The only good thing about this place is the location. Front desk service was poor. Arrived before 4am. Not that accommodating and they hardly smile. Poor customer service. Telephone line is poor. You could hardly hear the person on the other end. I requested for the room to be made up and change of bedding and towels. When we arrived back from somewhere, they just tucked the bed. Bedding and towels were not changed. The room was not cleaned. I could see the thick dust the next morning when I opened the curtains to let sunlight in. The bed is plain plywood. The pin light was not working. We had to move the table to where the light is. I wish the owner could at least upgrade the room. The TV was so small. The bathroom shower cubicle has molds and mildew. The sink has stains. And their rate does not match the place. If they are charging that high, I wish they would upgrade it just a little bit. Visitors of hotel guests just come and go. Security is lax. The only time the staff smiles is when you're checking out. Sayang ang place if they will just let it deteriorate....

Booked a matrimonial room (with advertised lakeside view) via Agoda for around 2.1k a night good for 2 pax. Came around 10am and they allowed us an early checkin. However the room initially given to us was standard one and while it has windows, it has no view unlike what's advertised in Agoda. We did a room upgrade (got room 402 with a good view of session road) and it was an additional 600 pesos a night (total 2.7k per night for that room). We confirmed if it can accommodate additional pax and front desk said no (though they have rooms good for 5 costing around 4 to 5k). If u want your room cleaned, u have to verbally notify front desk every single time and follow up since they have no card u can just hang on your door. Wifi speed inside the room was a bit slow wc was around 5mbps. Biggest frustration was the water heater not working and we only discovered it at night when we were supposed to take a shower after a whole day of walkathon in Baguio. They weren't able to fix the heater so they just provided us a pail and dipper with hot water. I asked if we can just have electric kettle we can use to heat our bath water since I find it hassle to change rooms again however, staff said they only have one heater and it's for staff use. After multiple follow ups even on the next day, we were finally moved to room 602 with a finally working heater. However unlike 402, the walls are made of plywood so noise may be an issue here. The breakfast inclusion was just ok. U can choose 1 option from bangus, tocino or longganisa and 1 drink. Nothing remarkable though, just enough to get hunger off you. Building felt like it got stuck in the 90s. As a retrophile, I appreciate it. Location was undoubtedly good as it's near to everything from pharmacies, shops, tourists spots, terminals, etc. Despite hotel management's apparent decision to skimp on a lot of things, staff are super helpful and friendly. However, for that price of 2.7k, u can already score a much better room with more inclusions and complete amenities (feet mat, hair dryer, ref, kettle, esp. a working heater, and a whole lot more) in other hotels.

Yes this hotel is old. Expect the facilities to be old. BUT, if you are not too picky and would just be needing a place to sleep since you would be out exploring Baguio most of the day, then you should note that their rooms are clean. Their staff are friendly. Towels, basic toiletries are provided. Slippers are provided. There is a shower heater. There is cable TV, WiFi, and landline telephone in the room. BEST of all, the location is perfect! It is at the heart of the city’s activity center: Session Road. It would take you just a few minutes to go to restaurants, banks, parks, church and public market. It’s a few minutes’ walk from SM, Burnham & the cathedral without you worrying about traffic nor parking. You get to enjoy Baguio. I would recommend this hotel and would surely stay here again in the future.

Rundown hotel with bad experience. Building is old and was always of low-quality construction. Choice of rooms are either no AC with window or inside room with AC but no window. Furnishings are very low quality and old. All cloth materials provided from towels to beddings were worn. Bathroom was also very basic. There was no hot water from the sink. The toilet was very small (if you are a foreigner you will have a hard time). Shower was an electrical disaster waiting to happen with an exposed breaker inside the shower very close to the heater. Service was also very subpar. The included breakfast is tiny. All additional items are charged but the servings are also tiny. I requested for ice and they said they could only give cold water. The cafe is only open up to 3 PM so no in-room service past that from the hotel itself. In-room amenity kit was 2 toothbrushes, 1 soap, shampoo sachet and tiny toothpaste tube (good for 2 brushes); no razer. They also give you 1 water and some cookies a day and that's it. I requested for a water bottle on the last day and they refused to provide me because I was checking out. Staff is kind and polite but useless for information (most just said they don't know whenever I asked something). They also looked overworked. The worst part is the price. For the price they ask (2k+ as of writing) you can get better service for much less in surrounding hotels. I'm normally a fan of historical places like this but there is just no excuse for this quality of bad service at the rates they are asking apart from greed. The only good thing about this hotel is the location which is at the city center. They need to renovate this place massively and pay their staff better.

