Check in was ok, polite staff. Room with broken plumbing fixtures, no bidet, not enough space to hang clothes and no where to put other belongings. Luggage rack would’ve been a lot of help. Towels are old and could have been bleached longer. Bed sheets are soiled and old. Parking attendants should be in a station near entrance/gate. Nice area but needs a lot of improvement.

For Residents your Vax Card will be asked for Tourists present your QTP. Deposit (Refundable) of 500 was asked Room was small but Clean! It has an Aircon, TV (though reception is not clear or maybe just pressed the wrong buttons. Beds were Comfortable. View has an amazing view of City Hall. Bathroom size was quite good. No bidet though. Water pressure very strong. Be careful though about staining the sheets, blankets etc as they have charges. Overall it was a great stay and will definitely reccomend.

It's just beside Burnham Park so basically you are within walking distance of the city attractions. I walked 15 minutes to SM Baguio. Kung ginawin ka, bring jacket or sweater especially nighttime.

The staff assured us we can have antigen test upon arriving Baguio. So I booked it right away thru Agoda. I have 2 dose of vaccine, my husband only has 1. We came all the way from Cebu kasi the staff informed us just go straight to Baguio para sure daw, tapos we can't enter naman pala. Verbatim ng Tanong ko to staff: "miss need ba ng RT-PCR or antigen ni husband kasi one dose pa sya and I came all the way from Cebu pa. Si husband ofw, so one dose pa lang nakukuha nya. Verbatim ng staff: "Dito na lang po magpa-antigen test para sure" It supposed to be our honeymoon. Cancelled plans kasi sobrang wrong info ng staff nila. Super rude pa when we informed them that Triage told us we should have antigen test in Manila prior arriving Baguio. The audacity to blame us when we called them prior to booking. Staff verbatim "Hindi ba kayo nanonood ng news?! Alert level 1 na dito!!" Mabilis nga QTP. But nonsense since cancelled na lahat pati tour namin. We are supposed to arrive March 3 sa gabi. We went back and forth Triage in Manila and we even tried negotiating na i-moved ang stay. But who would enjoy when we started in a very bad mood. They took our money and won't refund us. We booked thru Agoda tapos no cancellation daw sila sabi ng Agoda. Do not book with this hotel and beware.

Nice, reasonably-priced rooms that are spacious. The sheets and towels provided were also clean. The TV in their deluxe room is huge, great if you're stuck in your hotel room because of the weather. This is also in a very convenient location in the heart of Baguio city. Close to banks, convenience shops and to SM City Baguio. Would definitely book them again when we come back to Baguio.

Best hotel in Baguio! Easy access to major tourist attractions. Located right in the centre of the city! Literally in front of the city hall

The room was comfy and it's near to the most popular places in Baguio and restaurants, which is a good place to stay. It's just, front desk seems like they're not accommodating at all. Tried to call them when we arrived early. They said that they can't book us in as it was too early. When we ask if we can have late check out cause our bus will leave late night. They refused, even though they have notes in their table that we can have late check out. It was ridiculous. We've stayed to diff. Hotels many times and have early and late check out, and we never had a problem, we just have to pay extra, which is not a problem at all. Plus, when checking in, make sure you have cash of 500php as they'll ask for it upon checking in.

Good value for money. The staff are friendly and allowed us to leave our belongings since we arrived few hours before check-in time. They serve brewed coffee in the lobby during weekends.

Wifi is non-existent. You can connect for one minute then you’d lose connection. Beware of hidden charges. They’ll take your deposit for the most simple little things you aren’t aware of.

TV wasnt working, the shower was faulty as well and there's no rags sa room. No cabinets pa and their fine when you leave a dirt sa matress ay ang laki. The only good thing about this place is its distance from tourist attractions

Bad experience. AC is not working. It was not a comfortable night for us. Employee knows that AC on room 316 is not working but still offers it customers. If you value your vacation and money don’t stay on this hotel.

