Great location. Located at the heart of Session Road. Accessible sa lahat, restaurants, shopping center etc. Our family room was spacious and clean. Staff were accomodating and their service is excellent! Definitely recommend this place!

Got a good view from the center of Baguio which is the Session road. The room is clean and looks new, bathroom is clean with functional utilities and heater. Bed is good, comfy. I fell asleep easily. The only thing they need to improve is the internet access. We were in the 3rd floor and we can barely use the internet.

Can't really complain with the location of this hotel. It is located along session road, 5 minute walk to the public market and has all the supermarkets and banks conveniently surrounding the hotel. The rooms are clean and cozy, perfect for backpackers and people on vacation. Though you might have to book the larger rooms if there is more than 5 in the group. We had a wonderful stay and the hotel provided for the retreat and cozy stay we desperately needed after climbing Mt Ulap. The place does not have parking. One word that i feel will complete my experience is BIDET but overall this may be my go to hotel when in Baguio.

Depending on where you will book your stay, whether online via third party apps (eg. Agoda) or direct to the hotel, the price of your stay may vary. Pricing is understandable but I think it can be lowered, whether peak or off-peak season. Nonetheless, I enjoyed my stay. Was fortunate that despite my stay was only for 3 days, 2 nights, was able to extend it another day. ❌ - no parking ❗ - the wifi needs some improvement as it is barely usable. Signal from three telco providers are good naman so unless you have data, you have no means to connect to the internet. Hotel is located at the corner of two busy roads so drop off needs to be quick.

Close to SM mall, close to Burnham Park, 5min taxi from the bus station. Room is simple, bed is good. The view can be cool depending on the room you get and what floor. All staff always nice there. All of them. Very responsive and kind. The Shower was powerful, not always hot enough for me, still one of the best so far. The walls seems thicker than usual. This is the less noisy of the 3 hotel I visited in Baguio, and the cheapest. The restaurant is very cool with a view on one of the main street in Baguio. Good bakery, I liked the apple pie so much. Good cappuccino. Reasonable breakfast prices. Well presented.

Pleasantly surprised with this place. The staff are very responsive and greet you with a smile. Food at the restaurant is good & the breakfast portions are very sufficient to fill you up. The room is on the small size but the cleanliness more than makes up for it. The location is very convenient, but a bit noisy w/ street noise if you are in the lower floors. Loved having breakfast at the terrace with a view of session road and Burnham park! VALUE FOR MONEY!

Been a guest of this hotel for three times but the experience is still as memorable as the first. Its location, being literally in the center of everything, is definitely the best deal to book in. The rooms are also spacious, especially the family room. Views of the bustling activity down Session Road, is also fun to watch. Free breakfast with tasty meals are also a great part of the package. The hotel is not as great with other big hotels especially with comes to amenities and free stuff. Though, based on experience, they do respond to make up room all the time when you do indicate it on the door. The lack of elevator to the hotel lobby is a negative thing too especially being with parents who are senior citizens. Though it IS Baguio and it's just two plight of stairs. I just wish that they do have some promos or discounts next time (maybe a Loyalty Discount?). Though the senior citizen is already a big help for us. Will definitely come back when retreating from the Metro Manila heat wave to the cool Baguio weather!

It was a great stay at city center hotel as every place is accessible to walk by or go to. The place smells good and clean. The hotel is pretty neat. The shower is great, hot and cold is working properly. All in all it was a great stay in baguio. Highly recommended and will surely come back to this place.

regular rooms, simple, but is one of best hotels to stay at for its location. It's by Session Road and super close to Burnham Park, terminals, market, restaurants, cafe.

Got the most comfortable sleep at this hotel, reasonably priced and the breakfast is decent. Only downside is the slight smell from the bathroom, but nothing serious. This is my second time in this hotel and it never disappoints. I rarely write reviews but this hotel deserves a 5 star rating. There’s always room for improvement so I hope they aim for that. Looking forward to my next visit and will definitely stay here again.

Staying here has it's pros and cons but overall the rooms are great and comfortable to sleep at. Pros: βœ“ Right in heart of Session road (Close to food, parks, bars) βœ“ Rooms look great βœ“ Hot Showers βœ“ Water dispenser at lobbies Cons: Γ— No hot water or electric kettle Γ— No microwave Γ— No parking Γ— No free bottled water Γ— No cleaning service not unless requested Γ— Wifi is not reliable The AC on our room was not strong enough to keep all parts of the room cold so we had to borrow an electric fan for air circulation. I was also informed by a friend who stayed here years ago that they had free breakfast, turns out it's not available anymore. Will stay again if I'll be in Baguio for 1 night only. Not ideal for multiple night stay not unless you're in a group and avail the biggest room (family room).

A good place to stay if you are after the activities offered within the area. Session Road remains quite busy until late at night, and it contributes to the charm of this hotel. The hotel is favorable for tourists going to Baguio by bus from Manila, since it is around a 5-minute walk from the bus station. Service could do better. The receiptionist on duty during check-in seemed impatient when I could not hear what they were saying. To be fair, it was loud since the cafe near the reception desk was noisy. The one assigned when we checked out was a bit friendlier. Room check took a bit too long (around 10 minutes).

Clean room, friendly staff from doorman to housekeeping. Accesible to everything - pagkain, shop, pasyal. Tho it rained the whole time, we really enjoyed our stay. Special mention to Zaldy who's always smiling behind the reception 😊

The hotel is a bit old but clean and still modern looking. I've been staying here whenever I go up for short vacations. It's main draw is that it is along session road. My recent stay however was mediocre. The aircon was not working (but we were transferred to a newer room). If you're going to bring a car, this is not the hotel for you. There is no parking.

highly recommend this hotel, it's affordable and at the same time it's located in the town center, very accessible towards the Burnham Park, and nearby restaurants, it's also near the SM City Baguio. It also includes hot water. It includes soap and shampoo and conditioner.

They have an excellent dessert selection at the coffee shop. Service however is slow. I only attended an event so am not sure how the rooms look. It is right in the middle of the city so expect the worst traffic and parking is tough. I tell you policemen in Baguio give the worst directions.

There's no parking infront of the hotel for pick up and drop off. We have to rush getting off the van and lifting 4 heavy suitcases. That's when my husband hurt his back. Plus, the lobby is at the second floor. We have to use the steps going to the lobby for check in. The room was clean but the commode was leaking and the sink is clogged during the whole duration of our stay. And we have to call the front desk to send someone to fix the problem but they never fixed it. The room is clean, though they gave us a stained sheets on our first night of stay. If you love to drink coffee in the morning, you have to go to the restaurant located at the second level of the hotel as there's no coffee maker in the room nor a microwave. During our stay in baguio, the weather was cool and there's no hair dryer in the hotel so you have to bring you own hair dryer. The location is great for young people who wants to roam around the city especially for those who wants to go the night market, mall and the park. The smell of smoke from the cars is terrible. We are on the 6th floor and the fumes is pretty strong. The staff are nice. And the security is always helpful.

This place is rated as a 2star hotel but i will rate it as a 3star hotel instead. It's clean and situated along session road. There is a coffee shop at the 2nd floor. Staff are very accommodating. For standard double room there is no cabinet but its spacious. There is no parking soace but there is a paid parking nearby but be ready for β‚±500 plus parking fee for overnight.
