stayed only for a night but the staff were all friendly and accomodating. accessibility wise, it is very near to burnham park, less than 5 mins walk. also near jeepney terminals off to baguio's tourist spots. the room was clean and complete with basic needs, it also has a street view. on the first floor is BPI, so if ever you ran out of cash, you can easily withdraw there.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at in Baguio City, right smack at the city center. Stone's throw away from Burnham Park and the public market. Warm and cozy!

Where do I even start? I didn't even notice that this hotel was there. The front of the hotel has become a terminal for jeepneys, sometimes squatters stay on the front porch which I find scary and unsafe, it was so difficult to find out where to park as the space in front of the hotel is filled with jeepneys so my mother had to get out of the car and ask the guard where it is. It looks like the type of building that anyone can go into. Next, the room we got. It was fine, decent, clean but I hated the unecessarily large windows and I could clearly hear the noise from outside. The wall beside the door is just glass covered with, I don't know, a heavy tint?? There's also no doorbell which is common in most hotels me and my family stayed in. The paint on the wall looks crumpled too. The crew were all nice and accomodating so that's one less problem. The hotel would be better off called a dorm or an apartment or a commercial building. It would be good for those who need a quick place to stay but not for those who are in vacation. It was me and my family's first trip to baguio and I am disappointed.

Stayed in a 3 bed room for my family. The room was neat and clean. Had an ensuite. The ensuite could be a little more cleaner. We were situated closer to the street and so could hear a lot of noise from outside, especially in the morning. In the morning we could smell fumes from the traffic in the apartment. The windows couldn't fully close, so this was an issue. Breakfast was complimentary and good.

Though there were inconveniences with checking in as they had a problem with syncing their systems, they managed to accommodate us. Room was okay considering the price range and even has a complimentary breakfast with it. The hotel is near most shopping areas too (if you consider the Baguio Public Market and Hilltop Market the best places to shop around lol) Staff are nice and accommodates each requests with a smile. Will book again for sure.

A Hotel Baguio is an ok place to stay. My wife and I usually stay here when we go to Baguio. The rooms are clean and tidy, very simple design. The walls are very thin though, you can literally hear footsteps outside your doors. Anyone talking is very loud aswell, which can be quite annoying if the hotel has a lot of people. The staff are nice to deal with, when our card was not working, they were very prompt in giving a solution. The best part about this place is the location. It is walking distance to local malls, burnham park and the night market. So if you dont have your own transport and rely on commuting, this is a great place for the location. 3 stars
