The room is quite large and clean! We booked a City view room with two twin sized beds which has indeed, a great view of the city. A view to behold at night time due to its high location especially when all lights lit up! Inside the room you'll find electric kettle, a Safe, Hair dryer, big LED TV, and Hanging clothes cabinet. No free breakfast. Hot water shower is ok but not great. Use of airconditioning is with additional charge. Big and secure parking area but slots were tight due to several concrete columns. Checking-in is a boring procedure as we were ask to read and acknowledge a set of house rules. The lady at the Front desk could use some smiling when greeting customers, just an advise. Nonetheless Customer Service was good overall.

Booked two side-by-side rooms for an overnight stay through Facebook Messenger. Took almost an hour to check in as the front desk staff proceeded to make excuses as to why the rooms we booked are separate and not yet ready. Parking space was pretty fitted, with a steep incline entering the basement parking. The computer system used for managing bookings was hanging and slowing down as said by the staff. Front desk staff are unprofessional during our check-in. Considering that there was an event ongoing in the function hall, it was understandable that the staff are exhausted but it is not justifiable for the staff to have a condescending attitude and a frowning face. Service and booking was VERY slow. Rooms were spacious, with the booked rooms having hot water showers and bidets for toilets. Towels were provided. WiFi is spotty and inconsistent, with my devices often disconnecting from the network, not recommended for working. The view from the hotel is quite good, although the room we were in had trees covering the scenery. Walking from the hotel to Burnham park will take around 15 mins. Taxis often pass by the location should the need to commute arise. Overall, rooms are good, but the rating is pulled down by staff attitude. There are better options if budget allows.

Booked this Hotel from Agoda as it was the only DOT Accredited hotel with a fair and reasonable price. Entry to the hotel via the parking was a little tough. Parking was steep and spaces are tight. Lowered cars should be careful. We checked in at around 12am. The staff was very friendly. Guards assisted us immediately. At the lobby, we were required to provide our agoda booking ID, a government ID, and present our QR code which we secured prior to entering Baguio. They would also ask you details about your covid-19 vaccination status, etc. Our room was standard. We were given our hotel kit that contained a toothbrush, soap, and shampoo. Nothing exceptional and unique. What I remember the most though was that I requested for a non-smoking room, we were also told several times that smoking isn't allowed in the room, and yet, upon entering the room, the first thing you would notice and smell is the scent of cigars. Opening the exhaust helped, but still a little disappointing.

Nice hotel and great location along Legarda Road which are close to cafes, restos and bars. We chose the condo type room good for 4 which had a terrace overlooking the SM and the city. It had a kitchenette with a refrigerator, small conduction stove, plates and utensils. There were 2 rooms in this unit. The master bedroom had a bathroom. There was another common bathroom beside the kitchenette and across the living room. The other room was bigger but didn't have a bathroom. All in all, good place to stay except when it gets crowded and full.

Hotel rooms are excellent, hotel staffs, personnel up to the security are also excellent EXCEPT for their restaurant, we've waited for 1 1/2 hours for our food, we were so disappointed with the restaurant services.... ginutom na ang mga bata, sinayang pa ang oras na sana nakapasyal na. Also, they served a juice without ice, you even have to pay for the ice that you will be requesting. 25P per bucket...

Rooms are spacious and clean. the view of baguio from the room is breathtaking and worth the price. I have a few concerns with their front desk as I tried to call their contact number (globe) many times yet i was not answered immediately. i was also given the wrong information that they accept early check ins (around 9am) when i placed my 50% downpayment but when i called the next day, they told me i can only check in around 2pm because they still need to clean it. overall, the experience of my stay is great but the person in charge for the reservation needs improvement.

456 Hotel is nice, except for the fact that air conditioner usage has additional charge. The place is near establishments, atm machines, etc. Wifi connection is also not that strong.

Worst hotel ever, toilet back up waited forever for someone to fix it, bday was leaking and bathroom floor was all wet, rain shower does t work either. Can’t get service to help us change a room even though we booked months ago and paid and are staying for 2 weeks. I would probably be better off camping. Room is dirty as well, bed ins like sleeping on a cement floor. How does this hotel stay in business.

Rooms are affordable and the location of the hotel is ideal for tourists who want quick access to the CBD and other party places in Legarda road. Parking spaces are tight and the navigation inside the hotel is quite different. They have two restaurants but one is less frequented and oftem empty compared to the other.

