so it's a quiet location.

  • 3/5 Echo 5 months ago on Google • 2 reviews
Pros: Delicious Breakfast, attentive staff and very helpful, good location, front of hotel have beautiful gardens Cons: The room is abit dark since only dim lights are available. Rooms are clean but not relaxing and looks abit old, maybe because of the color of wall paints and color of furnitures. Carpet floorings are dirty, our foot easily became dark due to dirt. Conclusion: Excellent service of all hotel staff including the guards. Delicious food and lots of option. Rooms could be improved. Not bad for the price they offer.
