I had no issues while staying here 2 nights. The hotel is close enough to walk to the park area; getting a taxi is relatively easy. You will need to deposit 3000 Pesos for incidentals at check in but you get it back at check out as long as there are no damages.

Fairly new erected hotel, location is near the city center, safe area, rooms are modernly minimalist and functional; Hotel employees are polite and service oriented, management are stern with house policies but reasonable. The establishment uses a VPN for the free wifi provided, should provide a disclaimer to each guest that all internet access are probably monitored by their private network.

I stayed in their premiere room. At this price point, I was expecting drip coffee at least but their free coffee is 2 sachets of Nescafe. The room was big. The bed was firm which I liked but vvvery soft, lumpy pillows. They asked Php3000 for their security deposit and don’t accept a credit card for this so you have to have this cash upon check in.

My friends and I stayed here for my pre-nup shoot. We arrived from Manila and booked the Rose Loft Room for 3 nights. Here are our experiences. 1. Poor and slow reception service. We were supposed to check in at 3pm but since the room is not ready yet, they asked us to wait for another 15 mins. Also, there were about 6 people waiting for their check-in. They should’ve acted faster or more people should’ve been there to assist. 2. The staff already charged us of our remaining balance before asking how many were we. The room has 2 double beds in the 1st level and 1 queen bed upstairs. We are 6 in our group so we opted to book the Rose Loft since it can accommodate 6 persons. There was an extra charge of ₱850 per pax per night in excess of 4 persons. The owner even told us that we can look for another hotel if we don’t want to pay the extra person and even offered to refund our money. We were torn between this hotel and Holiday Inn across and since this is cheaper knowing the room is for 6, we booked this hotel. It was rude that we were offered to move to another hotel (after bringing in all our luggages for the Pre-nup shoot). They told us that the fee for each person has a buffet breakfast inclusion. We informed them that we won’t be able to eat breakfast on our first day since we were going to leave early. They offered to give us sandwich before we leave but nobody came. 3. On our first night in the hotel, the fire alarm suddenly sounded at around 10pm. We all panicked as we were all sound asleep that time, not knowing that it was just a false alarm. Hotel management did not even bother to apologize. 4. Most of the things in the toilet were broken! Shower drain was clogged, toilet seat was not proportion, toilet bowl was clogged as well, bathtub doesn’t fill up, among others. 6. No service water for breakfast. You can ask for hot water instead. Soup was cold. Other food were okay. 7. The air conditioning is leaking. 8. When you asked them to make up your room, they will only change the sheets and not clean the floor. Floors and carpets were dirty. 9. There was an instance where the parking entrance was blocked. The car blocking even got mad and wanted to have a fist fight. Chinese restaurant in the hotel serves good food and provide good service. You can do room service. Hotel’s interior is beautiful.

Nice location with a good view. Tasty food served at The Little Place. Perfect for those hunting a place overlooking the heart of Baguio city.

We stayed there in December 2022 for a 3-day Training which is a sponsored trip. Upon check in, since it was Christmas season, we were greeted by the huge Christmas Tree. The staff on the Front Desk were all nice. The washroom on the ground floor is concealed behind a wall that you wouldn't of as there is a door. So you really have to ask the staff. Check in consumed a bit of some time as we were at least forty to check in and some rooms were not ready yet. When we finally reach our room, boy, it was so nice. It was large for a family of four and yet we were only two. We had 2 queen sized bed with a lot of counter tops to place our stuffs. Then the room also have its closet. The bathroom was big too. There is a challenging network connection of whichever provider on the floor that we stayed. The signal of internet is best on the lobby. The buffet breakfast was sumptuous. They served a lot of choices from picky to unfussy eaters. And then we have to leave. But before leaving we had lunch over looking SM Baguio and nearby tall sights of the city. The checkout was a standard procedure wherein they have to check the rooms and all before letting you go. For the objective of this travel, i.e. training, this hotel is recommendable. They have multiple function rooms and their foods are delicious.

They were trying to charge us for yellow stains on the duvet and a cigarette butt on the balcony when we don’t even smoke. As for those yellow stains, it was like old stains that already turned yellow. Imagine they want us to pay addtl Php500.00 for cleaning fee!? Lesson learned: ALWAYS check first everything from the linens, cups, cutlery to every corners of the room, even underneath beds and cabinets and sidetables and balcony (if there is) before settling in your hotel room on your first day.

I didn't expect that this quaint looking hotel has the most relaxing and inviting bed in Baguio. 5 star beddings and bed. You will choose to stay in bed all day. A Little Cafe serves very big portion meal almost good for 2 persons. Lobby and hallways are Instagramable. Staff are friendly and hospitable.

In comparison to all the hotels I stayed in Baguio from high to mid. This has been the worst. They put us in a room together with a rowdy family who occupied the entire 3rd floor basing on the noise they produced. Almost 1 am children running banging doors. How can people be sooo inconsiderate? Do I blame the hotel? Partially yes. For this price make sure you discipline your guests or provide sound proof rooms. Don’t stay waste of money.

Good place to stay in at the heart of Baguio City. If you have been to Camp John Hay hotles a lot and wants to have a different vibe or atmosphere, this is the hotel to go. Walking distance to Burnham Park, Session Rd and public market. I have to note that their rooms need a little bit more sound insulation, though.

