We went during a holiday long weekend without any reservation and that's how we ended up in this place. Sanitation in this place is poor. No percolator or warm drinking water ready in the room's thermos. Musty smell. Old tv with cable. Cleaning staff made the unforgivable mistake of entering our room in the midst of our sleep. We were given a deluxe room for a lil less than 2k which has an old bathtub and two queen beds. Too expensive for its quality but the thing is there was this typhoon aside from the fact that it's a holiday so we really had nowhere to go. This place is a stone throw away to the Mirador tourist attraction and carinderias in the area.

still a 5 star overall for me, food in the resto is good, rooms are a bit rustic and old but well maintained, shower heater is not that hot but manageable, i only thing they're locking is a parking space, they can only accommodate like 20 vehicles more or less, room rates is affordable! a hotel to go back too

Skyrise hotel saved us when we were unexpectedly rebooked from Fe and Jun room rental. It was peak season so we have no choice. The food was great and we have to commend the customer service. However, the rooms give off an eerie feeling. It looks straight out of an 80's horror movie. The bathtub is not functioning and the toilets clog. Will I go back again? Maybe. Will I recommend it? No

Engineer review: Zero star for the management, not customer oriented. Zero star for facilities 5 star for guard. Don't book here, they have problem with traveloka. Their room ads appears in traveloka app, its a scam. Old building, creepy, peeled off paints, molds everywhere, dirty walls and floorings, smells not good.

Very poor. If I can rate it without a star, I would. I didnโ€™t even stay for a minute. Waste of money. Everything from staff service to the location and the hotel itself. Di ka makakatulog sa dumi, baho at disappointment from the place. This hotel should post and/or update their pictures online. Otherwise, get your business closed!

They allow 3 hours check-in for Php 500 for 2 persons. Not a very cool room but it was okay. They don't have heater for the faucet on the sink but they got heater for the shower though it was not easy to operate it since the heater was not well maintained in the room we got. Towels and soaps are provided without extra fees.

I think one of the good place to stay in Baguio, There is a Canteen, and few walk away in Lourdes Grotto, Mirador Heritage.

This place is a really old hotel, and the building is clearly showing its age. The rooms and amenities are really old, and the rooms are rather small. Some of the halls & venues also look really run down, and the place could use a bit more maintenance. The price is also high for the quality of the hotel you will get. The rooms are not cleaned daily, they are cleaned only upon request. Only a bar of soap was provided during our stay, and you have to buy/bring your own shampoo & toothbrush + toothpaste, although they do sell these toiletries in their lobby. I guess it's an okay place if you're not too picky & if you only intend to sleep in it at nights, since you're not likely to have a wonderful hotel experience here.

The rooms are a bit outdated in terms of facilities and furniture. A bit expensive for a next day noon check out with very limited utility. Just a water pot where you can ask for hot water in the lobby, an old TV, a closet and ofcourse a bed. Good for just sleep and rest before heading out to explore baguio.

The receptionist on shift around 12pm-7pm was not approachable and friendly. We felt like she didn't want us there. She didn't even greet us when we arrived, I can remember that I was the one who greeted her first and said we had booked a hotel room. She's not nice. We were supposed to extend our stay at the place but we decided not to. So we searched for another hotel instead and it was really a very nice and great stay which Skyrise did not give us.

The elevator doesn't detect a person passing by its door. The person could get stuck. There was no front desk personnel when we went there, too.

Not very beautiful but also not bad. But hey you don't go in Baguio to stay indoor right? They offer a hotel style room where you have a bedroom and toilet and bath, and the apartment style where you got a bedroom a living room and a kitchen.

Ok naman dito. Guard and staff are corteous and accomodating. Been here 3 times and I like the place. Not a 5 star hotel, but my experience has been good so far. I recommend this place to anyone for safety and corteousness of their staff...

The last time we were here was during the KBP Baguio-Benguet yearend program where my wife served as inducting officer to the incoming officers of the broadcasterโ€™s group. I was also here years ago when we had post earthquake seminars.

We opted for SkyRise Hotel after our original booking got unexpectedly canceled amidst the peak season when most hotels were fully booked. Given the circumstances, my sister and I were genuinely grateful to have found accommodation for the night. It's worth mentioning that Baguio is renowned for its chilly weather, at least for us Filipinos. In terms of location, SkyRise Hotel is conveniently situated for those interested in visiting the grotto or exploring the Mirador Heritage Park, as it is one of the closest options available. You can easily reach these attractions by foot. Furthermore, the staff at the hotel were attentive and accommodating. However, despite these positive aspects, I feel compelled to provide an honest review for reference purposes. Our room, equipped with two beds, lacked air conditioning, which seemed to be the norm considering the cool climate. Nevertheless, I couldn't shake off the musty smell that permeated the room, possibly due to its age. This aspect left us slightly disappointed and raised doubts about the room's cleanliness. The room itself contained the basic amenities one would expect from a hotel, including a bathroom with a shower (featuring a hot water option), a dipper to compensate for the absence of a bidet, a bar of soap, a roll of tissue, beds, pillows, blankets, towels, and a cabinet (if I recall correctly). Additionally, there were two sofa seats and an ottoman. If you're on a tight budget, this could be a viable option to consider.
