Though the comfort and shower room are shared, it's really clean. You feel like you're at home because in my case, I borrowed a flat iron with no additional charge. You can even leave your luggages if you wish to travel to the farflung areas of baguio before staying at ashburn. Great stay at a cheaper price.

Bad smelling room uncomfortable bed. And besides all that they take your physical ID for the night and forgot to give it back to me. Never ever give your physical ID to any hotel for the night while you stay there huge red flag and it's their responsibility to remember to give it back. Stay away from this place

For those who are on a very strict budget for accomodations in Baguio City, this can be an option (but I won't really recommend). If you have a vehicle, then this place can be good. Not recommended if you just plan to commute going to the city proper. The staff is okay, but for cubicles you'll need to rent an electric fan. Plus, the bed don't have a plywood underneath so you'll feel the metal frames underneath the bed mattress. The view is also just okay.

I walk in to this transient with my two kids and 1 more kid and they offer me a bed bunk for 3person for 1500 by right it’s only cost 899 for three person, the space is so terrible small, no window just a wall fan, no private toilet, Nightmare to stay here even just an overnight. We also check out 6am but there’s no discount at all. The men not friendly staff. I stay at 4th floor. I don’t recommend this kind of stay and I really regretted staying here yet so many choices for my Budget. Body all pain after wake up😰

Room looks different with the advertisement. It doesn't have it's own bathroom. But the staff is very accomodating.. If you're looking for a cheaper hotel this is a good one but don't expect much... Overall Experience is great... View outside is also mesmerizing

It's a very cheap place to stay and it very much feels like it. The rooms "walls" are really just large pieces of plywood with gaps at the top, so you can everything happening in the apartment. The rooms smell quite bad. The street it is is situated on is not the nicest. Being so close to the centre is great and the staff are very helpful

Nice and safe location close to the famous Good Taste (first branch) and the market. Gives you the feel of that Filipino college student life. It's located in front of the van terminal going to Sagada.

The Ate the care taker is nice, but the place, and its location seems slightly seedy. But it's cheap so get ovet it.

Even it's a self service place, it's clean and accessible with a nice view of Bagio City

The room itself is very big. It was just very humid, and we only had a small window to get fresh air. The room had a funky smell and there's a lot of mold. It was very cheap, so we didn't search for another place to stay, but I won't come back again.

The staff are very nice though the room where we stayed looks old.

There is no elevator so if you happen to be on the 6th floor then you will get involuntary exercise coming and going to your room. They have parking on the 4th floor however since the chassis is low, the way to the parking is elevated, it scratched the van everytime. The stairs are open so if you have kids you have to watch out for them and make sure they don't fall. They don't provide towels. One room was so hot and the electric sockets were broken so even though they let you borrow a fan you can't use it. They don't provide toilet paper. The wifi does not reach the rooms at all. And 4G as well is very weak inside the rooms. We requested a cancelation on a couple of rooms last minute which they graciously allowed so I give it two stars.

If you are looking for a convenient, safe and affordable place just to leave your stuff and take a couple of hour's rest while roaming Baguio, Ashburn is the perfect place for you. Literally a crossroad, you can get anywhere from here. Marami pang food stops and spas. Kuya Vincent was accomodating, the apartments are spacious, clean and has a lot of freebies.

A very good place to stay in. The staff were very accomodating and there is a kitchen where travellers can cook their own food. There are a lot of kitchenware that you can use without any additonal charges. You can eat at the pantry area while enjoring a satisfying view as well.

It's literally a big house divided into small rooms...But for the pay, it is worth it! They have hot showers which saves the day! No complimentary toiletries

(Translated by Google) The room is clean, the pillow case is fresh and fragrant. The cr is clean but not the heater and the common cr. There is also oven, microwave and refrigerator in transient. And cheap. The staff is also kind, well maintained really. We're pretty much looking for but all in all okay she's specially for those who want to get rid of it.

Accommodation as part of a travel package, so bad we had to book to a hotel to keep our sanity. If you want to feel unwelcome and wants to have a smelly sleepless night, then this is the place for you.

😠 No receptionist when I arrived, some cockroaches in my room, bathroom was filthy. Worst hostel ever! I checked out after 6 hours. The fat lady at the reception didn’t give me my change πŸ’°, NO shame at all! I’ve found a better room for a fraction of the cost.