  • 1/5 Rudy L. 1 year ago on Google
Not worth a 4 star hotel, for the price we paid at least their AC should work the way it should, that is to cool off your room but it’s not. The maintenance guy who came to check our AC said to wait for a bit after checking it out. When we came back in our room after couple hours our room wasn’t still not cool enough, the weather outside is even cooler. We called the front desk again, and another guy came and said this is an ongoing problem but mgmt is not doing anything. Very disappointed that the 1st guy who checked it out already knew of this problem all along and didn’t tell us. We could have asked to be transferred to another room immediately. We ended up getting stuck in the room as we were told they were fully booked and can’t do anything. This owner just want your money and doesn’t care about customer’s comfort & convenience during their stay.

Walking distance to Burnham Park, SM Baguio, Night Market, and Foam Coffee is right beside for your daily dose of caffeine. Room costs 2,200Php. Sadly, the aircon isn't working, but there's a ceiling fan and a stand fan in the room. They don't have a bidet, but they do provide a dipper upon request. The staff is also amicable. Clothes Iron is also available upon request.

I always come to this place when i stay in baguio. For a budget hotel this used to be an excellent choice. But through the years things have been neglected. There's always a room for improvement. My partner was about to use the toilet when she saw this cockroach. The cleaner was kind enough to get rid of it. The shower drains hole is big enough for the cockroach to fit in it. I do hope they will look unto this.

Strategically located, ATM is found near the entrance. Budget friendly, staff are very accomodating, clean rooms. Highly recommended. 🙌

Been staying here for many times. Clean rooms, friendly staffs and does have a secured basement parking for guests. Very accessible from Burnham park and other spots for those who want to walk around the city. The only thing is, comfort room has no bidet. Overall, 5 stars for this place. 🙂

Nice budget hotel located in the heart of the city that lacks basic hotel needs. Was impressed with the hotel's very accessible location which is located near the famous Burnham Park and the room's interior design. Room was also equipped with fan and an air-conditioning system but lacks other essentials such as chairs and tables, hair dryer, drinking glasses, cabinet for clothes and telephone. Also wasn't pleased with the bathroom's construction whose shower flooring is too shallow that water overflows and spills to the nearby floor beneath the sink. Also isn't a fan of the transluscent bathroom wall and door that doesn't have lock.

This Hotel was Amazing!! 1.The Front desk was very nice and accommodating, they helped us with anything we needed. 2.The Guards opened the door every-time we arrived and greeted us with a big smile. They made us fee very safe and helped answer any of our questions. 3.The rooms where really clean, very modern and had nice shower and comfortable beds. 4.The Location was perfect! Right in the center of the city, next to Baguio City Hall. The Hotel has 4 Restaurants on the main level outside.

Giving this review a 5-star because of their friendly and accommodating staff! It’s in the city centre that’s why this place is a good option for those who don’t want to spend so much. And the news is true! That there’s no bidet but there a tabo available 🥴

We were there for 4 nights and it stated coffee in lobby, restaurant, nothing available, we had to keep on calling every day cuz no towels, no phone in our room had to go out in the hallway to use the phone, no drinking glasses had to call for water in dispenser, remote for TV left button for volume, right for changing channels, it was the opposite, nothing to hang our clothes, just a small rack, sheets and pillow cases weren't changed, cuz when we arrived I checked around and blood stain under the pillow, I'll never stay there ever again, oh the shower no door, toilet doesn't flush good

After you enter the room, make sure that there are no stains, or whatsoever in your blankets, pillows, no damage things inside, because they have a penalty for these damage things. Even these stains/damaged were caused by the past occupant you will be reliable for it. If you enter the room, a staff/crew must be with you to check if there is no damage or any stains inside. This hotel is NOT RECOMMENDED!! You should be very careful if you avail this hotel!!!

Worst hotel ever!!!! There's no slippers, cabinet, foot rug and bidet. I would bot recommend this hotel. They charged me for the face towel I used as foot rug cause when I called them about it they don't provide and even slippers. So, If I were you don't book on this hotel. It is sucks.

Good enough hotel for a short stay. Room is clean and comfortable. Their aircon is working well, good water pressure with heater. Accessible to burnham, public market and session road.

I had a very bad experience. We were traveling with four people, three of whom were covered in detergent chemicals from the sheets and bedding that caused skin irritation, allergies, severe itching, and possibly permanent scarring. Moreover, businesses do not have health permits, and staff do not have health cards. The attitude of the merchants is indifferent. We tried to complain to the relevant government departments. At first, because it was the Christmas holiday, the response was very slow. Now it has been submitted to the relevant departments.