I've checked-in in this hotel for a couple of times with my family before the Pandemic. Now, this is the 1st time I checked-in here only with my husband with me. Sad to say that I'm very disappointed this time that I came back here. First night, I dialed the front desk asking for a BP monitor (at home). I was half expecting they don't have it of course. And yes, they don't have it. The answer to my 2nd question got me really irritated. I asked if there's a nearby clinic and she answered me plainly "hindi ko lang po alam" ("I'm just not sure"). Long silence. Just like that. Whaaat? This is the SOP in a hotel. You SHOULD know all the nearest establishments for Emergencies around you! Next thing is the Housekeeping. I left my JisuLife mini fan beside the telephone in the morning because who needs fan in Baguio City, right? My husband and I went touring. When we went back in the hotel at 5pm, my husband noticed that the room was already cleaned and the arrangement of our stuffs were different than before as well. The next morning, that's when I only found out that the housekeeper or whoever it was who cleaned our room yesterday, messed up my JisuLife mini fan. The elisi were now dented because they closed it with the elisi sticking on the side of the cap. What an idiot! Now whenever I turn my mini fan on, there's a sound of dislocation. After I found that out, I checked my other things. The next morning I was putting our stuffs in order readying for check-out. I noticed that the mini flashlight on the left pocket of my backpack was missing. I asked my husband if he used it and he said no. That's when I decided to check the other pocket. And there it was. UNDER my umbrella. Like what the hell happened!? I didn't put the mini flash light on that pocket because that pocket was only meant for the umbrella. I'm very organize with my stuffs so, I know whenever there were changes. Definitely someone has touched them. Take note, I NEVER left my backpack's zippers open. This may be my 1st time checking-in with my husband here in Benguet Prime Hotel - Baguio, but this will definitely be our Last! The other staff there were polite and accommodating though, as well as the front desk officers in the morning. I just really hate it when someone is messing with my stuffs especially leaving them damaged without taking responsibility.

✅ Very Good location ✅Bedroom is spacious But... 1. Facility is old, may opt to find other Hotels of the same price 2. Food - small serving, taste is just ok. Do not expect too much. Free water and snacks upon checkin tho. 3. Bathroom - Spacious, with waterheater, hygiene kit and tissues. Flush do not function well. Had to use pail. 4. Incomplete room supplies upon checkin. Had to call for the towels and slippers. ... Literally walking distance away from every places we needed to visit that day. But will not recommend, and may not come back either😅

I couldn't put 0 star. But I will put 1 star= to 5 stars for the staff. But This was a big joke, A BIG JOKE !!! I don't mind if the hotel is ugly and old but if you go to a hotel, the minimum is a working shower and a working toilet. This was the worst experience of my life. I am so sad and ashamed that the owner don't even take care of the rooms and the building. It's well situated, very good location in baguio and view on the street and they charged 3000 on agoda, and 2000 walkin. 2000 could have fixe everything in this room, everhthing!! The TV was unplugged, the bed sheet old as the hotel, one pair of sleeper with 2 different colours and size lool. But fr real this is just unacceptable.

This hotel is needs to improve their rooms. We we’re at room 310 on the 3rd floor and there’s this smell I couldn’t stand that gave me a headache. I think it’s paint. All the things you will be using in the rooms are also very old like blankets, towels, and linens. Honestly, this hotel needs to buy new towels at least… they can afford it for sure but chose not to. The only advantage of this hotel is it’s location. If this hotel is not in the city center, I doubt people will go there due to it’s condition.

I love the light and airy atmosphere! The streets are clean and free of unpleassnt odors which say a lot anout the discipline of the public. despite being crowded. Add that the people are friendly and artistic and well-versed in various dialects. Such character and colors! 🥰💕

At first we didn't get the right room that we book they just give us a different room. And when we ask for towels they kept us on waiting how many times we need to follow up. They even have a different pair color of sleeper. The hotel it is not organized well. Even the food doesn't taste good. And the staff they didn't know what they are doing. They should know how they will access their booking system. It's sad to say that this is the most embarrassing that ived encountered here in the Philippines because in every hotel i checked inn it was nice and good.

