Not sure how this place stays in business. Won't return emails. Won't allow bookings on their website. Every time I book...they turn right around and send me a cancelation email with no reason? So I tried to book through Agoda but instead of charging me 2,500 pesos to hold the room..they charge me $2,500 US, which is 125,000 pesos. Had to cancel that. I would highly suggest you either fixing your website to no show open rooms or perhaps responding to customers. Not sure how anyone runs a business in 2023 with a broken website and a staff that does not feel like responding to emails. My wife emailed you twice. Once in English and again two days later in Tagalog. Still no response.

I am very Glad to see this place has improved a lot. back then in the late 90's. did a lot of suggestion to improve this villa property, it was then under my watch. the owner realise later that all my great ideas was to bring the great repeat customer's experience over and over again. gladly they invested to maintain and upgrade the garden. fast track 23 years, happy to read all the positive feedbacks from the guest and visitors. keep it up. all the best.

Place is good. Very good value for money. Make sure that you book 2 rooms so you can get the whole villa. Basically the place is a bunch of villas with 2 apartments per villa. When I was there the occupancy level was kinda small so I did not pay for 2 rooms, but enjoyed the whole villa. The staff is friendly and there is a 7/11 right outside on the right-hand side. Quality of air in Baguio is appalling so having a nice play to stay is a good thing.

We rented a whole 2-BR villa and it was clean and nice. The bathrooms were clean. The beds were comfy and towels were provided. No toiletries like the ones from hotels (toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo) were provided though. The kitchen had usable cookware and dinnerware. The compound / garden was cute. Staff are courteous. Parking is available. Very accessible to food establishments, convenience store, and drugstore.

I recommend this hotel. Quiet and cozy place. Have clean rooms and friendly staffs. We stayed in a deluxe room and it has free toiletries (toothbrush, small toothpaste, shampoo and conditioner) Free breakfast and it was delicious. We had a buffet breakfast on our last day of staying there. We stayed for 4 days. Near the city center. Two thumbs up for this hotel! :)

Me and my partner had a great 1 night stay here in the last weekend, awesome services especially Mr.Charles. He always ready to assist each of every guest. At first, I thought I reserved a balcony room (there is no balcony room) turned out to be a standard room, no complain for the hygiene and clealiness at all, very clean and tidy. They prepare kettle and mug for each of the room, and there is shower heater which is huge help for showering in a cold weather. 😊 The wifi is fast + smooth. In additional, this hotel location is very accessible to every tourist spot, restaurant and convenient store(711&mercury drug store)! Saves alot of travel time, a very bonus score for this. Rating 5 out of 5 for me and my partner!

Great place to stay. Great service. Secured even at night. Beside the hotel is a convenience store and a bank (ATM available). Walking distance to Burnham Park and Session Road. Just don't forget to bring some extra cash as this place is also near to restaurants and fast food resto! 😋

The place is lit! The staff are very friendly and nice. Had an amazing experience and breakfast with my fiancee. For the price, you'll get more than what you'll pay for. Everything was perfect from the bathroom to the bed and to the closet. The place is beside a convenience store and in front of a fastfood. The only problem that I've experienced was that there are no receptionist at midnight till office hours (maybe because it was non-working day) and theres a construction site nearby(maybe it will be finish when you check-in). But all in all I still give it a 5⭐ they(Holiday Villas) made my adventure in Baguio contented and memorable. Thank you!

The place is Instragramable, there is a 7/11 near the Place, the staff are great they also have generator power supply in case of brown out and the rooms are great it has kitchen, refrigerator bathroom on the ground floor and on the second floor, it has television and sofa and also has a connected door if you have another room occupy on the other side♥️ all in all is great and very relaxing great hotel to stay in for your holiday🥰

It's a nice and elegant place for local tourist who may want to rent a flat wherein they can avail cooking on a a two bedroom area.

Loved this place, visited from the netherlands. Short walk to burnham park, and not far from the Shopping Mall. Clean rooms, good service, nice staff!
