I also got toothbrush, toothpaste, lotion, cotton, cotton buds, slippers, shampoo. This was the only hotel who gave me lotion. Lol. One suggestion tho is to have a percolator and and glass inside the room. I liked the ambiance and feel of the hotel, gives you a very cozy vibe

Very accommodating hotel manager! Our stay was hassle-free because the staff are so nice and helpful. The location is great, too. Walking distance from tourist spots (Mansion, Wright Park) and great eats (Ranee House of Curry, Grumpy Joe) but without the noise of traffic.

Good location if you don't want the traffic and pollution in the city proper. Basic room without aircon but still so cold when we went here. The breakfast buffet is simple but delicious, we love the deep fried shrimp and fresh fruits.

The place is ok, located in a quiet place. But there is a building being constructed beside the hotel, i am not sure if it is still quiet when they are working, since we visited on a holiday. Food is ok. Room is small and clean but old. Lobby is nice. Room view for now is good. Good value for your money. During our stay, it was cheaper in agoda than the walk in rate. I did not feel the peak season of baguio in this place, it is quiet and cold, with not much people, we got what we wanted

The room was not clean, kettle broken, internet terrible. The only good thing was the hot shower. The hotel itself is not well maintained. It seems like this was once a great place but the owners have given up. Needs serious renovation.

This was our first option when we booked our club anniversary but unfortunately, our members wont fit so we have to split them. Our second option was a 5 minutes drive called Newtown Plaza. Newtown Plaza has the worst staff, horrible service, rude front desk supervisor and more, our members who used this hotel had the worst experience. Half of our guest who stayed at Ridgewood had the BEST of time. They were all very happy with treatment, food and overall service. We regret to have chosen Newtown Plaza and we hope that we look for other hotel options, but I must say. Ridgewood had some of our members happy and we are very pleased with their treatment. Will definitely use Ridgewood again. And NEVER AGAIN to NEWTOWN PLAZA.

Good place to stay close to nature. Humble staff, ready to help. Rooms with balconies and complete amenities. Nicely decorated lobby with a variety of food options at the breakfast bouffet. Evening dinners served with live music performance. Plenty of parking space available.

The dining/reception hall has a wonderful wood cabin ambiance and the staff were very accommodating. Our stay would have been far better though if the toilet seat wasn't too close to the shower door, if the shower heater wasn't difficult to adjust, and if there wasn't a gap in the window curtain.

If you don't mind a short uphill climb, you could walk to Minesview Park in about 10 minutes. There's a couple of other tourist spots nearby but you'd have to take public transport or a taxi to get to the city. The rooms were clean but could use a fresh coat of paint (they did say they were currently renovating). Our rooms did not have a view and overlooked a couple of private residences but the area was quiet in general. Hot and cold water is available in the shower. Wifi is free for guests. Dinner was good (witty names in the menu) and reasonably priced. There were lactose intolerant and vegetarian options too, which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast buffet was pretty good too and the lobby/dining area has that welcoming lodge kind of feel to it. The hotel staff were excellent, polite, very helpful and accommodating. We were pretty happy with the service we got that we considered extending our stay, especially after a particularly long weekend. We'd definitely stay again if we're ever back in Baguio.

Sadly we did not stay as business we was on finished early . But hotel was very clean and nice receptionist . Only fault is location , it's down very quiet road and good distance to walk to highway to get taxi to go eat .

Good accomodation

Very accomodating staff, clean rooms and overall service is excellent. This is my second time using this hotel and we are enjoying our stay here in Baguio because of this place. We will definitely stay here again.
