We stayed here for four nights. Everyone was polite and nice. Check in was smooth, altho we needed to deposit Php 2,000 in cash and no other option to pay for it. They allow early checkin and late checkout (with fee for the latter) depends on the room availability. Our room was located at their second building, third floor. The room was clean but days after I saw there were small handprints on the wall near the door. We didn’t have kids with us. We even joked it might be some ghost because we didn’t notice those couple of nights ago. Water pressure and heater worked well. Air-conditioning… would wanted a way to control the temperature. We didn’t check ahead of time but our room didn’t have a safe. Housekeeping was only done once during our stay, I had to chase them down the corridor for tissue roll lol. The sliding windows were open, for safety I was glad I spotted it before we left the room for touristy stuff. We had a view of their under construction building which didn’t matter to me until construction workers waved to our direction. Before leaving today, I saw they put a huge tarpaulin enough to cover the whole area. I didn’t complain about this but someone might have. It gets so loud in the day but the location was very quiet. When we wanted to reheat our leftover pizza from our first dinner in Baguio, they couldn’t accommodate us because the kitchen was already closed. It was okay but would be nicer if they did. So don’t take home leftovers and expect to eat it warm back in your hotel. We checked out at 12:36 pm and wasn’t charged with late check out per hour rate of Php 200. It was also a quick process. Location was ideal. Close to the Burnham Park and other restaurants. Breakfast buffet was okay. It’s mostly fruits + salad ingredients + rice + filipino breakfast dishes but you can find bread and waffles. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

I would change this review if they can make improvements to their rooms, stayed here over the weekend Dec 3-5, the room provided for us did not match the photos on their website, the bed was old and springy not comfy at all, the AC was old also and does not cool the room on time, the weather outside is colder but we cant open the windows because mosquitos will get inside, the one thing that I didn’t like the most was the lack of a bidet in the toilet and also the smallest shower room I’ve ever been to. Please request for a better room when staying here.

This place has done major transformation. They have upgraded their restaurant and rooms. The eat-all-you-can is a little pricey but it is still within range. Coffee is good and the cakes are delicious. Parking can be a challenge but manageable. Always ask if you are planning to stay overnight if there is a booking event. Because if there is an event, then it will be noisy and has no parking.

Its close proximity to the park is an advantage. Staff are friendly and courteous. The air conditioner, despite being old, still able to cool the room. The downside is it gets noisy because maintenance still fixing the floor down and can be heard in the room continues on until the night.

Had breakfast buffet at the Olive restaurant with friends... Simple Filipino breakfast spread, of dried fish, chicken adobo, pancit, hotdog, anyway you like eggs😋🍳🍳garlic fried rice, vegetable salad,🥗🥗 fruits🍉🍉, a variety of cakes for dessert. It is reasonably priced per head.. Dining space is just right for social distancing, staff are courteous and friendly. 🤗The buffet servers were very generous making you feel very welcome. 👍👍

The front desk staff were great. The restaurant is excellent. The waiters were NOT. The beds are substandard. The bathroom is substandard with a very slippery floor. The faucets are old. The hot water control is hardly controllable to my satisfying temperature.

Our room was very dated and one of the glass panels for the windows was missing which was unfortunate because it was during typhoon egay when we stayed. However, their services and staff are great. Very fast wifi good for those planning to work here. Free water refilling. Free breakfast. Ample parking. Great location, walking distance to the city center.

We enjoyed most the breakfast. Delicious and well presented. I hope there would be a double bed for couples and a small table with lampshade. The staff were courteous and helpful. Definitely we will come back.

