What I like was that the place was situated conveniently at the center. Accessible to everywhere. It's just a few mins walk to North Haven spa, Solid North Bus terminal, Starbucks, Night Market and etc.! What I don't like was cleanliness of the bathroom. Toilet seat cover really annoys me as how dirty it was. Hair dryer was not working, wherein I've addressed it to the staff, but she just ignored me. I guess hospitality is not part of their priorities. Wifi doesn't even reached to my room. You get what you pay for. But I'd choose this once again just because it is convenient to my itenerary.

Dec 2023. Flophouse of a hotel. Breakfast included, but it sucks. Nice staff even though they wouldn't refund my last night that I didn't stay. Was cheap so I just ate it. Good location right next to SM, basically at top of Session road

This is a gem in Baguio. One of hotels in Baguio with the best location. Really near SM Baguio. Also a few minutes walk to Session Rd. Staff are friendly and helpful. Don't expect too much in the room. You're there to sleep after visiting places in Baguio. You're not paying for a luxurious hotel. It's a budget hotel, what are you expecting? Breakfast at the price you're paying is a bonus. Love the longsilog!

Albeit the hotel is kinda old, it is still decent and budget friendly. It is just walking distance from SM, banks and other business establishment.

My dad worked hotels all my growing years so I sort of know the basics. Like smiling and being warm to customers. Hotel 45 didn't get the memo. What they do have is excellent location. Like, right across SM. Oh, functional amenities. You know, like stable wifi, or a working hair dryer. Not here. But you go to Baguio for sight-seeing, not excellent lodging, and for the amount I paid for (3k for 3 days, 2 nights), it's not too shabby.

A month before my scheduled trip, I called the hotel to confirm our deposit and to ask for the Baguio Visita QR code approval. The hotel staff was very accommodating and was quick to respond to my inquiries. If you want a budget hotel that's just near (walking distance) restos and SM Baguio, this is a good choice. The hotel looks kinda old though, but it's a decent and an affordable place. They have free breakfast, toiletries, towels, bottled water, slippers, comforters, and hot showers too.

2nd time checking in this hotel. Probably the most accessible location. It's walking distance away from everythingβ€” SM City Baguio, Session Road, Burnham Park. Basically everywhere in Baguio business district. Service is good too. They offer free breakfast! Staff are friendly and accommodating. Will sure be back.

Decided to check-in here for our accommodation while on vacation in Baguio. But the room they gave was in the basement. I wouldn't have any problem with it, since it's a thousand two hundred (I think it was) per night, were it not for the moldy smell of the room and sheets. We decided to move to another hotel the next day. If you don't mind moldy smell, this is the place for you. It's near SM Baguio and bus terminal. A walk away from Session Road. Too.

ok this is a budget hotel, and so basic rooms, but location is great most of town centre in easy walking range,, Baguio really is hilly and up and down, the sm mall has all you need food and drinks and is close.. the value is hard to beat,, a local travel agent helped me a lot in Philippines

My visit was last year of April and I stayed for 3 days & 2 nights. It was my 3rd time to book in this hotel for more than a decade. The 2 previous experiences I had in this hotel are a bit better because back then, I stayed in the main building. I remember loving the Chinese food and clean rooms there. This one however, though I can say the staff and service is good enough, except for the cook or waiters arguing when I had my free breakfast there one time. Better to argue w/ each other inside the kitchen so the customers won't hear anything, right? As for the room, the one that I got is dusty and not that tidy in the sense that it looks like an old room. Could be that no one used that room for weeks. I was actually expecting that I booked in the main building but got a room in the Annex (not sure what they call it). I even asked if I can transfer and paying additional fee is not an issue for me but unfortunately, there was no available room. If you want a budget-friendly hotel near the popular places in Baguio, I still can recommend this one.

Rooms are dated but clean, you stay here because its across SM and near the bus terminals. If you just need a place to sleep where session road and burnham park is walking distance. Rooms have complementary breakfast.

Its an old hotel but it is clean. They provide free breakfast which you can choose either bangus, corned beef, fried egg, longganisa. Walking distance to SM, eateries, burnham park. Along the major roads. Very accessible. Along the major route where taxi, jeepneys pass-by. Near to banks, groceries, and also Robinson's Mall and many more establishments. Two minute walk to bus terminal plying Manila, Pampanga, La Union, Tarlac, etc.

Highly recommend for solo traveler like me. Close to everything. You can easily reached those interesting spots with in the city by foot. For the price, its not expensive and its not cheap. Very reasonable with free breakfast. No complains.

The rooms are decent and clean. The best part of the hotel is its location, since it's in the city center.

Great place to stay especially if you're in a tight budget. Very accomodating staff. Near SM Baguio, Sky Ranch, Burnham Park and Night Market.

The place was good, But screaming for improvements. For example the hot shower is not generating heat anymore as well as the hair dryer totally out of order, Over all experience... meh'😐 But i do hope it'll improve somehow, The place still has lot of potential.

it was a great place to stay. near sm baguio and it is in the center of the city, a few minutes walk to burnham park session road, market, cathedral and so on. The price of the room is cheaper, the size of the room is enough for two people, free breakfast meal depends on how many days you stay, the water pressure is strong, room is clean. the heater is good, they got slippers too. I think the only issue we experience is that their shower needs a new replacement but it's ok we can manage to use it. Don't hesitate to inquire inside when you visit baguio on your next trip.

Understanding that it's one of the legacy hotels in Baguio, some facilities / utilities are outdated / old --- shower, towels, toilet, power outlets, elevator. However, it is still one of the best hotels in terms of location, being in the city center. Also has the cheaper rooms.

poor service, staff on the reception is not accomodating, they give is the room that is not clean yet. fan is defective, we requested for new room. and we waited for it to be clean. reception staff is demanding us to bring down the key card and refused to take it upstairs. she said there is no staff. really bad experience we do not recommend this hotel. room is too small, comfort room is filthy. πŸ‘ŽπŸ»πŸ‘ŽπŸ»πŸ‘ŽπŸ»πŸ‘ŽπŸ»

The hotel is very old and needs repaint and repair. Beddings and towels need to be replaced. It is very near to everything especially the Genesys bus station, session road and SM mall. The staff are friendly and courteous.
