Great for the price. Whatever you do, DO NOT GET ROOM 4. It seems like it's the last room up for renovation especially the bathroom. We were staying for 3 nights and after a night in room4, which has an adjacent activity hall (that means events in the morning which will be noisy), i demanded a room change or refund. I was ready to get a much more expensive hotel room but my entire family was staying there. I checked again the room pictures they had online and they were okay. Complete with vanity. Room 4 was like a 150pesos motel room. The staff was gracious enough to find a solution for me and my daughter. They transferred us in another room but we had to transfer again for the 3rd night since all rooms are booked. That was better than room 4. The photos here, we brought our own beddings and pillows. I feel bad for anyone who'd stay there. The rest of the rooms we stayed at were okay. I'd say clean enough. Not for those expecting a hotel because it's old. It does have it's charm though. A bit creepy but overall okay. The staff are all accomodating and the location is the most ideal for those who doesn't like the noise of the city and still has the old Baguio feel.

+ Clean room and bathroom. + Cozy and good ambience in the room and lobby. + Friendly and helpful staff. + Our room was spacious for 5pax. 1 queen bed and 3 single beds. + Mosquito-free :) + Ample parking area in front of the hotel. - No water heater in the sink. - No toilet bidet. - The queen bed was bit cramped for 2 people, in our case. - No electric kettle provided but you can ask the receptionist or staff for water refill & hot water. - Wifi only available at the lobby area, inaccessible inside the room. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay. It’s quite remote from the noisy busy city so we find it peaceful and homey. It’s also walking distance from other restos. We got the family room for only 1k+ for a night so if you just need a place to sleep in, I think this is not bad and more affordable than getting an airbnb. :) This is now added in our top choices to stay in Baguio.

This is an old hotel, but neat and clean. Staff are accomodating. They dont have parking inside the premises, you need to park on the street.

Boutique hotel in an old building. Very high scores on ambience. Nearby resto-bars may be too noisy for you but it was acceptable to me. View of the valley was very relaxing, specially with the fog rolling in. Location wise it is away from main roads so if you're just commuting you may need to walk a little to where you can get a jeepney. I will definitely return.

Too much stairs from going into lobby into rooms. Our room is 3 floors below the lobby and quite far if you want to go out. Wifi doesnt also reach the area. But it is a good place just to spend the night

This looks like an antique big house with lots of room 🏘️. I like the interior of the lobby and the staffs are friendly ❀️. Good budget food and big serving as well πŸ˜‰ By the way, this is a 2-star hotel. Nothing to expect much in the room as the price is relatively lower compared to other hotels/inns in Baguio.

The whole place is great for family and friend vacation set up. Their staff will always assist and attend to the needs of their guests beyond expectations . They will make you feel at home. Foods are great with extra classy experience for a great price deal your pockets will surely love :) Good to know that they offer discounts and promos during rainy seasons. Upon our experience, if you're lucky enough, your visit isn't that rainy at all. Always communicate with them and surely the staffs would be there for you at all times.

We had a great time staying here. The highlights of this place are the accommodating and friendly staff, the "cozy-ness" of the ambiance and the comfort you will feel either while you are at their lobby or while you are inside of your room. I also loved that they are serving delicious meals for an affordable price. I am a morning person and wakes up around 4-5am in the morning, so when I do and the view of the mountains and being able to watch the sun rise while having our breakfast is really a plus on our experience. The only thing that I think (based on our experience) that they need to improve is the quality of their bedsheets, somehow I felt uncomfortable with it on the second night of our stay.

I stayed here because I attended a training. What I did not like were some guests who did not know how to walk normally. They had heavy footsteps. The receptionist should remind guests to minimize noise at night to respect those who are trying to sleep.

Used their conference hall, their WiFi is fast..conference hall can accomodate 100 participants or more coz they can extend to their dining hall, parking might be or maybe not a problem depends on volume of their guests

I had a very pleasant time being here at this hotel with my husband. The hotel is near the mansion, wright park, and other activities to do around the area. The best part of the hotel was the entrance into the building, with the stairs and a scenery that was so amazing to admire, and experience. The staff was very nice, and polite as well. The food was great with great tasting! My only thing is the cold water when showering, wish there was better hot pressure. But other than that I'd definitely recommend this hotel, which we will be coming back to whoever we are in Baguio City!

Strategically located amidst popular eating places. Old building, reminiscent of the places I used to stay when I was a kid. Staff is very helpful.

Been staying since 95 it was villa la maja back then.. if you dont like crowded places and just like to enjoy the smell of pines trees and peaceful roads this is the place to be.. now its nearby a few restaurants within walking distance. Its located at the back of the mansion and also a 10min drive to minesview and camp john hay. You can spend a day or two here avoiding the crowded tourist spots in baguio Dont expect too much on rooms and room service this hotels main strenth is its remote location and homie feel. It caters to goverment functions and seminars as well. This is our home away from home πŸ₯°

The rooms are clean, the food was great (affordable, generous in terms of quantity and good in quality), the staff specially the waiter who serve us for our entire stay was very very kind that he already prepared the baby chair and a small plate for my 11 months son without me and my husband asking. The price of our room was clean (including the toiletries), homey and very affordable compare to the previous hotel we stayed (the previous hotel that we stayed seems pricey for the place itself but its 2000+ per night compare to this hotel ranging 3000+ for 2nights but it seems like the rooms ranging 2500 and up per night). The room we stayed also have smart tv compare to the previous hotel we stayed. They also have function room if you want to celebrate any parties. The hotel itself was very cozy.
