It was a good find for us as we had an unplanned trip to Baguio. Thanks to my brother who searched for a pet friendly hotel at the last minute. The place is nicely decorated and clean but the groundfloor rooms (where we slept) needs better sound proofing as our dog kept on barking whenever he hears people passing by our door. The food was good, I love their pizza and pasta. The staff is commendable, thank you, job well done.

Best part of the hotel is it's staff. Great customer service! Hot shower until you finish bathing!! πŸ˜„ Liked the carrot cake and Nicolas pizza from Mangiamo. Slept on the couch in their suite. Booked for 3, however there was only 1 queen bed. They were going to set up a makeshift bed in the living room as the sofa bed is not working; improvised rather than sleep on the floor with a mattress. No a/c. The room was kind of stifling hot when we arrived in the afternoon, probably will be hotter in the summer. They gave us 2 stand fans though. Anyways, we did not stay in during the afternoon so it wasn't so much of a bother. Plus, the very nice attitude of the staff made up for the little inconveniences. Great stay, overall!

Great service. Room smells good and very clean.. Restaurant is very good. Room needs air con even though this is Baguio, fan is ok during my stay but who knows in another day. Parking location is bad since you have to climb up maybe 20 steps. No elevator in the hotel. Can be a challenge to get to your room

We stayed here for my 16th, the last leg of our trip coming back home to the Philippines. The decor and the room was nice, staff will help you with ANYTHING, and food is delicious, no complaints. It was also conveniently placed and near the local attractions along with SM mall. By chance i was able to meet the owner at breakfast right before we left for manila. He was very kind, humble, and respectful. Before the staff moved some of the chairs to put downstairs (i assume for some event) he made a point to leave them and ask me first because i just so happened to be finishing my coffee on the balcony, in case i was expecting anyone and if they could use them. 11/10 i will only stay with them when visiting Baguio.

Our recent trip to Baguio was marred by traffic, too much people and lack of available taxi. Partly I was to blame I decided to take my family in the City of Pines on a much sought holiday (12/25/2022). This Boutique Hotel made all the difference. The staff are friendly, even the owner Mr.Jun Reyes is around to see that all the guests feel at home and all needs accomodated. Even met his beautiful family who stayed in the hotel for the holidays (Yo Eman!) And even met the Mayor who had a brunch meeting with foreign diplomats in Mangiamo (their in house Italian resto). The location is a short walk from some of the popular Baguio sites - Mines View Park, The Mansion, Wright Park - just a few that I had the chance to get my morning walk to. Oh the food! Authentic Italian cuisine. Their pizzas, a must try! Free flowing complimentary coffee during our stay. They have a fire pit that tries to challenge the 13Β°C nights, but still works as a convo starter with the other guests. Pets! What can I say, our Basha had the best of time here making friends with the other dogs, she doesn't want to leave the hotel anymore. The Rooms are quite big, we stayed in a Deluxe with 1 single and 1 double beds and we still had too much space. Ask for a dog bed. Rooms are very well kept and has all the amenities you'll need. They even had smart TVs. Some of the other strong points: Security, Peaceful nights, 24/7 reception, Insta-worthy backdrops Some of the points for improvement though: limited parking, internet speed Overall, we found out go-to place in Baguio! We will be back for sure!

We spent 3 days 2 nights here. All staff was nice, the breakfast was kinda good. Everything is good except the ingay every morning yung mga jeep from our room pero hindi naman exaggerated. This hotel has good service and nice hotel to stay. It is quite posh and has a nice location. We very much enjoyed our time here. It is a nice touch and I like the ambience it gives the area. The second floor has a nice lounge that you can take a nap while waiting. There is also a patio if you feel like dining outdoors. It is a wonderful place to stay and I would say that somehow justifies the price. Especially its pet friendly hotel thumbs up for this!πŸ‘πŸΌ Will definitely stay to this hotel again soon

Stayed overnight at this quaint boutique hotel yesterday during our quick visit to the city, and I only have good things to say about our stay there. First, the location. It is located outside of the busier and noisier parts of town, so this was really something that I appreciated a lot. Secondly, the hotel itself. Nothing big like so many of the other hotels I noticed in the busier parts of town. Looks very good as you approach the hotel. Modern yet homey at the same time. Third, the staff. All of them, from the front desk, to the wait staff and to the guards - they were all very friendly and eager to help. I cant recall the name of the hotel manager but he too, was very friendly. Of course, the owner himself, Mr. Jun Reyes - friendly and humble when he introduced himself to us as we were having dinner at their in-house restaurant, Mangiamo. Great food as well - pasta, pizza, soup, bottle of wine and….complimentary mango cake for dessert c/o Mr. Reyes himself. Salamat. Last but not the least - our fur baby was allowed inside our room. They even had a bed for our little baby. Amazing! To the staff and owner of The Giraffe Boutique Hotel - you guys rock! Keep it up. Will be back at your place on our next visit to yhr city. Salamat!

Great staff very hospitable. Enjoyed new year's eve dinner at their Italian restaurant Mangiamo even if it was a bit pricey.

Whenever I'm in the mood for Italian food, I always look to Mangiamo Ristorante. The restaurant's attention to detail and use of quality ingredients make every dish delicious. Not only that, but their staff is friendly and accommodating. Mangiamo Ristorante is definitely the best Italian restaurant in the city!

location is great. Love the balconies. Rooms are spacious and basically clean. Though the shower area needs more cleaning (mold on its corners), Wish the dining area can charge to the rooms instead of paying as go every time, and meals are pricier..which encouraged us to go out and try other hotel's restaurant instead and enjoyed discovering other hotels as we search for better priced foods that is equally great.

