I availed their 12N/13 days promo for 3,520 promo. The location is accessible. They offer free drinking water. Very fast internet (only you need to enter code every 24 hours, a lil inconvenient especially if you are working) there are a lot of carinderia that offer cheap but delicious food. Laundry shop also in the ground level of the building. Staff are also very friendly. Even booking the room is very convenient, I did it via FB page. The only thing that I was not comfortable with is that the ladies room is too dark, especially in the shower room are, feels like something will pop out and scare you lol. Also, a suggestion to the owner, it will be much appreciated if you put microwave and kettle to each floor, it is inconvenient to go to 1st floor each time.

Quick check in and check out. The staff are helpful and efficient. The cafe upstairs has good reasonably priced menu. Will I stay there again? Yes, if I only need a place to crash for a few hour and clean up when in Baguio.

Great place to stay when planning to visit Baguio as the accommodation is close to dining and tourist spots. Good deals when travelling on a budget especially for solo backpackers. They provide toiletries and high speed wi-fi.

I stayed in their huts for three days the toilet is smelly and the shower room is not clean for the price of 800 a day it is not really worth it’ The aircon also has no control in the pod you will freeze and it is very cold at night- i hope they should consider that Baguio is already cold and not everyone can stand their freezing aircon!

I booked the hut πŸ›– which was very comfortable and quite honestly, privacy like personal room. Very polite, friendly, approachable, Professional and helpful staff. And don't forget to have a cup of coffee on the rooftop restaurant, they have variety of snacks and beverages or Western and Filipino food. The smoke area is also on the rooftop. Accessibile to lots of tourists places and malls. Recommended and will stay again when ever visited Baguio city again.

Place is clean and quiet. Has water always (both drinking and general use) because water is a big issue in Baguio City. Very accommodating staff.

A good place to stay when you're in Baguio It's just a walk away near the bus terminal. I give 5 stars since the staff is so accommodating, I remember changing my booking schedule thrice and the one entertaining me, didn't get mad. Try to contact them thru facebook messenger, they are active there. I try to call their mobile but most of the time it is out of reach, maybe because the mobile signal at the hostel is poor, but they have wifi so don't worry you can still contact your friends online.

It was ok. The walls are super thin, you can hear the people going up the stairs and them talking so loud. Can't rest that much. The shower room's a little tricky. Especially the door. Some heater are also not working. The front desk officers are not that welcoming. You can usually see it in their eyes if they're smiling but the 2 girls I talked to did not smile at all. Makes it hard to approach them kasi parang nakakahiya pa makipag-usap sa kanila. The cleaners tho. The guys, hands down for them. Napakaapproachable nila and they smile all the time. They're nice as well.

The best Hostel when it comes to solo traveler. The place is clean, is maintained always. Staff is courteous, accomodating, follow you up on your request. Location is definitely great too. Near at Our Lady of Atonemement Church.

This place is great! It is budget-friendly for all kinds of tourists especially for solo travellers. It is an unconventional and the place will definitely surprise you. The staff are very friendly and accomodating. Their foods are simple yet satisfying because of the servings. Lastly, their bed is confortable that you can sleep like a bear that hibernates. It is even softer and more comfortable than the beds of other hotels I have stayed at.

The location is great.. the staff are so friendly and helpful. I just didn't like that there was no hot water in the toilets. Beside that everything was good.

I wasn't able to take pictures but the place was really good. The outside view of the hostel may not be so attractive but the inside is so amazing! The area is clean and the beds are nice and comfortable. The best thing about the place were the kind staffs. They were so welcoming and the care was so genuine. Absolutely recommended!

Place was nice. It was clean and affordable. The hut room is too crowded for two people to stay.

It's cheap yet it's comfy, their pillows and blanket were soft af. You can ask for a robe, slippers with no extra charge. I had a good night sleep.

This place features capsule style hostel experience for on-the-go travellers. If you're solo you can opt for the pod type beds whilst the hut type beds can be shared with a companion. All rates include basic amenities, amenity kit, key card and lockers can be rented. The staff are very friendly, the dorm rooms are spacious and there's also a game & entertainment room where guests can hang out.

Easily accessible. Not for people who aren't comfortable with sharing a bathroom. All bathrooms has a heater.

Cheap but really decent accommodation for when visiting Baguio. Better suited for no-frills solo travellers but can also work for small groups who are fine with basic amenities. Good walking distance to Session Road, which means that stores abound the area.

Great place to stay in Baguio for a cheap price. We stayed there in less than a day only but we really regret that we didn't book our stay at 3BU. Next time we'll go to Baguio we'll make sure to book at 3BU.

Superior customer service. Please add a tip jar. I really liked the vibe and amenities. Tip to staff - please don't use internal jargon to customers. Even if I can afford places that are not sharing, I'd love to stay there again.

Premiere hostel located in the city center. Very affordable, safe and clean! Staff are exceptional and the roof deck cafe is a must try. Definitely, one of the best accommodation in Baguio City.

Very nice hostel, they even provide bathrobe and slippers. Beds are clean with curtain, light and socket.bathroom are clean enough and with hot shower. The problem there is the noise in the dorm. Specially at weekend, there are trip of young philipino coming and they just don’t respect at all. They woke up at 5.30 and make noise during 1hour by talking, packing, laughing and singing. Then it was some other who were on phone and just talk like during the day.Staff should definitely do something about that. The floor is in parquet so that’s really shaky and noisy when someone walk and the dorm is huge ...place is really good but if you want to have good sleep you should not come here on weekend

So glad the I've found this place. Perfect for solo traveller like me. Everything was perfectly organized. The staff were super friendly and approachable. I booked the hat room, upon checkin they gave me the things I needed in a bag - - towels etc. and a keycard that will be used to enter the room and toilet. The room is quite and homey. One thing to note, theguest need to climb the stairs to get to the reception. Overall, I went home satisfied. Thank you 3BU Hostel for the wonderful stay 😊

NOT RECOMMENDING BECAUSE OF VERY UNHELPFUL STAFF The reservation personal was not able to help me because she was more concerned of their sales. I was instructed over the phone to book for Upper Bonifacio only to find out that it was far from the places we wanted to visit. We took the public transport going back to the hostel due to long lines at the taxi area in SM and no grab car options due to heavy rains. I asked the reservation officer if she can at least transfer me to Session Road since it is nearer but was a No Go. I do understand that they have policies and I respect that but the way it was explained was more of how it affects their sales rather than explaining it in a professional way. So I asked her is she was more concerned of their sales rather than customer satisfaction and it seems that sales matters to her the most. I was even excited to feature this in my travel blog because I do not have any issues in terms the physical features of the hostel. Their reception guy (long hair) was even polite and accommodating. The place is quiet and most of their guests follow the rules. For me, regardless of how cheap or expensive your accommodation is, customer satisfaction will always be the priority. It does not only include your amenities but most importantly the staff behavior. Unfortunately, I will not recommend this hostel due to lack of customer understanding. How can they improve? Training!

I stayed here for a total of 7 nights. The accommodation is clean, I highly recommend for solo travelers. Very close to Session Road and popular restaurants. Note: It is cold at night until morning. Temp drops to as low as 10-12 degrees, so bring jackets and thick clothes. I recommend you hang out with your hostel mates. The people here are amazing! Alexander, John, Laurent, and the rest of the reception team are accommodating and friendly. See you again soon!