Booked through Agoda Room Type: Superior King with Balcony Number of Nights: 3 - Booking experience: (1/5*) Already had an issue as early as this. The Superior King with Balcony has air-conditioning highlighted in the facilities list but there's actually none. This was confirmed when I called to check on my booking and was notified about it. The staff on the phone was even argumentative that they had it correct in Agoda. Well, as of this writing (06/23/2023), the room still indicates that it's air-conditioned. Thankfully, Agoda assisted me with this issue. (Yes it's Baguio and it's cold but I just wanted an air-conditioner for a drier setting and controlled temperature due to the weather during the stay.) Take note that this is via Agoda and experience could be different via other channels. - Value for Money: (1/5*) We just didn't have any choice because of an event that we have to attend here. But compared to other hotels within the area, the price to quality is terrible! Although you'll be greeted with a nice lobby and staff, the property feels really old and gloomy along the hallways. Not to mention the bad accessibility on your way to your room. More to that in the Facilities review. - Location: (5/5*) This is probably where the price is tailored at. The hotel is strategically located in the heart of the city, near convenience stores, restaurants, Burnham Park and a huge mall where you can shop for anything you might need. - Cleanliness: (3/5*) Overall it's acceptable. There's just this dark, dusty particles on the drying rack, toilet tank and a little bit on the bathroom sink that I didn't bother calling room service and just wiped them off myself. - Staff: (3/5*) Everyone never failed to greet us with their great smiles and courtesy. I just had to remove a star to the argumentative staff who handled me on the phone during my booking phase. The other star deduction goes to the staff whom we asked for assistance when we had an issue with our keycard access. We got a top-floor room and there's no elevator, front desk isn't answering the phone that time as well. We were all too tired from our tour and just wanted to get some rest. However, the staff failed to return to us to sort out the keycard problem and really had to go down to update the access. - Facilities: (1/5*) I can't believe a 3-star hotel can't have an elevator for their guests. They only offer it for their guests staying in the Executive Rooms. But at least our bags get to use the elevators right? Kidding aside, if your Baguio itinerary involves a lot of on-foot activities with a lot of terrain, don't get relieved yet upon completing the tour of the day because you'll still be facing more steps going to your room. Another thing, I haven't noticed a smoke detector inside the room and balcony. I thought it's strictly smoke-free but cigarette smoke from another balconied-room entered our room since there's no air-conditioning and windows are wide open. Also, there's a large Google TV, mini fridge and an electric fan. But the room is only equipped with one 2 gang electrical outlet inside the room and another one with the same type inside the bathroom. So fridge is in use, we need to use the electric fan, but we also wanted to use the TV. We can only choose right? No way! Just force the fan plugged in the one from the bathroom instead. But these aren't the worst part yet. Here's where safety is compromised: Their bathroom for this room type is not safe at all! This isn't even an exaggeration. The way that the floor tiles are angled towards the drainage, is just too steep and the tiles are way too slippery! This is very dangerous especially to the elderly ones! Safety handles? There's none. This needs to be remade before an accident can happen.

It's just a waste of money. The room was overpriced for its quality. I paid for an air-conditioned room, which to my surprise wasn't working properly. I informed them about it right after we settled in and also the next day. But still, nothing happened, and the second night we suffered because of the heat. That's when I had to call them at almost 2 am to do something about it, since I was there to relax, not to make myself exhausted. They offered me an electric fan instead. Baguio was not that cold and doesn't have pleasant weather, so air-conditioned rooms are a must! Aside from that, some of the restaurant staff don't fit to be in customer service work. We were being humiliated while having our breakfast for 2 straight days. Worst customer service we've ever encountered! But some of the hotel staff are patient and accommodating, which deserves to be commended. But all in all, it's not really worth it to waste your vacation on this hotel. There are better hotels, so be careful when choosing one.

    - The Hotel is okay if you're just looking for a night to stay. - The beds are substandard and thin that we can almost feel our backs. - The restaurant is good but with minimal options. - The bathroom is not good; the floor is slippery and the drainage is clogged. - The Frontdesk staffs are accomodating including the security guard and the room attendants. - The room assigned to us is beside the kitchen exhaust which is a little loud. - No good view can be seen from the room window. - And the room smells a bit moldy and old. - The heater is always acting up, and midway your shower you'll be surprised by an extremely cold water. - No elevators for your luggages, very inconvenient. - Poor WiFi connection. - Breakfast is good. - Cats can be heard at night.