Rooms very clean. Oks ang wooden floor kasi u can walk barefoot inside room, hindi malamig. Layout of room is very good. Even the smallest options, hindi suffocating. Tv is smart. Log in your netflix. But wifi is weak. And poor mobile signal. Breakfast is okay, quality rice is used. Good coffee. Brewed hazelnut flavor. Mangiamo resto makes very good pizza. Resto is very recommended. Staff are friendly and polite. 1st night, deluxe room kami sa 2nd floor, meron kami katabi room nagpaparty ng time of sleep. I asked staff and manager to transfer us or make them keep it down, and nagawan naman paraan. Prob was the room, loud squeaky sound ng ceiling fan. Buti na lang tahimik ungΒ  fan nilipatan namin sa 1st floor, pero maingay naman kasi tapat ng kitchen/resto. Pero wala naman na after 9pm pero meron uli early in the morning. You can hear voices and kalansing, also the banging of the kitchen door, as early as 6am. Best to request 3rd floor rooms siguro, away from all the noise. Weak internet from wifi, should be improved. Poor signal ng globe and smart (location based) ! Very poor soundproofing ng rooms. Pls improve soundproofing of doors, seal the doors from busy sound of resto, especially rooms on the ground floor. Also relubricate ceiling fans, maingay ang fan sa 202. I suggest owner/manager to stay the night sa rooms so they'd know what toΒ  improve in soundproofing. , if permitted and may available options, you check the room first. And expect to hear barking dogs, as it is a pet-friendly hotel. Numerous times power cutoff, understandable because of Typhoon Paeng. Water supply interuption, but was duly informed by front desk. Forgiveable, but had to wait almost half hour for the water truck to finish filling up the hotel's tank becuase it was blocking our car upon our checkout, Nonetheless an unnesscessary inconvenience. Still recommending it kasi maayos ang staff but only 3.5 for us because of poor soundproofing of rooms.

If you need to spend quiet time peacefully away from the hustles & bustles of city life, & enjoys Italian food, then I recommend this place. There are varieties of rooms to choose from, pet-friendly too. The staff are courteous and accommodating as well.

Clean and spacious room with veranda. Very strict with check in time. We requested for early check in (1hour), but not accomodated.

Lacks staff. Didnt notice any security guard on duty. Blankets were old and with unpleasant smell though the receptionist/room attendant were able to replace our blanket immediately upon raising our concern.

Had an amazing stay with C Botique Hotel! Very accommodating and helpful staff. The rate is so affordable yet the room is unexpectedly big and very presentable! Will definitely go back.

Nice concept, interesting details, but poorly implemented and maintained. Don't get me wrong, it was generally pleasant but while the general areas are hip and chic, the rooms just feel bare and built on a tight budget: surfaces are all painted duco, mismatched fixtures and switches, and rough finishes that don't show up on photos. The thing that really turned me off was the maintenance. For a 3 year old building it looks like 6 years or more. Stains, nicks, dings, and fillers all over. Mildew on bathroom corners and sink drain trim. Dust in corners such as the door louvers. A drawer that doesn't close completely and a key card door locking system for which they give you the key instead (because the cards are expensive). When I checked in there was a children's party in the reception lobby which happens to be right in front of my room door. Doors are so thin they need to shim the peephole (which has no privacy louver) with a wooded escutsion. The safe is for residential use that had the bolts extended out rendering it useless because there was no way to reset the code without a manual. The artsy concrete sink counter has had a chemical splashed all over it leaving a huge blotch which I guess they never bothered to restore. The shower drains slowly due to a surface mounted trap which shouldn't be used for shower applications. They also prefer cash, because they will tell you their machines are down, but when you insist then it really does work. Hate the 3% fee, eh? Oh, and their reservation system is archaic where you send an email to make a reservation. When you call Manila office they will tell you that there is no reservation under your name when in fact Baguio says there is. Then when confronted with a confirmation from Baguio, Manila will say that that is the reservation they just made just then and there when in fact it has been there all along. One very important redeeming a factor is that they are just so pleasantly friendly and it just makes up for a lot of the maintenance issues they have... And for the one star they would have otherwise lost.

The location is far from the city but, if you want a quiet place after a day of exploring this is a recommended place. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. ( I recommend that the front desk officer would be knowledgable of activities around the city and good place to visit and options on how to get there ) The room is clean and spacious enough. There are toiletries but a bidet could be a good addition. Towels are also replaced everyday. The cafe offers good food. ( The staff is also accommodating on requests esp. When I asked them to prepare an early breakfast for us)The WIFI is fast. (Maybe because we were near the router). There is a bonfire area which is for rent. But I wish that since we stayed during the Holidays the hotel could have arranged atleast an hour of free bonfire for the guests. The rate is pricey during our stay and a free shuttle service for guests leaving on the early morning would have justified the rate. Overall, I will again consider staying at this place when I return to Baguio.

Best bang for the buck, a bit far from the center of the city but is nevertheless one jeepney ride (and a 2min. stroll) away. this is more of an advantage as it has the best scenery and less to none of the nuisance compared to hotels at the plaza. has COMPLETE AMENITIES all the heating needs you want: from the shower to every single faucet. has tunable lights, indirect lighting, lamp shades, wifi (average speed) and a reputable cafe at the lobby. lacks cheap food choices, a bit distant from convenience stores/food hubs. but all of this makes it a very peaceful place to 'stay away' from the crowd and truly have a vacation.

A small hotel in Baguio. Got the family room with 2 double beds and another double bed at the loft area for around 6k. Not much of a view from the private balcony - parking and nearby houses. Small restaurant with decent room service. Very accessible. Modern style and clean.
