Booking Process: 3/5 Easy process for a walk in guest like me. The reception employee, I believe is a newbie since someone is assisting her, forgot to give back my ID after registration (we arrived in Baguio at 6am and went straight to the hotel to book) so I asked for it when I went back before my check in in the afternoon. Check-in: 1/5 Our check-in time was supposedly 2pm and we were in the lobby before 1pm. We were given the keys at 2:13pm only after following up twice and stand in front of the reception so they know I'm waiting. There were also other guests waiting for their keys. The check-in process was very disorganized. Also, there were dump of sheets and comforter in almost every door of the rooms going to our assigned room. The previous guests checked out at 12 pm or a little late, so I'm not sure why it's still a mess in the hallway past 2 pm. Just not a very welcoming scene for new guests. Parking: 5/5 Enough space for guests to park and guards were helpful. Location: 5/5 Easy access to everything. Building Amenities: 4/5 I didn't expect much since it's in a prime location and mostly buildings/hotels in the area would focus on the basic facilities. Elevator was fast. Common balcony overlooking the session road. Room:1/5 We're only two but we availed the Superior trio because the Superior queen was fully booked. The bedsheet and comforter were dirty and stained. I tried calling the reception but no one is picking up probably still busy with the check-in of other guests. No bottled water, although not stated in the website that the room has bottled water, I think it's a basic one to have. Also, you can hear the noise from the hallway particularly the staff who would either shout when talking to each other and just talk loudly. This happened several times on random hours during our stay. Hot shower is slow. Buffet: 2/5 Not a lot of options and taste is so-so. Service: 1/5 Except for the check in and the noisy staff in the hallway, the staff generally were nice and accommodating. But Im giving this a very low score because the loud noise of the staff affects the overall comfort of guests like us especially if you're trying to nap for an hour before going out again to visit another place in Baguio. I hope they can be more mindful that the rooms are not soundproof. We can even clearly hear what they are talking about.

Not bad! Free breakfast with unquestionable coffee. However, they could use higher grade pillows and blankets, plus hand towels. The room we had did not have windows. The location is excellent. Walking distance from session, abanao square, and market

For the money this hotel is very old and dated. The front desk clerk was quite abrupt when I asked for a balcony room (which I requested). They would not send coffee to our room unless we were in the room. The water temperature was never more than cool/lukewarm. The towels the provided were sparse with the edges frayed. They should have been replaced years ago. This place is more like a hostel. I would NOT recommend.

Beautiful place. Unfortunately we only stayed one night. Still the service was excellent. We checked some hotels arround the block but this one is by far the best in quality, price and service. The receptionist miss MJ is a delight. So professional and kind. Never had a room with this service and cleaning quality.

Service is a little slow. Had to wait for 30min. To replace a dirty pitcher that was in our room when we 1st arrived. The size of the room is ok. Size of the shower room is a little cramped. They do offer breakfast buffet. They served 2 types of rice[fried and plain] scrambled eggs, mini longganisa and fried dried fish. They also offer milk, coffee, 2 types of juice, 2 types of cereals, some bread that you can toast and a little salad station. Their parking lot has a lot of slots but the spaces between each car is not that good. So if your a big guy like me you have to hold the door then squeeze your body to get out inorder not to hit the car beside you. πŸ˜† [being considerate]. Price is ok for the overall experience.

We stayed in hotel veniz for 3 days and 2 nights. It's very comfortable staying in her, not only the room is clean but also the hospitality of the staffs working here. In terms of the location, it is very convenient for the reason that it is near on the tourist spots specially session road and burnham.

For Php4500 a night, this is so not worth it! SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. No blanket for an extra bed? Seriously? No one to answer the frontdesk line despite calling multiple times but they have the time to answer if you call via cell. Hotel receptionist Joiece isnt so accommodating at all. Like hello are you not happy with your job? Needs training on her customer service role. She ruined the entire vibe & excitement of staying at this hotel. Room isnt spacious as published in the website/social media. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. GO FIND YOURSELF A BETTER ONE WITH A BETTER PRICE & EXPERIENCE.

Our experience in this place is quite so-so; we stayed here for 2 nights and booked a Superior Family room for 3A and 2C. The room was okay, dated, and the appliances were not in quite good conditionβ€”not very bang for the buck. It was clean, but some room amenities were missing, and we had to call and wait just for it to be delivered. The food is good though; there is limited choice, but for its price, sulit na. Some of the staff, on the other hand, are quite horrible; this experience almost tainted our first Baguio experience. It all started during pre-reg. We arrived in Baguio around noon and were hoping we could check in early or at least pre-register. When we got to the property, I was assisted by FO agent Dehlia. The agent, I guess, was in a bad mood and didn't want to do any more work. I asked if we could do ECI. I wasn't pushy, as I do understand it's too early. Delhia maintained a stoned face and, in the most snobby tone, told us to come back at 2 p.m. I obliged, of course, and instead did some bag storage. After paying for the security deposit, there was no other information given to me. I moved away from the desk as there were already a number of people coming in. Before we left for lunch, I thought of asking about the breakfast situation as we were staying with kids. At that time, she was doing paperwork for a guest, and I guess my asking irritated her; however, if she was not willing to or ready to answer, she could've told me to wait instead of responding in a very condescending manner and giving me the wrong information. I was told that I had to pay for the breakfast of my 5 y.o and 1 y.o., and only adults can eat for free, even if we didn't exceed the room occupancy. I work in the hospitality industry, and hearing this kind of policy sounded so wrong to me. I knew immediately that she probably made a mistake and gave her a moment to correct herself, but the girl was too cocky to admit it. Coming from a 5-hour trip, I almost lost my temper, but I maintained my composure and left instead of arguing with someone who clearly hates her job. I then tried to check their website but did not find any information. Fortunately, when we came back for check-in, we had a better FO agent who gave us correct information and was kind enough to accommodate questions. Other than the rude front office agent, we did not encounter any other nasty staff; however, her actions did leave a negative impression on the place. Overall, staying here is okay, especially if you are particular about the location, but if you have time, there are better accommodations around that you can choose from.

