Stayed for 1 night as wedding guests, the rooms looked clean at first but upon looking under the beds we saw some garbage and dust. Toothbrushes and slippers were not provided, we needed to request them. Towels have very visible stains They didn't give us the 20% discount for wedding guests. We verified the details about the discount online on their FB page and they did not mention that the discount is only applicable thru walk-in bookings. How are we going to walk-in if we are coming from another province? There was no choice for the breakfast, they gave everyone the same meal

Stayed at Hotel Supreme (Original/Old Building) just for 1 night. The room looks really old and there’s no aircon (they had a fan though), there’s no hot water, the bathroom door doesn’t shut at all, the tap on the sink didn’t really had much water coming out. I asked the receptionist if there’s a room with aircon but unfortunately all the rooms don’t have one and she suggested we could move to the new building which is the Hotel Supreme Convention Plaza and of course it’s more expensive but we decided to stayed as it’s only 1 night anyways. The next morning we had breakfast at Hotel Supreme Convention Plaza just across the old building (no breakfast at the old building apparently) i don’t like that idea at all especially we have two little kids with us, the road is so busy and it’s just not safe, they only offered 1 meal for breakfast and that was it which is very disappointing. The staff at the old building are really nice and accomodating but for me I wouldn’t go back there. I’d probably preferred to stay closer to Baguio City Centre so I don’t need to drive and it’s closer to everything.

Old hotel with average priced rooms. The rooms we got were dim, the sink was not working, and it smelled old. My second visit was pleasant, they granted what I asked for during booking in terms of the location preference of the room. Good for overnight stays but not long term. Pasrking assistant is friendly.

no hot water at all. no airconditioner. no ceiling or stand fan, only a small portable fan. no elevator. didn't seem clean and there was a bit of an odor in the room. bathroom was small and the shower and bidet were not properly attached. no service was given to help with our bags, especialyl considering they didn't have an elevator. also very creepy, felt like i was straight out of the shining. overall, not worth the rate they're charging for.

I am often in this place for events. It's conducive for celebrations and parties. Honestly, don't know much about their rooms.

The room is old but it's clean and not dusty. Has sofa inside too. Service is excellent also. They offer free breakfast but not buffet.

We were checked in at the old building..the place is still good, however, I'm not sure about the cleanliness of the rooms..it seems like those wall stains are not stains but not just wiped clean..and the floor carpet seems not vacuum cleaned.. maybe improve on your services..

My stay in Baguio City as a tourist would not be as colorful as rainbow without the best accommodation, the best hotel staff, and the best food and drinks. Thanks to the owner of Hotel Supreme Convention and the Council for the Restoration of Filipino Values (CRFV) for the freshness of the experience. God bless the Philippines!

Held our wedding reception here 11yrs ago. I feel bad that this hotel was not well maintained. And now overpriced too 75 pesos per cup of extra rice. You have to wait for 2hrs to get a heated bath i called 3x before they were able to fix it.

Both supreme hotels are disgusting. Srsly. It's not worth it. First choice non aircon but the place is old and the carpet smells bad. Jusko. The transients even beat the old hotel. The bathroom is like a warehouse. So we had to go to their convention plaza hotel, and their non-air-conditioned hotel is a bit expensive, and it's still not that nice even if it's a 3 star hotel. The other stuff inside is old. We really need a comfortable place to sleep. So we booked the executive room and guess what. Not yet an executive. No wifi either. The air conditioner is old. It's really old. The only thing we appreciated was the bed and we were on the 5th floor and we were seeing the view. But, don't expect the executive room to be lavish. The sogo executive is even better. That's it. It's just overpriced. Their 3300 non-aircon, just go transient or airbnb. You can find something better. So that's it. just an honest review and hope you find this helpful and improve your service. It’s disappointing lang paying almost 5k tapos ganito yung room

Recently stayed here for one night to attend a wedding. Initially we took the deluxe double which was located on the 8th floor, very disappointed as the mobile signal was too weak and slow, tried connecting to their wifi it was way worse it didn't even connect. Contacted the staff and the only answer was "mahina po talaga signal ng wifi" 🥹🥲 ask if there's a fix they just insisted na mahina talaga wifi. I was hoping to get some work done while waiting for the day of the wedding unfortunately no wifi. The room was old too and smell old, so many fixtures not working and some very apparent stains. Paid for about 2k+ for that then we upgraded to their junior suite which was bigger but still old and wifi wasn't even better but their staff were very accommodating and nice which was their selling point. I'd say their rooms are overpriced for an outdated hotel. Location is not close to the town as well so too overpriced considering their location and condition. Although, if you're looking for a big area for your party venue I think they're grand ballroom is somewhat decent. Overall, I'd pass staying there again as there are more better options at the same price they charge.

Good for conventions. Somewhat old but very clean. Along the road. You can ride a jeep to burnham park at P12.00 or a taxi within P70.00-80.00. Very accessible. 5 minutes ride to burnham park where the center of the city is located. You can reach strawberry farm from here for 10-15 minutes when you ride a jeep.