Become worse than ever! Breakfast today served at the Lobby and no more juices! Had stayed here couple of years already and our last was Christmas 2022 with couple of complaints (like flooding toilet) and was promised to get better service if we come back. And now with last option choosing this Hotel because probably it will be better this time, instead became rather terrible! While writing this review Im still furious with the toothbrush refill that front desk said will be charged?! What! Are you kidding me? 2nights booking (Php12,000 worth) and I need to use the same toothbrush as yesterday? Hello!!! The fee is P6000/night on a premier room and this is how you treat your guest? I even need to explain myself that I paid for the 2days set of toothbrush already? Is this a Hotel or Transient room you are offering here?!!? In a normal Hotel, all toiletries are replenished everyday and do not need reminder of any sort! Aside from the requested bed setup for our anniversary (thanks to the lady who helped me), our 1st night was almost disastrous as we are super tired from travel and we requested a quiet room. The 1st room given had a connecting door wherein you can hear the other rooms noise from TV and chitchats! While the 2nd option is under the Resto at roof deck which we opted is bearable but at 1am, my wife who is a light sleeper heard chairs & tables being pulled here & there. We were notified earlier about it but with promise that they will do their best to keep the noise down. And to mind that I was asked to pay immediately as if Im going to fly out without paying, wow! No sense of hospitality at all! Geezzz! 😠😠😠 I dont recommend this hotel anymore unless they make amends on all the incovenience we had here!

Very clean and cozy room, with friendly staff and with reasonable and affordable room rates for such a "five star hotel room" feeling Food and coffee are great. Definitely will reccomend to our friends. Planning to give back to this hotel this week🙂

Nice place. It's clean with a modern look. Bathroom shower best in Baguio with a rain head and good temperature control of water. Breakfast buffet was good with a nice view on the 6th floor. My only complaint was the noise late at night of the dragging of chairs and tables on the 6th floor. I was staying on the 2nd floor, which made it tolerable, but my parents were annoyed as they were staying on the 5th floor. Need some training on lifting the chairs and tables rather just dragging them at such a late hour.

I chose this hotel coz it has a high rating compare to other hotel but I was a bit disappointed with the room and the price the room is too small, no table, just 1 chair for a family of 4.. The beds where comfortable but the noise was unbearable(we can hear other guests alarm, laughter and running in the hallway and their doors) The interior in the lobby was beautiful and we had breakfast buffet for 2 days. The service was a ok. Sink was a bit clogged. Parking was difficult.

Booked a few days for my parents business trip. They have never been happier with their stay. Best hotel they have tried as they have mentioned. Food, Staff & service are commendable and very much the Hotel is recommendable. I called the hotel from abroad for my inquiries since my parents are seniors and they have assisted me well with my bookings and other requests.

We were told there was a band at the buffet, lo and behold, no band! What is that? Caveat Emptor! False advertising at its best! Very disappointed, i like music, and that is the reason why i made a reservation for dinner, if i was told otherwise that there is no live band, i would not have booked the christmas dinner! Horrible, very unprofessional for the restaurant manager to lie about something that is not even available!

Unexpectedly modern hotel with great staff. Great selection of food with breakfast. No pool or gym but close to everything good in Baguio, i.e. big mall. FYI everything is up or down a hill in Baguio if waking anywhere.

Dissapointed at the front desk officer she is not approachable. The breakfast is not so good, "totoo pala ang nasa reviews... Wala din silang water to drink, (service water) need to buy from them. Infairness, the room was clean and nice..

The bedroom is comfortable and the bed is soft there is hot water. The view in that little cafe is beautiful and the food is very nice. Me and my parents stayed there for three nights. King Chef is a dimsum restaurant and very tasty food. The service is very good they are good to talk to and very active.

I enjoyed my stay here. My only comment is the lack of alcohol dispensers inside the rooms. The alcohol dispenser at the conference hall is also not functioning.

At $275 for 2 nights the rooms were overpriced by more than half...walls of the rooms were too thin you can hear all your neighbors from all sides. Size of the rooms were good and have a good restaurant downstairs.

Everything is fine here, nice people, nice rooms and very clean. Just the breakfest is just normal philippine standard. No real juice, no bread, just an icetea and something similar to coffee.

It provided good accommodation to our 4 day training. The bread from their “That Little Cafe” is also a must try. Especially the pizza bread and “the cinnamon bread” that was new on the menu as of September 2022 🫣

nice spacious rooms with a fridge and aircon. balcony is a big plus. breakfast can be better and you can hear the other room if they're noisy. Walking distance from Burnham park. ample parking is a big plus

This hotel is conveniently located very clean the bedding‘s were very soft and pillows very plump ample hot water breakfast does run out so you want to get there early the cons to this place are that has no natural landscape like no pine trees no open green space it does have really nice views on the roof where the breakfast area is however if you’re looking for a convenient and affordable place to stay with a family this is it . if you’re looking to get out and be in the elements while on vacation in nature this is not the place for you.

One of the few hotels in Baguio City with air-conditioning. The first room we stayed in is too small I felt claustrophobic so the following day, I upgraded to their premium room which was way better. They offer buffet food which serves ok food. Not a lot to choose from.

Very nice place to stay, feeling safe, warm, and cozy. The staffs are polite and very accommodating. There is a hot and cold shower, perfect for family. There are food business to try and a roof deck with good foods and a mini bar. A good view of the beautiful Baguio.

A crazy thing happened when we stayed here. Someone entered our room while we were resting using a key card. This person has a luggage and apparently checking into the room. She was very surprised that there are people staying in the room she is supposed to stay in. Upon verification at the front desk, nobody amongst the staff owns up to the mistake of checking in a guest in a room that is still occupied. They denied that this incident happened but said that they will investigate the matter. As expected, I did not get any update on the investigation. Avoid staying in this hotel if you have other options.