Convenient location and very helpful staff. They've also let us do an early check in. The rooms and bed are okay, but bathroom is quite small. The breakfast buffet was extensive but i hope there are main dishes that are vegetarian. There was an ongoing construction when we checked in (nov 2023) and we were surprised that it was ongoing even in the evening. Our room is also close to the parking area and it was noisy and you could hear a dog barking and howling non-stop.

Venus Parkview is situated at the very heart of Baguio (very accessible to key areas of the city)... I am amazed with the kind of service they have delivered despite the challenges of the peak holidays with typhoon during the time of our stay. From parking... reception...and room service were of great value compared to other hotels who would usually charge higher rates.

Booked this requesting a view, which at over 6k a night (2 nite stay) you would expect. Was told we could upgrade for a higher price. Wouldn't have selected, if known in advance. Location was great. Next trip we will stay else where.

I recently stayed at the Venus Parkview Hotel, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly and welcoming staff who were eager to assist me in any way possible. The lobby was stunning, with a grand chandelier hanging from the ceiling and plush seating areas that provided a comfortable and elegant atmosphere. The room was spacious and luxurious, with a comfortable bed that made for a great night's sleep. The amenities in the room were top-notch, including a large flat-screen TV, a mini-fridge, and a coffee maker. The bathroom was also impressive, with high-quality toiletries and a rainfall showerhead. The hotel's facilities were outstanding, with a state-of-the-art fitness center, a beautiful indoor pool, and a spa that offered a range of treatments. The on-site restaurant was excellent, serving delicious meals made with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. The breakfast buffet was especially noteworthy, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, situated in the heart of the city with easy access to a variety of attractions and restaurants. Overall, I would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the city.

it's an old hotel. or probably just the room we are in. no elevator and we're at the 4th floor. imagine bringing your luggages and other things upstairs and downstairs 😅 but their breakfast buffet has a lot of choices so that's a plus point. it's located just fronting Burnham park and a stone's throw away from sm baguio and the night market.

Worst Parking that they wont try to resolve. They couldn't solve their parking problems. There are no parking space in front of the hotel, I needed to wait for 30 to 45 minutes to park my car. They wanted me to park at the back of their hotel which is a "tambakan" Every morning we needed to wait for other cars to go so that we could start our trip in Baguio. Will choose a different hotel next time I visit Baguio.

If you're just looking for a cheap place to stay (as you will be spending most of your time outdoors) choose them. We booked a standard room with no ac for 2 on November and it just serves its purpose. Them room photos are deceiving tho. BUT: great breakfast buffet, even greater coffee, accommodating staff, located just beside Burnham Park, and I can say maybe the room is clean.

I think they need to install elevator in their hotel. Just across Burnham park. Spacious rooms but power outlets are not strategically located.

Booked here in Jan 2020 after New Year's. Room given to us was Interconnecting. Soundproofing is so bad. Breakfast could be improved. Very near Burnham Park.

The rooms are not what I expected. Service is good yet not fast and responsive as there I experienced unattended calls for my follow-ups regarding inquiries on venue and accommodation. The location is very accessible especially since it is nearby the Burnham Park.

Very accomodating staff. Clean rooms. Awesome room service. Lots of parking space. If you choose the executive room, you get a very nice view of Burnham Park. The hotel General Manager is very kind. We enjoyed our 4 day stay. Thank you!

Nice location and very accommodating staff and manager. Although it was a short visit, the lobby was beautiful a d clean and has safety protocols installed. Although the room's floor is quite dusty, overall a fairly good stay.

We didn't check in. We just tried their buffet. It was good, but choices are limited. There are other breakfast buffets that have better choices. On the plus side, their interior and furnitures are great. So classy.