The front of the hotel looks like a loading dock. No Bell boy to help with your luggage. Good luck trying to get a taxi from this location. No refrigerator no Aircon wifi and TV barely work chicken nuggets for breakfast. For the same price go to Venus hotel they have everything you need for cheaper price and better location.

Rooms are very smelly!! Like someone just vomited. It is so disturbing even an air freshener couldn’t mask. It is hard to sleep coz it feels like you are beside a pile of vomit. Not so worth it! I would recommend you to try other hotels which is more hygienic and pleasing..

Room service takes SO MUCH TIME. Like, I called for water about 3x before they gave some. It was also a challenge to ask them to make up the room (since we stayed for 7 days) like, I literally called about 4x to ask them about it. A lot of their staff are friendly, it's just that room service isn't efficient. The food is extra extra oily. They were served cold. I think it's because even if dinner is at night, the dinner is already prepared and taken out at 3:30PM. So, our only shot for hot or warm food is through using a microwave. They have an Asian mart at B2 which has a lot of cool and unique food. I bought so many duck gizzards, tofu eggs, adobo eggs, and peeled chestnuts! :)

It's a very good hotel. The only drawback is the location of its parking. If you're used to driving very steep inclines then you can manage. If not, it would be a huge problem for you. I'm sure the hotel park boys will be able to help you with that anyway.

This is just my own experience and opinion about the 456 hotel. I would like to start off by saying that the house keeping staff are amazing! Great customer service, speedy service. As far as the room goes.. it was definitely a false advertisement from the moment I walked in the room. It smelled really bad in the bathroom, the shower filled up with water, so you're ankle deep in water, mold and mildew, ants and spiders the size of my hand on the walls. If you're on a tight budget I would consider staying here, but if you have a little bit money to spend.. check out other hotels in the area. Unfortunately I booked my room through a third party for 7 night's and was stuck!! Booked it off of the pictures alone.. my advice to you ..is the read the comments. They're true!! Full of facts..

When I booked the room, I put 2PM as our time of arrival but when we got there, the room was not ready. I even heard the receptionist radio it in ("touch up on room...") When we finally got our key, we were told that all rooms were non-smoking which was okay bec we don't smoke nor vape. But when we got to our room, the bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke. We told housekeeping and she sprayed some air freshener and told us the smell might be coming from the next room occupied by Chinese guests. (So the rule does not apply to them??) Anyway, with a big hotel and many guests, there should be more than one elevator. It takes forever to wait and when it comes, it's full. Room was spacious, hot shower was fine, location was good and so was the view. It was just a bit noisy bec our room was facing the road. Wifi signal was also good.

Room: Atrium View (1999/night) stayed here for 4 nights Room service was excellent. Breakfast for check-in guests is priced at 100 pesos/meal. Burnham park is 5 minute walk away from the hotel. They have a private bathroom for every room which includes hot and cold shower and hair dryer. The room was clean and spacious with many storage area. No refrigerator, no aircon but with a fan (you won't really need an aircon). If you just want a place to sleep and take a shower since you'll be going on a tour for most time of the day, this hotel will be a smart choice. If you want to stay in, I would not really recommend this hotel since it gets noisy from other rooms during daytime. They also have a Chinese restaurant. The food was delicious but the serving of the meat was small.

Stayed here for 3 nights and no complaints at all. Room is clean and spacious. Towels and amenities changed and provided everyday. Best part is its less than a km away from the bus stations and just bear the city center. Will definitely stay here again for sure

Rooms are good for me. I am not the choosy type... you have a space to relax, it has hot and cold water even hair dryer. I also like the mini vault where you can secure your personal stuff. The location is nice, very accessible to Burnham Park. You can walk and go to the main street if you are the sporty type or adventurous type. But if you prefer riding a taxi, it is also ok because it is also accessible to the road. Service is a little bit question specially on food service. But if you're not the choosy type this hotel will satisfy you. But if your some kinda choosy you can walk to nearby restaurants.

Pros: affordable and clean bathroom. Cons: the walls are paper thin so prepare to wake up from occasional loud noises. The blanket was weird, my legs felt itchy. Wifi is so freaking slow, and you can only eat food in their food area. It's not allowed to eat inside the room.