Place is very old. Everything in the room is old, even the towels and the linens. Front desk and housekeeping do not answer the phone. Only thing good about this hotel is the location.

Stayed for three nights. It was an old building located along Session Rd. Its location is a plus being near to parks, restos, SM Baguio and other business establishments. There is also a complimentary breakfast which I liked. The serving was just enough. Not too small nor huge. On my 2nd night I was tranferred to another room located on the extension wing of the bldg. I was not able to sleep well as it was a bit noisy outside. I requested to be transferred to another room on my 3rd night but was not granted for there was no available room they say. Water heater was functioning well. Bed sheets seemed to be not so clean. Stains were visible. Rate is a bit high. AC and Non-AC room have the same rate. When I called to request for my 2nd day extension, the hotel staff told me that the room where I was staying was reserved to another guest and that I have to transfer to another room however, there was no room available with the same rate. The rate has gone up apparently. But when I inquired personally at the frontdesk, there was available room with the same rate. 🤔

Location! Location! Location! My friend and I were joking about how this reminds us of P250/airconed room in Cubao. Haha. This is an old looking building, when you walk in the hallway it doesnt impress us, but, Room 608 (key door type) has the Session Road view that i love! This room does not have aircon only fan, a small led tv, hot shower is working, smells like they just painted it. It has 2 double beds. Free to request for extra towels and it took hours for the free hot water. P2,500 with free complimentary breakfast (choice of Longanisa, Tocino or fish and coffee or juice). Price Point: LOCATION ask for Room 608!

The only good thing about this hotel is the location and the sweet employees. The hotel is a dump. It looks like a haunted hospital from the 50's , disgusting bedding and horrible bathroom, you have to be a rocket scientist to operate the shower hot water ANNOYING breakfast was below average borderline gross. And, I got overcharged because I was there on a Saturday night. . Such a joke. I would never go back there or Baguio for that matter.

Great location. Water supply is good. Bedroom is spacious but old. Needs renovation to look even better. Breakfast serving is too small and expensive for additional cup of rice and corned beef that was reheated with a taste of near to being spoilt. You can leave your baggages at the lobby when you check out early.

The staff are nice and easy to talk to. Sobrang annoying lang ng shower nila, pahirapan i-operate para sa hot water. Enjoyed my stay with my family but the breakfast is lacking. The location is great too since it's near to a lot of places.

The only good thing about it is the location. We stayed here last 11/2023 and the staff specifically the female head receptionist wass not friendly and accomodating. There was no heater and there was only a minimal flow of water in the shower and also the elevator was not working. We were with my seniors parents and aunts and it was hard for them to go up and down the hotel knowing they placed us in the 6th floor. The rooms were old and looked dirty. I reviewed them on Agoda but it seems like they are deleting recent reviews who gave them low stars cause you can see the most recent reviews were on 05/2023. I can also hear many complaints from other guest during our stay. We raised this but no actions was provided.

The hotel's accommodations were not only comfortable but also impeccably clean, making for a relaxing and worry-free stay. The amenities were top-notch, and the attention to detail in the room's design did not go unnoticed.

amenities a bit old(from door knob to window curtain-I mean the whole room including bathroom). I've tried other hotels in Baguio but this is the first time I've stayed in a hotel that feels like staying in a transient room/boarding house. The only winning side is every morning I saw spiderman in the same spot. They don't have a family room exceeding 3 pax, they'll give you two rooms instead..Food three choices bangus, tucino, longanisa, sometimes its tucino bangus, longanisa, just to fill your stomach, if you want to enjoy your breakfast those three choices won't do. The receptionist seems nice. Two factors that makes the hotel charge that much, view of session road and its in the middle of session road. If you'll ask me if i would recommend to my friends and other looking for some place to stay, sorry for being mean but no thank you. But if you like an old school hotel that never changes from the first day it was open then your choice.Forgot to add if your stay their for more than 2 days, the second day the price would increase.
