A great place to stay that’s accessible to many places here in Baguio specially it only besides the Burnham Park. The rates are affordable and can be pricey when on it’s peak season. The rooms are clean and well ventilated but not too fancy unlike other hotels. The service are excellent here and their staff are very courteous and attentive. I highly recommend this place if you go to Baguio.

Budget Choice! Rooms are spacious with good bathrooms. No AC, well who needs ac in bagiuo?, with hot ang cold shower. The place is good for its price. Though its old, and not any 3-5 star hotel, its still a viable place. The staffs are accomodating and friendly, they serve the one the biggest pork chop in the city for breakfast, lol. With the unli coffee any time of the day. Its location is one of its strongest point. Just across childrens park/burnham, and everything is walkable. Yet no loud noises of the traffic during the night. Parking is free. Kid friendly. Pet friendly. And best for group/family.

sorry i dont have the actual picture of the hotel but it's clean.. near burnham park, night market, ukay ukay shops and also very accessible especially bus terminals. the only downside is their low water supply which is understable i guess because the whole city is elevated. they have heater which is perfect for the naturally cold temperature. they also have free unlimite coffee for their guests.. they even gave our group 20% discounts per room (we booked 2 rooms, 4 pax each) highly recommended

First time to be here but I put a 5 stars for them. They have a nice room, very clean, big (it depends how many people) toilet very good, and just my opinion very affordable.

Ayos naman if you're on a budgetm 2600 for 5pax is a good price with hot and cold shower na yan then beside burnham pa. Pet friendly din basta naka diaper yung fur baby. Unli coffee na din then may parking sa harap, u just ask kuya guard to reserve you a spot kasi its a first come, first serve basis. All in all goods, much better sana if harap ng session but oks namam👍🏽

Place is good and price is really cheap if you are coming in group but, a bit pricey for a solo traveler. Location is great and very strategic. Just a few steps to Burnham Park and other food stablishments.

Not a fivestar hotel but its clean and right accross the Children's Playground of Burnham Park. With convenience and sari sari store nearby so basic supply will be accessible.

For a cheap place to stay at the very heart of Baguio city, this place is recommendable. They got free wifi (although spotty) and free coffee fot the guest.

Place was just in front of the Burnham Park which is convenient. Very near Session Road. In short, the place is conveniently located to major attractions. They just have to improve their rooms and customer service.

been there multiple times w/ my family. it's an old hotel w/ decent rooms good for overnight stay. close to burnham park, free parking, decent wifi and friendly staff. many of them recognized us and greets me and my wife with our name upon arrival. yup, there's more high end hotel in the area that offers better room and ameneties, but for me we go to baguio to enjoy the outdoor and what the city of pine has to offer and not to confine ourselves inside the hotel. so this hotel is perfect fo us.

Nice place and it is near at the heart of the city.

This place is filthy and ant infested!!! Don’t waste your time even with a lower rate! Beds looked the sheets have not been replaced in a very long time. Towels are the same and this area is very sought after by tourists. Also, the general upkeep is really poor. Stairs have wood screws that are coming out and you can get hung by them in your shoes or slipper!!

The rooms are clean but they didn't remove the cigarette smell. The room price is great, and good quality service. They also have free coffee.