Visited Baguio during the peak season of Xmas. I was surprised that hotel prices in Baguio are exceedingly priced more than what you pay for similar hotels overseas. I paid about $80 per night for this hotel, booked an executive suite expecting executive amenities. WIFI is advertised as FREE but was not able to access it as it DID NOT work at ALL. Despite the spacious living area and bathroom and comfortable bed, this executive suite is basic: no toiletries provided like shampoo and soap, towels are thin and small, one toilet roll provided. It is poorly maintained- shower wall tile grouts are dirty or mouldy, floors with chipped wooden tiles. They provide electric kettle with no coffee or tea. Location is at the outskirts of Baguio, near the boundary of BAguio and Benguet and with the extreme traffic in Baguio, I would not recommend this hotel. The outside of the hotel is extremely hazardous for customers - there is no slip lane for transportation so basically you are actually getting off your vehicle on the main strip of a busy road exposed to the hazards of vehicles running at about 50-60kph. Transportations are allowed to stopped on the pedestrian lanes. What could have been a slipped lane or driveway was used as parking spaces. The reception and restaurant are friendly. The employees assisting hotel clients are friendly and helpful but with the expectation of receiving tips all the time. Overall, NOT recommended for overseas travels due to location and hazard.

Not bad for the price.. they have 2 building. Old and new so make sure check in before booking and ask both availability coz they have 2 separate bookings. On the old building they have wifi but noticable that its a bit wornedout, medyo scary ung dating kasi medyo dark even corridors. On the other hand they got good wifi coverage. As for the new building room is decent but No wifi inside only availble in the lobby also they have a very thin walls you can hear chatting voice and movements of furnitures. But.. over all not to bad. Reception are very accommodating and helpful.

It used to be a 3-star hotel during its heydays, but the hotel now looks gloomy and a bit shambly. Nevertheless, I had an "okay" kind of stay here. Accessible location and a great view overlooking downtown Baguio (if you're staying in the upper floors).

The hotel was big and the rooms were complete with some complimentary toiletries. The front desk though was not accommodating/friendly. We arrived there around 4am and the front desk seemed to have so little energy to welcome guests. Hope this gets better next time.

The hotel is trying to cut down their electricity expenses. The hot and cold water dispensers in the convention area are not plugged in. The lights in the stairs and hallway are dim. The hot and cold shower is not working. The staff told us to wait for 10-15 minutes for the hot water to come out of the shower but it didnot.

We stayed there for 2 nights and had the worse experience. Water is not automatic, you need to tell them everytime you will use it. Blow dryer is broken. Cockroach are everywhere. No complimentary water and coffee. They even have ridiculously expensive charge for wedding pictorials, which is done in the room itself which you we already paid. Room is old and dusty. not worth it.

It is home to the Rotary Club of La Trinidad. We hold our business meeting & fellowship in one of its function halls at 6-8 PM every Monday. There is a dedicated service staff attending to us. It gives the business-homely ambiance.

Rooms are big, do not have an air conditioning unit, they have ceiling fan that can produce cold air.the views when you open the windows is a mountain side residential area but it has a cozy ambiance which is inherent to Baguio. Serious comments on the cleanliness, the shower curtains are dirty, white towels are grayish, they have softest bed and pillows so far, but bedsheets ay parang di mapapalitan. Though they have some accomodating staff na pwede namang magpapalit. Shower head are located above the bath tubs, medyo accident prone.

Supreme hotel would have been better if only its location is on the right area. Can't avoid traffic so it could be hazardous for guest. Hotel is quite good clean as well as the food but overall it's quite unpleasant to locals most specially foreign tourist.

Their staff is really friendly and the hotel as well is really nice and huge.. the breakfast is free and tasty.. in day time there's no problem in transportation but in night u need to take taxi coz it's little bit far from the city... But over all the hotel is awesome and the staff is going well..

For a 3-star hotel they are Very accomodating place, rooms are good also, staff are very friendly and helpful. some rooms have airconditioning problems and some have rooms with no water in the bathrooms. Hopefully they would fix them and improve. Will come back and stay nonetheless

Everything is not cleaning even the curtain is very dirty, old blanket and out of date pillows that is undesign to support for sleeping position. Breakfast still the same egg, hotdog and rice. So I can't believe we are staying for 4 nights. Don't trust vloggers on YouTube! They fooled us.

  • 5/5 Vincent Josh B. 1 year ago on Google
Stayed here for 4 days during our event. 10-15 ride away from the market and famous landmarks. The rooms are okay for me, the bathroom came with bath tub and jacuzzi. It was my first time staying in a hotel in baguio and was a bit shocked that their rooms don't have AC because of the weather their. We just kept our windows open for the natural cold air. 😁 Food wasn't that great but good restaurants are nearby so just go out!

the hotel looks like it isn’t been cleaned for months, right after i entered the room i found all the walls dirty, the sheets were dirty and the pillow was not comfortable, the hygine is the first thing that the hotel owner should look up for, the bathroom was so dirty that it was disgusting, the blowdryer wasn’t workin. the carpet of the hotel was so stinky and dirty. don’t reccomend to come to this hotel

I've been in different hotels around the world within this price range and I hate to say this but this is one of the worse hotels. My suggestion to the management, invest on renovating your hallways, rooms, and fix your internet connection asap. To be honest, you are way behind your competitors. The only good thing about this hotel is the service in the reception area. I don't think I'm going to stay here again in the near future until they address all my concerns. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone.
