The aura's place is bright and not gloomy, which is my #1 requirement in a hotel where we will stay. Baguio is popular not just to its tourist spots but also to the different entities in the city. Their room is spacious and service is 5 star for me. They are always accommodating for I always ask for assistance whenever I need to turn on the TV inside the room. Their buffet breakfast if good too, complete meal plus they have a variety of coffee to choose from inside their bar (which is of course not included in the buffet). I will definitely book in this place again (if ever) we visit Baguio again.

When checking in two hours after designated check in time the room was not available due to previous guest had a checkout. We even got confirmation on phone hours before that the rooms would be ready for a slight early check-in. Rooms are grimey, no toilet paper, no hand towels. Staff seems not wanting to help. Avoid.

If there is a negative star, that would be the rate I will give this hotel. I booked my stay months ago for a family vacation this December through Agoda. I registered for the Baguio Visita pass, but it remained in pending status for days, so I sent an email, texted, and finally called the hotel because they took so long to respond. I was then informed that the rate in Agoda when I booked had an error, it should be 2K higher per night, take note this is an error on their and Agoda's part. So the person I spoke to who was nonchalant, unapologetic and unaccomodating told me to cancel my booking, then rebook again via Agoda. They said they will block the dates in their system so no one else can book. Take note: If I had not contacted them, they would not even bother to advise me of this error. So after the call, I texted them a few hours later to ask 1. What if the rate was higher in Agoda than the 2K+ rate, will they refund me the excess? 2. Why can't I just book my stay with them directly and cancel the Agoda booking? CRICKETS. NO RESPONSE. So I cancelled my Agoda booking and lo and behold, the dates are already sold out when I tried to rebook. And of course, as expected, no response when I tried to contact them. Thank you Podium Boutique Hotel for ruining our long-awaited holiday vacation. Absolutely worst experience booking this hotel. I hope no one else goes through this same experience.

Nice cool clean area, infront over looking at launion and at the back over looking at kias PMA, loakan air port. Employes are so very humble, smiley, and very entertaining. Parking space located infront and basement area guarded by the guard 24/7.

Awesome stay in Podium Boutique hotel at a price that is reasonable. Staff are very accommodating and friendly. Clean room facilities and ambiance is great. Minor downside could be the location as it is quite far from city center although a lot of available taxi passing by. Definitely a great choice to stay in Baguio.

This hotel's cleanliness, tidiness, interior and exterior design, and room condition are excellent and have exceeded my expectations. It's really convenient that they allow you to reserve a room without having to pay for it immediately. They have an option to pay for the booking upon checking-in and is 100% responsive. I've clarified a few things via email and they were able to respond to me in a timely manner. What struck to me the most is the scenic view of the room we had. It was perfect as the beds were situated across the ceiling-to-wall windows, so you can see everything without so much of an effort. You'd be kissed goodnight by the stars outside and be greeted by the foggy daylight in the morning. If you're looking for an accommodation that offers serenity, then this place is definitely for you. The only issue here is its proximity from the attractions. It's a bit far and would require for you to either drive or hail a taxi ride to each destination. The hotel is located near the entrance of Baguio, so if you'd be travelling during the Holidays, you better prepare for the heavy traffic going back and forth from one tourist spot and back to the hotel.

The room we stayed in was quite spacious. Service was ok. Location wise, not the ideal place if you want to roam around session road every night and visit the tourist spots around since this place is a bit far from the city center. We took a taxi from here to Session road and we payed around P120 pesos one way. I mean, not that bad but traffic gets long when it’s busy. What I like about this place is that they a sala/lounging area when you’re bored inside the room and the art pieces were really nice.

TV is not working, aircon is acting up, room isn't attended when asked to clean up. This is supposed to be a 1 star, the only reason I made it 2 is because their security guards are doing an awesome job

The hotel is really nice and so comfy. It's clean as well. The food in their in house restaurant tastes great and is not too expensive . For people with cars it's perfect but if you are going to commute it's a bit far from the center. Still a great place

My 2nd time to stay in this hotel. Value for money. A good place to relax after a long day of meetings in the city. Service is good and staffs are polite.

Stayed at the Golden Suite and was the best room window view of Baguio. That view was worth the room. Easy to catch ride from here as you are away from the high traffic areas. NEGATIVES -Unless you paid for breakfast buffet, they will not prepare any Ala carte breakfast until 10am. -Only one Key card given and card needed for power. So once you leave the room you cannot leave any electronics behind to charge. -Shower floor not leveled causing pooling of water. -Shower is open with no Shower door to close. Unfortunately the water pressure is to weak so the water splashes out in the rest of the bathroom. -Shower water temp changes to very cold to scalding hot every 20 to 30 secs.

Rooms are spacious for its price, no AC tho. I also commend the staff for being so accommodating! Location is just ok, if you're commuting as you need to take a taxi to the different interest points of Baguio.

(Check - in) We booked at this hotel as power outage is expected and had to continue with our work arrangement. Went to check in. Approached the frontdesk and everything went smooth. The staff were courteous. The hotel lobby seems dull, looks rather uninviting. I could be wrong since the lights were off. We were told the elevator was undergoing major repair with no notice posted to that effect and had to haul our bag and walk our way to the 5th floor which was rather inconvenient. (Room) We booked a golden suites room and yes, no ac unit for this room. The dining table constantly sliding and had to reposition it and had to improvise pads to have it aligned just so i can work at my laptop efficiently. I can feel the dust, woud be best if they haf dust the room from to bottom. Refresh towels are old, cruddy and mildew stink. Would be nice if theyd de stink their towels. The room smells off. I hope they could use odor absorber or indoor purifier. The beds and mattress were just right. Wifi connection was reliable. Too bad the tv remote wasnt working. (Food) Brrakfast included were abysmal. We were asked to choose from those 5 to 6 breakfast meal. I hope they had a wider selection of food. The food in the onsite restaurant needs to improve. Overall. Our stay was bearable. Shall we come back? Answer-No. Given the limited amenities and were willing to spend for a suite. My bad. I should've have checked other hotels.

Dont come here expecting a hot shower in a cold place like Baguio. They turn off the water heater at a certain time, so if you end up showering during that it is off, prepare to shower in a really cold water. I had to ask for timba and tabo and use the perculator to boil water, such a shame I have to used this in a pretty decent looking hotel. For P3000/night you can skip this place and pay much less and have plenty of hot water any time of the day. What a shame, I was starting to like the hotel.

we choose the hotel as this was the only available place to stay with available car parking. the room has a space with 1-double deck bed, 1 room with aircon, cr, and a dining table & a sofa convertible as bed during nighttime. the only problem we encountered was that it was so hot inside the room as what was provided with aircon was the master bed room and when the occupant closes the door, the double-decker room , the living room, the dining area was too uncomfortable so we requested for an electric fan. it gave us a breather but not enough. we opened the small windows but hot air goes in our room. overall, we did not have a good sleep but the overall experience is okay as were safe

Among friends, it’s common courtesy to offer a guest room when someone needs it. You elevated common courtesy to uncommon levels. You really made us feel welcome, as if we’d always lived in the house. Thank you so much for being such a gracious host. We felt like we were members of this wonderful family. Thanks so much!

Location, far from tourists spots Room, small, everything needs extra payment, hot water, extra blankets, blower. Well if you are same rate like motel this can be but for 3000p per night it shouldn't be. Service, house keeping starts at 7 AM to wake you up for cleaning, can't get a good sleep. Don't get fooled by the photos, ain't no like that!
