The room was small and was more of like a storage room. You only have a view of the wall and you can hear everything outside; the room does not have soundproofing. The slippers were already broken before use and of the cheapest quality. The sink was clogged. The bathroom fittings are old and rusty. The tile floors have cracks. We checked in at 3am just to sleep, checked out the same day and asked receptionist, Pauline, if we can extend our check out to 12nn instead of 11am. However, she refused because she said that the room will be occupied by another guest which will check in at 3pm. She could have allowed us to check out at 12nn, they would still have 3 hours to clean this small piece of a room, and made a customer happier. This small piece of room was 3,000PHP per night and honestly, it should not cost even more than 1,500PHP. This place is horrible. Save your money and look for another place to stay in Baguio.

One of our hang out places before when I was still in college. I love the ambience of the place and it's quiet even though it's beside a busy road. They have cottages outside that you can choose from. It was quite sad to see them remove the billiard area. The only thing that I can critique on is that they can probably improve on their menu 😁.

Nice place to relax. It is near the Botanical Garden and New Town Plaza. But I don't know why they charged us an extra β‚±500+ at check out. I didn't even order anything or eat anything at their restaurant. I asked again if it was from my room, and the clerk confirmed. The processing time in checking out is long. That is why I just paid the charge and left already.

Loved our two night stay at the pines view room which pleasantly came with its own parking space so we didn't have to worry about parking every time we came back. Food was great both for dinner and the breakfast buffet that came with an omelet station which was really nice. The room came with an amazing view of the botanical garden just across the street. Staff was very responsive and accommodating! Chef even made a special dish for my girls when we misunderstood the menu listing. My only reservation in booking again is there are no elevators so it's not friendly to people that have a difficult time with stairs.

Relaxing place to stay. Cool reception/dining area with mounted heads of animals. Wood wood wood everwhere as their theme, as the name suggests "log cabin." If given the chance, try to book the room a the top, the ceiling is great.

Old Baguio feel of the old house with wooden floors and pine smell was a blast from the past :) Staff were friendly and courteous Loved the bed so much that I had to sleep again after breakfast πŸ˜ƒ

Poor quality service. No one assisted us in bringing our luggages to our room. We waited for 1hr to get our dinner served😌

I love that it's far away from the city but not far enough to be able to enjoy what the city can offer. It's only a few walks away from the botanical garden and other restaurants. The room is a delight – spacious, well-maintained, clean, and cozy. The thoughtful addition of cabinets and drawers proved useful, especially for those with plenty of belongings. The outdoor ambiance is enchanting. We weren't able to purchase the bonfire (350 for 3 hrs) but I think a group before us did, when we came outside they were gone but there was still some fire left so we stood there for a few minutes. It's a very memorable experience, chill cold evening air, warmth from the fire, the sound of fire crackling, and the faint sound from the live band at the bar. It's such a relaxing experience. Will avail the bonfire next time. Additionally, worth mentioning that the WiFi speed was not as fast. Din't really have an impact on my stay but for those who are planning to work. This might not be for you or bring a pocket wifi.

Clean rooms, bathrooms are very spacious which I like, complete room "trinkets," although limited cable channels (not really important for me, but might be significant for travelers for kids), limited parking space (shared with bar goers), limited breakfast choices for a buffet set-up.

We came here for the breakfast buffet. The ambiance was really homey, a rustic Baguio cabin house feel with all its wood interior. The buffet table though was too basic and borders to unappealing. We came hungry so we made with whatever there is on the table. Over-all it does not give value for your money, but if you simply like the exclusion from the world, you might find this to your liking.

Nice hotel with some cabin's out the back. Has it's own restaurant serving Filipino food. Hotel was good value.

We loved the ambiance. The safari decor is awesome. Rustic, it is like a museum and somewhat scary as described by my kids. They should work more on improving the quality of the dishes though..

Good comfortable clean bed, room and bathroom, with chair, desk, and good size room. The svc was good, and the location was close to downtown and basically across from the Botanical Garden. A restaurant on site with a fair selection and what we had was good. We would stay and eat here again.

Best location. Close all attractions and the city proper. The surroundings are not crowded and the view has the "ideal" Baguio settings. Clean bathrooms, cozy ambient, and cool rooms

This rental was wonderful! The rooms are incredibly spacious and the breakfast served every morning was delicious. The room we stayed in had a balcony that viewed the city. Next time I visit I plan to rent the room that faces the botanical garden, it looks like it would have a great view of the city. The lights are controlled by the room key which I thought was such a smart way to keep electricity waste down. Everyone that worked there was hospitable and greeted us with a smile every time we saw them. Be mindful, it is a log cabin and the hallways are very creaky and echo. There is plenty to do within walking distance, one of my favorite places was the botanical gardens. Every night at the restaurant/bar downstairs there is live music. The house guitar player is awesome and a must see!

Staff at the restaurant are unbelievable, TERRIBLY UNFRIENDLY !!! THEY ARE LIKE YOUR BOSS, HAVING LONG FACE , DOESN'T EVEN REPLY WHEN YOU GREET THEM. YOU ALWAYS HAVE TO HO TO THEM IF YOU WANT TO ORDER. I THINK GUESTS ARE NOT WELCOME HERE...especially at the restaurant πŸ˜”

Great cozy atmosphere. Walk outside, lots of taxis, and a botanical garden. Just be early on breakfast, and be quiet when walking on the wooden stairs.

We are walkin customers of their resto. Tried eating for the second time but we got poor accomodation. The servers prioritize customers who checked in on their cabins. Poor service and most waitresses are frowning. πŸ˜“

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Filed a complaint of bed bugs and ended being blocked from their Facebook page and mobile numbers. Better find a different hotel to stay at. HORRIBLE HOTEL.

Safari themed hotel. Rooms basic but comfortable with good showers. Aircon a little loud and even if turned off, the fan is always on which is annoying. Breakfast buffet great. Liked the bar with live music too. It's a great location for the botanical gardens. Overall if you want fairly simple and affordable accommodation, I'd recommend. I would stay again.

The hotel is very nice and cheap. The staffs were very accommodating and friendly. The food there is very good as well and also cheap. The place is also near the Botanical Garden, it took us about 5 minutes to get there from the hotel. I'd recommend it if you want to visit Baguio.

for the morning shift guard who thinks highly of himself when asked for his lighter would instead give you matches, and would incredulously sing despite flattest voice i have heard; some staff members who will never yield to the paying guests when they are walking, would disturb your peace and tranquility when you would start eating by asking your room number or by letting you sign first just right before you would take the first bite; accuse you of smoking inside the room; the two stars are for some staff who are dedicated especially the front desk ladies and the house keeping unit; and thank god for the undeniably thematic lobby.

An unexpected place in Baguio. There is a music bar and open dinning. The off- road parking is well secured. Recommended for a cup of coffee and a place to unwind.
