The room is comfortable and pretty clean. There is a refrigerator (check to make sure it is turned on) a safe, and WiFi, but the WiFi is intermittent. There was some mold on the shower curtain and the shower head needed replaced, but it was functional. I put in a maintenance request and they quickly fixed both. Pretty happy with that. The breakfast buffet was very good and it is included in the price of the room. Definitely better than many of the hotel breakfasts I've had in the US. It also runs from 6am to 10am, so there is plenty of time to get breakfast even if you like to sleep in a little.

The place is just beside victory liner terminal so it’s very convenient. The food is good, especially the hot chocolate! The rooms are a bit small and dated but very clean. The staff are as usual very accommodating and friendly.

A 1 star hotel which should be a disgrace to the Wyndham brand. Minimal parking. Located next to bus station and some guy blowing a whistle 24/7 to direct bus traffic. Breakfast was very poor in comparison to similarly priced hotels in Philippines. Independent restaurant on site had good food but again the annoying whistle with window always open. Avoid this hotel.

Very accessible from Victory Liner. 800m away from Session Road 900m (12min walk) away from SM Baguio. 1.6km away from Burnham Park Basically walking distance from all wonderful places in Baguio. Taxi is easy because drop and go nature near the bus terminal. They have free water at every floor. Friendly staff. Area is not crowded. We enjoyed our stay here.

Staff were polite and courteous, bed was comfortable, wifi was fast but the room I got has molds, was dusty and smelled bad. I had my room cleaned again but still was not clean after. Pictures attached were taken after I requested for cleaning. I forgot to take a picture of the moldy rubber shower mat. Not worth the P3800 at all!

We were warmly welcomed by the accommodating and helpful staff upon our arrival. The room was spacious and beds were comfortable and the linens were clean. Complete on what you expect in a hotel room. We stayed for two nights, and I can say it was a fantastic experience overall. Room Size:The double queen bed was perfect for my family, providing ample space for us to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city of pines. Cleanliness: Room were clean and comfortable. Housekeeping maintained it throughout our stay. Breakfast: Includes variety of options including hot and cold items. Service: Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Others: Water dispenser with hot and cold in each floor. Free coffee in the lobby area. I recommend it to anyone seeking a reasonable and comfortable stay. Thank you to the entire team at Microtel by Wyndham Baguio for making our trip so wonderful!

Great place at great location. Price wise, it is still worth your money. The receptionist was very helpful. The buffet breakfast provides variety and quite selection of food. The room is clean and has great view. The queen beds are really helpful especially for parents with kids. You do not need to spend your money for another room. There is AC, too. Not many 3 star hotels provide AC in Baguio city. So, this is definitely their winning point. There is no tea bags or coffee sachets in the room, but you can make it your own in the lobby and there are water dispenser in the hallway of each floor to refill your bottles. Keep up the good work, we will definitely go back there again.

We recently stayed a total of 16 nights (July 2022) and we would not hesitate to return in the future. The purpose of our trip was to visit family and friends in Baguio. The best asset of the hotel is the staff, closely followed by the location. The room we occupied (Rm 302) could do with a bit of an upgrade, suggesting a new quiet split system (heat pump) air conditioner, and a smart television with access to Australian sporting channels but the bed was fantastic. Everyone from the hotel that we had the absolute pleasure of dealing with during our stay were courteous, professional, and very helpful. Just some of these folk include but not limited to: Daisy (Reception), Michael (Security) Kenneth (Housekeeping), and Angel (Restaurant). Denis and Barbara Russell from Melbourne, Australia.

The rooms were decent and the food was okay but their internet is pretty much non-existent. They also have a very limited parking space, at least the hotel staff were friendy. So if you're planning to stay here better stock up on data and pray that the room you stay at gets a whiff of cell signal.

Staffs are very accomodating and approachable, the rooms were clean and big enough. They also have caha diero, hot water, door lock which is important for me. To ease my paranoia at night, anyone wont be able to access our room when we're asleep. The location is very great, just beside Victory Liner. Walking distance only from Burnham Park and SM Baguio. They have their restaurant also, the best food I had was their pizza. For the breakfast, the options are just limited. Our breakfast was included to our accomodation, if you want cheaper food there are a lot of eateries around. The one in front of the entrance of the hotel cooks good, i just forgot the name. There are sari sari stores nearby too.

Microtel is a budget hotel chain offering clean, basic accommodations at affordable prices. The rooms are small but well-maintained, and the staff is generally friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is convenient for travelers looking for a simple place to stay, and the in-room amenities are sufficient for a comfortable stay. Overall, Microtel is a great option for those looking for an affordable, no-frills hotel experience.

This is a very nice clean hotel. Modern and up to western standards. A short walk to SM mall and not far from the night market. Next to victory liner. Staff was great and we had a very comfortable stay.

I love the room, so relaxing, very clean. Love the native look of the sofa by the way. The palm trees are so beautiful. Wish to stay longer but till next vacay.

Loved the stay in the hotel. Security was good and staff was attentive. Any issues were quickly resolved. I highly recommend the stay and will be happy to rebook. Quick access to SM mall and several other areas. Close access to victory coach liner is handy for traveling in and out.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Microtel by Wyndham Baguio, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The rooms were absolutely delightful. They were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with all the necessary amenities. The beds were heavenly, providing a restful sleep after a long day of exploring the beautiful city of Baguio. The stunning views from the room were an added bonus!

i highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are perfectly clean and tidy. All the things that we need was attended by the staff. This place is very relaxing and comfy perfectly paired in this kind of weather here in Baguio City. Ambiance is very accommodating to the tourist. I want to stay here longer. But my vacation leave is just short. Will definitely come back to stay a lil bit longer. Cheers to good service.