Worst experience ever. Arrived at 12nn, I paid and said that I want a view looking at Session Road. Receptionist agreed and should wait for 2pm since that's the check in time. Had my lunch and waited. Upon waiting for 2pm, they said that the room is not ready and asked to wait for 2 more hours. I said I can't so they moved me on the room at the rear part of the building. They said it's already ready so I checked but housekeepers are still there and looks like it won't be ready for hours. So they moved me again to another room. But nothing is prepared on that room. No towels, toiletries, even the instant coffee. You have to call each item and they even forgot some. No soundproof or whatever. You can here the noise coming from the hallway and outside so barely slept there. Even the breakfast buffet is not good. Eggs and fish are out and waited for 30 minutes before they restock them. Check out wasn't great either. Waited for too long unlike other hotels and they lost my reservation fee. Good thing I saved my receipt or I won't get it. Hopefully they'll be better the next time.

Don't pay online if you're not sure about your stay. Their refund process is hell and the online channels (email and fb page) are not responsive.

Nice location at the side session road, stores are outside of the hotel, very clean, cozy, accommodating staff, buffet breakfast is delicious, highly recommended. Spacious rooms

It has been a nice experience. Staff are nice and approachable, the rooms are neat. There is just one thing that made my review 4 stars only: the room I stayed was suffocating. I mean, someone above my room is smoking, somehow undetected. How do I know? Well, the smell of the cigarette smoke went down to the restroom of my designated room. Even though I turn on the exhaust fan to get it off, it still lingered, so the only thing I could do is spray my perfume or my deodorant spray in the restroom so that it overpowers the lingering smell of the cigarette smoke. I don't know how that could happen though? Might be because it is interconnected to someone's room. Anyway, that was the only thing I was concerned about because the hotel excersises no smoking policy inside the rooms. It has been a good experience though, thank you.

All is good. However they cleaned the place late, we already arrived late but the floors are still wet. Also, the rooms are not soundproofed so you can hear people talking outside.

Only thing good about this property was the location downtown to everything. Staff were just ok. Leaking water from bidet etc in bathroom, hotel not very clean in general, disliked you could only have one key per room. We had three quests. At night every time I wanted to leave room I would have to stand in line to get attendant to let me into room as the only room key had to be left on holder so as guests in room would have lights to go to bathroom. Underground parking was a big plus as street parking impossible.

Very accommodating staff. This is my 2nd time at Veniz session. Location is really good. Accessible ot everything. Maybe just a heads up to clients that motorcycles are not allowed to pass by session road. 😊 We were apprehended on our way to Veniz as we didn't know that motorcycles are not allowed. We had to rush and pay the fine. πŸ˜…

Okay. Location wise the hotel’s location is strategic. The rooms are clean but lacks basics. Most hotels i’ve been to have free bottled water, this doesn’t. Like zero potable water. None. At. All. This is basic. Basic. Second, no fridge or option for it. πŸ™„ Noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms are too audible. We have a dummy window in the room and it was just covered with wood which makes it a way for sound from the hallway to enter the room. Like, why? Just why? Design isnt given an afterthought obviously. We havent had a single restful night because of the noise from the hallway. Sheets were clean looking but it caused us to itch. Complementary breakfast is mcdonalds. Fast food. πŸ™„ they should give guests the option to include breakfast or otherwise, of course with reduction of fees. Honestly, the quality and the services offered in the roomstay are just not worth it. Opt for the manor or other hotels with good reviews na lang.

The double room we stayed in was clean, although cabinet doors need repairing. The bathroom needs modernizing. The breakfast could be better instead of mcdonalds. The view from our room was excellent and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Location of the hotel is perfect.

Worst Hotel Veniz branch in Baguio City. We sent a reservation email on the 20th of October but no one reconfirmed it until on the 29th which is own date of arrival. The staffs are inconsiderate and irresponsible. No help provided at all. Stay clear on this hotel or your holidays will be ruined.

Room was dirty and missing towels and toiletries at check-in. Had to call housekeeping to prepare room. Paid full bill on checking-in and on 2nd day the desk clerk said we still owed on our bill. Showed her the receipt and she said, β€œOh, ok.” No sorry, very rude. Not a 4-star hotel as advertised. Would not recommend.

I wish it was zero on the table. The worst hotel ever. It is dirty, and if you go late to take breakfast (before 10 am) it is nothing to eat, I pay $80,00 per the night but I feel it is like staying in a hotel of $20,00 the night, and even those are better. The staff is not really supportive.

The hotel's location is quite convenient, situated in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by the friendly and professional staff at the front desk, which immediately set a positive tone for my stay. Over all rating, it is a 4/5.

Worst hotel ever. We booked 3 days and 2 nights for 8990 peso for 3 adults and 2 KIDS. kids aren't included on the free breakfast and we need to pay an additional amount. The hot shower is not working. And the worst is they told us to pay an additional amount since there is a stain on the bed sheet. A TINY stain.