  • 3/5 Rochelle V. 1 year ago on Google
Pros: Rooms are spacious enough for a family of 3 or 4. Beds and pillows are comfy, heater is working well. Strategically located near restos. Has convenience store at the basement. They have playroom with Php100 charge. The hotel is neat and is quiet. Cons: The staff are not so friendly, esp. front desk people and housekeeping; they dont smile or even greet you, not very accommodating. Nothing fancy about their food or breakfast, toilets stink, they need deodorizer. Compared to other hotels with the same rate, I will not recommend this place.

There is public wifi access within the hotel's atrium, floors, and rooftop. Heaters are included and each room can accommodate 2-4 people. However, there is no refrigerator, and there is not enough space to hang clothes to dry.

First time to be here. It's near Burnham Park and Session Road so that's a plus! There are also lots of restaurants and places to hang out near the hotel. The rooms are clean, smells nice, and has a goos view of the city. Their service, especially qhen it comes to requests are quite fast so kudos to the staff!! Would recommend this hotel to a friend definitely!!

Simple room with limited facilities, there is balcony with nice view, the room rate of same room type is a bit lower than hotels near by this hotel, if you have good enough budget, others might be better choice. The overall services is good, just the room is not as good as others.

This is a business Hotel located on Legarda road in Baguio. It's a basic Hotel that is maintained very well and is kept quite clean. It offers very good value as a place to stay at in Baguio but is not walking distance from the tourist spots. There's a spacious parking area. Room rates are very affordable.

Great value for money! Rooms are reasonably priced, clean and comfy. No free breakfast though, but no worries they offer breakfast upon request at Php100 each. You have book your rooms early as this place gets fully-booked fast.

Our room had a certain foul odor that smelled like sewer that came and went. our room was next to the stock room of old beds and what have you's and they tried to conceal it with a curtain. There were also what i think are molds in the the bathroom sink. Parking was also a challenge. The staff was attentive though and was prompt with our requests.

As per my experience, rating this as a 10. Room is great, feels like home and you have a view of the city in the morning and at night. Service is 10. Staffs are friendly and accomodating. Location, 2 blocks away from Burnham park and 4 blocks away from SM Baguio.

Before I bought frozen goods (about 4 small packs weighing a little over 1 kilo), I called the hotel and asked if pwede magpa-lagay sa freezer. they said yes. so I bought the items and handed it to them. when I got it the next day, guess what, it's not frozen or even cold. masisira na siya. sana they just said no if they can't do it. waste of money. Also it's not easy to reach their Globe number. I dialled 7 times, it will ring then dropped na(busy tone).

Accredited by the Department of Tourism, which is a requirement for tourists looking for accommodation in Baguio. You can book a room through Agoda. This hotel has parking spaces spanning several floors. Some of the building areas are still under construction. The lobby is spacious, and has several seats and tables for waiting. The room is spacious, clean, has TV, seats, tables with complimentary bottles of water and coffee sachets, an electric kettle, and a guest kit containing soap, toothbrush, shampoo, toothpaste, a set of towels. There's also a dresser with several hangers, and a safe in the room to store valuables when leaving the room. Shower and faucet both have heaters. WiFi is available for guests, although it is open and unsecured (no WPA). They offer breakfast at the ground floor lobby, starting at 7:30 AM, although the cost of breakfast is not yet included in your room cost.

The hotel okay. Sadly, we did not get the room we originally booked a month prior to our stay. They said that room was fully-booked the day we were checking in. The room we got also has small cockroaches, even inside the fridge. We reached to the front desk about it and they said they will get back to us for the possible room transfer, but never heard back from them. That was a tough 3D4N :)

Their room is quite large and clean. we booked 2 rooms different view. i like ambiance of the whole hotel. WIFI sometime slow, sometime really fast! the staff are very accommodating! food at b4 is really cheap and delicious. will really back and book again! thank you we had a great stay! reviewed all reviews before check in this hotel ~ 70/30 good and bad comments. from the comments: during our stay there is other guests who charged for stained the linens. the hotel brought the stained linens and showed them at front desk before charged them. we saw that. it's really new stained by other guest. so, they charged them 300pesos . reminder: to avoid penalty charge for stained. pls avoid it. but for us really like this hotel! 95/100 score we can give !! worth every money we spent! thank u ! will be back again !

room is clean. been here for many times! because its near Burnham park and session road. this Hotel have enough parking, that's the main reason we stayed here. coz most of hotels in Baguio can't provide that much parking space. wifi is good plus point to their "designated smoking area" (coz Baguio is non smoking city )
