The whole subdivision is clean af. The guards were a little strict on the visitors which is a good thing for securing the place. The place were also quiet with minimal vehicle noise coming from the road outside the sub.

Enjoyed the amenities of the clubhouse for our Christmas party. Very affordable according to our host. Can be rented overnight. It is a big house with function rooms instead of living spaces. It is showing its age to though as some portions have deteriorated. Still a good place to hangout. There's a lot of greenery and there are good views of green mountains. The subdivision is quiet due to it's location at the outskirts of the city. It is also relatively far from major thoroughfares and congested residential areas. As a result going to & from is a challenge if you don't have your own ride. Security at the entrance is on the strict side.

We spent our New Years Eve at Baguio Vacation Apartments and we had a great time. The entire complex is located outside about 10mins away from the city proper. It's quiet and secure. It's very kid-friendly and we actually spent a lot of time walking and playing with the kids around the village. There's a park just outside the apartments where you can eat and have bonfire. There's also free coffee!! We're glad we found this place and we'll surely come back.

I like the place because it is very secured(security is tight) and peaceful(away from city noise). The apartment offers a decent place where you can stay comfortably and there are available kitchen utensils and stuffs that you are free to use if you want to personally cook the food for your family. I just hope that there could be an upgrade on the interior design of the unit but as it is now it is still very okay.

Highly recommended for groups of 6 and above. Getting a taxi just takes a while due to the location, but no issues if you have your own ride. Puregold is 10 mins away and there’s also a sari sari store nearby down the road.

Splendid place where can you relax enjoy the scenic mountain view and far from downtown secured place have a great ambiance peacefull with parking space there services is good

rooms was nice and clean, beds was nice, bit outside baguio , but 100p to town only with taxi, quiet place . say Muñoz Drive to taxi,
