Located at the city center. Room is clean, big and spacious. Complete with clothes iron, fan, aircon, refrigerator, and a bathtub. Breakfast is very good. Staff are all nice! I just don't like that no natural air enters the room. Our room is the one with no view from the outside, the window faces a wall, wherein no air can pass, and even when we turned on both the fan and AC, the air quality inside the room still does not feel nice. Still, it is a great value for money!

July 24-25 stay, a friend booked a reservation for us as we were driving from subic, upon arriving the cashier(Lilia) changed the the amount from our reservation to my surprise and disappointment to almost double, upon further queries by my friend thru phone who made the reservation, the cashier tried to overcharge us by charging my 2 kids as adults when they are in plain view, but due to the long exhausting drive we decided to stay and availed of the executive suite to have more space, around 11pm coming back from a walk we requested for extra towels and a bedding, the night shift clerk(April) must have been having a bad day and decided to take it out on us as she smirked and in a condescending tone asked asked for our room number then stated that there should only be 2 towels because we only paid for 2 people plus one extra and the other two kids will not get any because they are free also that there should be beddings in the pull out bed but I told her there wasn't any, also I asked her how can 2 towels be enough for 5 people and that she should at least send 2, her reply was "I'll see if we have any, we usually don't have extras". When the staff arrives she only has one towel and a thin blanket, when I told her what I actually requested for she said that "April" told her to bring only one, when I asked if they have more she said yes and that it will be her pleasure to give us more, I actually showed her every room, washroom and closet in the suite to prove that there is our family there and nobody else, after she fixed the pull out bed for us she gave us extra towel and went beyond by lending us an extension cord when she overheard that we need one. The front desk people should not be in the front desk if they do not have good etiquette and manners as they are the Frontline representative of the hotel, we have stayed in a lot of hotels in other countries but by far this is the worst treatment we have have received, Paragon hotel pales in comparison to court meridian hotel in subic where we also stayed in an executive suite, room is smaller but the front desk people and staff are better trained and treat guest as guest not a nuisance like how "april" made us feel. Note: I also filled up the survey form at the hotel and took a picture of what I wrote, let's see if it will actually reach the management.

Very much like this place cause it’s very much well located and the view was lovely as well. Big shoutout to the lovely front desk ladies for their help on check in and assist with finding the room. ✅ Stayed 2 nights and would come back for sure and recommend to anyone who ventures this far. The junior suite (my room) was very good size and plenty of space, it was $A345 for the 2 nights/12,700 peso.

We booked a Premium Park room in November 2023 which had a really good view of Burnham park. It was huge and had a tub. The hotel is also literally a minute walk from Good Taste restaurant and has a Watsons store beside it. Breakfast is tasty. Drinks were self service and served with plastic cups for juice and water and paper cups for coffee. What I didn't like is the outdated furniture. The chair in the vanity area is damaged. There were also small cockroaches coming out from the sink in the bathroom. I didn't take pictures because it was gross. We only paid around Php7K for 2 nights which is cheap given the location and the size of the room. I don't think I would stay here again given the cockroach situation I experienced.

Staff could use another round of training. It had already been 5 hours when we left the hotel when we received a call, although politely per my wife, regarding payment for a breakfast! We paid this in cash at the hotel restaurant that same morning we had the plated breakfast. What happened to staff communication? Did someone pocketed the payment? Is the young waitress already absent minded at 7 am and got easily tired of serving the about 4 hotel guests that time?

Spacious rooms, accessible to Burnham Park, great staff from Front Desk to Housekeeping. Interiors need to be updated, breakfast is plated (for the room rate it should be at least buffet). No cctv on elevator. Towels need to be replaced.

Wasn’t good at all, the towels were very old like rugs already and their shower head doesn’t fit well, difficult to do shower. Although I will say that the room and the bed are big otherwise I feel their service was cheap. I will say that their free breakfast was so cheap, they serve you a coffee in paper mug and we cannot drink the coffee because of so bad. And most of the restaurants staffs was miserable, not approachable can’t even give you smile. We tried to ate at their Fortunate restaurant and the wasn’t good. I won’t recommended this hotel at all by my experience.

Great rooms. Some rooms have no views. I don't know why it's design that way. Lots of places to chill and lounged but I don't like there breakfast. The hotel is nice and big with lots of action figures and lots of money put it to look nice. But it's like a King living in a castle but eating like a peasant

A decent place to stay when I visit. I like staying here during the rainy seasons because when I wake up it's foggy. Also it's near to Central park too.

Location is great. Walking distance to Burnham park. Room is quiet despite being near a busy street/place. They have rooms with great view facing the park.

While in Baguio.paragon Hotel is the name to remember. Walking distance to everything. Baguio market, Session Road and Burnham Park. The room rate is also reasonable.

Nice room, if we had realised it was this good we would have stayed longer. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit Baguio. Its located next to Rizal and Burnham Parks so it's easy to access green space and the restaurant net door is very good.

Could improve in the room service or add contact numbers for the main lobby, cleaning services etc.

The rooms are excellent. The food service very generous. The dimsums are delicious. It is 3 min walk to Burnham Park.

Decent hotel with good central location and parking. Reasonable rates and relatively clean rooms with decent beds and good airconditioning. Breakfast is not very tasty and filling, but it's included in the room rate. Very weak coffee, even by local or American Standard. Nice friendly staff.

The hotel is clean. The service is decent. The hotel exterior is decent and the interior is not too shabby. Has parking underground (don't remember if there was charges) and price is ok as well. Location is great - it's close to SM mall and Burham Park (which we didn't have time to go). Our room was prestige the bathroom sink has smells (I think it's from the pipes) Right now (Feb 2019) part of the hotel is still under construction. It was a pleasant stay.

We stayed in Paragon from June 24-27 for a business trip. The rooms and service are worth the money. I particularly liked the bathtub and how spacious the room was. The food for breakfast was also great. It would even be better if there was a buffet option.

Highly recommended hotel. Staff are accommodating. Location is right at the center of the city. Fortune restaurant at the lobby is another excellent food and service. Can't wait for my next visit.

The best hotel in town from clean & spacious room, good service, & at the heart of Burnham Park with wet/dry market, PureGold, Watson, etc. nearby. Everything is within walking distance. Non-smoking Baguio. Only issue need more parking space under basement but can still park outside.

Located in the Center of Baguio, Paragon is near Restaurants, the Market, Shops, etc. The room i got was the King Suite (4k via Agoda) which came with Breakfast A La Carte. The Room was Huge! It had its own Living and Dining Areas. Bed was huge, bathroom was big too with a bath tub. It had a Mini Bar, kettle, Microwave. Wifi was just okay. I enjoyed every minute of my stay at Paragon. And will stay there again.

I asked for complimentary water but they didn’t give my kids even just 1 bottle because they said we already exceeded our time but when I got to the front desk they charged me for extension. Not only that, I was in rage, because nobody assisted me nor talked to me when I was in the front desk. Nobody acknowledged me. I was pissed because I was there for some time and I went to the basement and someone followed me telling me I have bills to settle but again nobody talked to me when I was at the front desk. Location was great but staff are the worst! Think before you book this hotel because instead of relaxation you’ll be stressed by them.
