The hotel is nice, beautiful and neat. But the room we got from our reservation has problems, the television did not work at first. We need to call for the front desk to ask for assistance it took a while before they fixed the problem. Another problem is that we were placed in a room near the area where they are renovating. It was noisy and we can smell the fumes of chemical. Hoping they don't offer that room to customers.

Location is good, really near Burnham Park/Session road. The hotel looked like they could use an upgrade, everything looks fragile. You can hear what people are doing inside their room while passing by the hallway. Parking is not guaranteed as they have very limited parking space. Crews were helpful though.

You can avail of their 12 hours if you are coming here late at night. The room is clean and spacious. Please note that 12 hours does not include breakfast buffet.

Front desk is not really that accommodating. Yes, she's doing her job but she is not accommodating. We stayed for four hours at their suite 1 room 608. When we enter the room the smell is not good. I think it's the floor and the mop that they used to mop the floor with is not clean because it's so smelly. The sheets are clean. There is no tissue on the dispenser. There are two free bottles of water. No slippers. There are complimentary toothbrushes and soap. There's a bath tub. There's a window that allows the light outside to enter the room hence defeating the purpose of resting. Much better if there was a curtain. The air-conditioning is working and really cold.

It's good. Not fancy, but comfy. They accept families. Towels are clean and white. Bed is comfortable.

Poor service! When I arrived an hour early, they told me that 2 PM is the standard check in and I understand that. When I came back at 2, the room wasn’t ready yet and they made me wait for 30mins to occupy. Not to mention the staff is not friendly and approachable. When I got into the room, it wasn’t very clean. The floor is dusty and the toilet looks like someone just used it. There’s no hotel slippers available as well considering that the floor is dirty. When I asked for a pair, they told me there’s none available. Everything is just terrible!

The hotel is in a central spot, walking distance to Session Road, Burnham Park, the Night Market, Good Taste Restaurant, and many more. The room was neat. The air conditioner was very cold 😁 and there's heated water and a complimentary breakfast buffet good for 2 pax. It was a good experience for an affordable price.

Our occupied room has a damaged aircon. I requested to have it repaired. My request was accommodated the following day. They said it's repaired already but it's not. :(

What I liked about this place is the staff- they were nice and welcoming, breakfast buffets are the best as well as we get to have coffee, rice meals, bread and soup at the same time unlike other hotel breakfast but the rooms are a little bit small that what we have expected, showers are doing fine water is warm which is necessary in this cold place.

Let me express my experience during my stay in Eurotel Hotel Baguio just recently (May 29-30). The first room we were given was untidy, the cabinet mirror was black stained you can hardly see yourself and no floor bath mat among others. It was supposed to be a Suite 1 room! I asked to be transferred to a better room. The room they gave us was another flop! The AC unit was not working! the TV was defective! So we move to another room! Then we were settled for 2 nights. The third day was worst! A bad smell was all around the room!!! when I went out, it was even worst which I almost vomited! My head ached! the smell of the paint went thru my lungs! When I complained and asked the front desk, all they answered was "we are renovating kasi the 5th and 6th floors! Oh is that so? then no apologies whatsoever? Then why do they accept guests if they are renovating? Why would they not use the odorless paints so it would not affect the guests inside? I'm sorry but it was such a nightmare!

We had the Suite 2 or whatever it is called. Great location, right next to McDonalds in the middle of town. The TV's need updating, but the addition of a bathtub really made me overlook any negative aspects. Front desk people were always nice to me too.

This Eurotel is GREAT!!! they have organized rooms there as long as i can remember, by the way, we've booked there since the last December 2021 and 2022, and we're coming back there in september 22 (my sister's birthday) and we will celebrate our sister's 27th birthday!

Way over priced with nothing to offer. No fridge no jug. Over priced menus double bed is made of 2 single how uncomfortable. For this price you'd expect much better.

The room I stayed feels small and tight. Service is good, lots of on thee job trainees. Wifi reception on our side is very much ok. Buffet breakfast has limited of options but generally ok.