The room is cozy for 2 people. Very comfy and clean. The staff were attentive and very approachable. They have water dispenser every floor, which is convenient for us. we don't need to buy water and ice because they have an ice maker in the lobby. It was an awesome experience for me and my husband. They gave us a complimentary cake since we celebrated our first year anniversary.

During my recent visit to Baguio, I had the pleasure of staying at Microtel by Wyndham. The hotel provided a comfortable and cozy experience that perfectly complemented my trip. The location of the hotel was convenient, situated in a peaceful area that offered respite from the bustling city center. It was within reasonable proximity to popular attractions, making it easy to explore the beauty of Baguio.

Very clean, tidy and well maintained rooms, bathrooms, and amenities. Located near the city center and all the landmarks were easily accessible. It's so easy to go sightseeing and shopping and near public transit. The staff were very accommodating and friendly.

The room was sufficient and clean, as well as reasonably priced. Hotel location is very convenient especially if you take victoryliner bus transport. SM mall and downtown are all within walking distance; which can sometimes be faster mode of travel during peak traffic.

The motel is great, and the location is convenient, especially if you take the Victory Liner bus to Baguio. The bus terminal is right next door. This SM mall is an 8 minute walk, and other places are not far away. The continental breakfast was good. The only thing that was not good was the service in the restaurant attached to the motel. We received lackluster service from the staff. The motel staff, however, was great and friendly.

I love this hotel, especially the facade. Although the place is currently under renovation, the staff made sure we are guided the rest of the way. Booking and check-in process were fast and convenient. Guards and staff are very nice and helpful.

Dependable, mid-range hotel that caters to Western expectations. Staff is very friendly and service is prompt. Location is good - walking distance to a variety of shopping and dining options as long as you're OK navigating the elusive and sometimes treacherous Baguio streets and sidewalks! Located directly next to the Victory Liner bus depot for Baguio, this is a great hotel option. You spend a little more but the quality is good. Rooms have free wi-fi, in-room safe, armoire with hangers, blackout curtains and television with a surprisingly good selection of both local and international programming. Baguio's climate is famously mild but there is a small in-room AC unit should you so desire. Bed is firm but comfortable and there are ample blankets and linens to stay warm enough at night if you tend to sleep cooler. Electrical outlets on either side of the bed. Bathroom has a separate shower area with a shower curtain so the rest of the bathroom stays dry. Western-style toilet. Toothbrush/toothpaste provided (disposable) as well as bar soap. Shower offers a single dispenser of hair/body wash. There's a fridge in the room as well as a carafe for water and glasses and an ice bucket. Drinking water is located from a central dispenser in the hallway (don't drink the tap water in Baguio or elsewhere in the Philippines). No hot water pot or coffee/tea in the room. Wi-fi is relatively reliable but can be slow at times. Should support audio/video but be prepared for freezing frames and other glitches from time to time. There's a nice (but narrow) desk area with a chair and an outlet so you can work fairly comfortably. SM City Baguio mall is located within a 10-minutes walk and offers a good variety of shops and restaurants from local to international as well as a movie theater on-site. Electronics shops as well as clothing and other sundries. Excellent views of Baguio from the upper floors to satiate social media mavens. Downtown is a slightly longer walk or you can hire a Grab or taxi or even a jeepney if you can decipher which one to get on! Although it's next to a bus station I wasn't disturbed by any noise. Walls between rooms are thin so beware you might be heard by others as well as hear some of their conversations if you work at it. I will definitely stay here on future visits to Baguio. Somewhat central location means it shouldn't be too difficult to call a taxi or Grab to take you elsewhere in town.

Hotel was nice and clean. Walls are thin. We heard the next rooms TV until 0200. Then at 0500 somebody started coughing for 1-1/2hrs. You can hear the showers running in the other rooms and the other guest have various time schedules, so no fault of their own, but frustrating when wanting to sleep, or stay asleep. Rooms were a bit more than what I would expect for the privacy. Breakfast was good. For the price we paid, I don't think we would stay again. For cleanliness we'd give 5 stars, for privacy maybe 2, size of the room for the price a 2. Breakfast 3.5.

The hotel is very nice. But the restaurant is great! Good food from a capable chef. But the service is so outstandingly friendly, that you’ll feel as if you are having dinner with close friends. Funny, friendly, with lots of smiles; but not intrusive. Very worth a stop in for dinner, even if you are not staying at the Microtel. Ask Capt. Larry to seat you with Anthony or Johnila. So nice; so kind; so talented. You’re gonna love them!

This was our nth time in this Baguio hotel. Never disappointed our family. Pleasant and relaxing stay, as always. We were surprised to see that they added more rooms and had additional bigger capacity elevator this time. We learned that they did construction during the early pandemic times when they were forced to close operation. Very nice!

Staying at the Microtel by Wyndham Baguio was a delightful experience! The rooms were cozy and well-appointed, providing a comfortable home away from home. The staff was friendly and always willing to help with any needs or questions. The hotel's location was also perfect, being just a short walk away from the city's top attractions and dining options. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Baguio.

I recently stayed at Microtel and was pleasantly surprised by the good things the hotel had to offer. The staff were very accommodating, allowing me to leave my belongings before check-in and even sending a text message when an early check-in was available. The room was well equipped with a heater and was very clean. The make-up room service was excellent and all my requests were granted. I also appreciated the 12:30 checkout and the breakfast that was offered. The common toilet was always clean and well-maintained. However, there are a few areas for improvement. I felt that the hotel could provide a better introduction to the room, including directions, the daily breakfast schedule, and the breakfast restaurant. The window was very difficult to lock and the room door had no peephole, which made it necessary to open the door to check who was knocking. Overall, I had a good experience at Microtel and would recommend it to others looking for a clean and convenient place to stay.