We reserved 2 rooms. My son got a room on the 6th floor. He liked the room very much. We also got a room on the 6th floor. The bathroom door would not close and the aircon was lacking. We called the front office, and they came up to fix it. They realized that it would not be a quick fix, and so we were moved to a room on the 4th floor. I liked the look of the room on the sixth floor better. But the aircon works, and this room has a view from the front of the building. Room service was excellent. I especially liked the 24 hours happy hour deal. 4 beers and a shack of your choice for p399 pesos. Avoid the breakfast buffet.

Stayed in here for three days. It was ok during our 1st two days' stay. The room had cold air-conditioning with strong water pressure at the restroom. Unfortunately on our last day there was no water in the hotel. Something went wrong with their pump motor, as explained to us by hotel staff. We were supposed to leave at 7am and ended up leaving past 9am. In fairness to them they gave us water in a pail for bathing when we requested. Despite that still 4* because their staff were friendly and ready to assist.

There is a very big difference between each kind of room. At first we stayed in standard room but we asked for changed of room because the sink is clogged. Then they put us on deluxe room which is very nice than the other. The location is excellent very near in burnham and good taste resto. The free breakfast is very dull. Overall a fair price for the stay.

" I'm actually looking for a decent place to stay today because of my stress in travel and i checked in to EUROTEL. Upon entering, the place is vibrant and relaxing. The staffs are presentably great and the accomodations are fantastic. A big shout out to the housekeeping, you did an excellent job maintaining my room clean and fresh! I'd love staying here and I'll surely come back if i need to rest or just want alone time."

Loved this hotel the staff were very friendly and nice the lobby maybe kinda small but for the space they have I know they can improve it more. The rooms are equipped with card locks and also the electricity inside the bed was just three inches or 2.5 but i can manage it because for the price I've got on agoda for 2,100 pesos for a standard room and buffet breakfast, I just can't complain enough but I hope the bed was just more thicker and the blanket a little more thicker and an electric kettle also they're kinda undermanned their parking is also not too spacious i hope they find a solution to their parking space. We'll I'll just go back here because of their friendly and kind staff.

Hotel staff were very nice, the only issue is the room has no open windows for Studio type rooms. But overall a great experience

We booked a room online, booking accepted and PAID, only to arrive at the day to see they were CLOSED all week. Had to find a different stay at another place. Contacted them to at least get a REFUND, no response yet. Posting this review for refund.

Advantages: 1. Cheap, We got our rooms for only 1100 php. 2. Strategic location. It is near burnham, bdo bank, chinabank and a bunch of restaurants so you will never want for food 3. Easy to get a taxi since this is located in the central part of town. Unless it is panagbenga then traffic and transportation woes are abound 4. Staff is courteous and polite Can be improved 1. There's a basement parking BUT it is too tight and theres a sharp curve that is a pain to all who uses the parking. This needs to be renovated. 2. We booked a suite with a bathtub. Cleanliness is very wanting in that the comfort room! The bathtub seems it was cleaned. I feel there's bed mites. The blanket provided is so thin that we have buy a fleece blanket in the market. 3. Our bed, instead of a queen bed, is a connected two single beds with 3 pillows. 4. Floor is not carpeted so at night you can clearly hear if theres someone walking in the hallway Overall, if you're in a budget and not so picky and just want a room to crash into after your activities in Baguio, then this accomodation will work. But if you want to relax and enjoy your hotel experience then i don't recommend this. P.S. I woul like to mention that staff is very accomodating and understanding. We booked this pre omicron July 2021 with downpayment. We always have to reschedule because of the pandemic and travel restrictions. Even after 8 months they still honor the reservations made.

Currently had the worst experience in a hotel. Once we entered the room we were expecting to have a decent rest but then the smell of the cigarette was too strong. Sheets were even dirty and worst of all after some time of staying inside the room, small insect bites started to show up on my skin and everything feels itchy. Tissue wasn't also provided in our room. I really hope this doesn't happen again. Eurotel has been really an affordable and decent hotel but cleanliness services were way below the standard.
