Went here Holy Week 2022, straight from La Union. This being in Suello Village, the fog, the view, the temperature is unbeatable. Not to mention that they's brought down the price compared to earlier years. The guard manning the parking is very polite and friendly. The rooms have seen better days but considering the price, the absence of toiletries was fine with me. I just wish the roooms were cleaned better. The place was the coldest Baguio hotel I've been in. Not for commuters. You need a car going to and from the place. Kind of far from the city center but if you're after some quiet time, this is good. Come here if you're after picturesque sunsets.

I love the hotel design it was fantastic, I love the view itself too. However, it is a little bit hot they didnt provide any fan. The bad thing is that the room that we got is near the employee station so their laundry and conversations are very loud disturbing as we sleep, also the bed sheets are a little smelly, they got this old smell on the sheets and they have some stains too. Also the bathroom ceiling has some molds too. The windows got some dust too. The staff are so nice very nice people and thoughtful. We would like to get back there soon, the price is really convenient for such nice hotel, but hoping that the bedsheets and the room is much cleaner next time.

My family of 12 had an overnight stay and 4 of us stayed in one room. It was a little difficult getting to the place with very steep streets. We had to be very careful as the floors and steps were so slippery outside as it was raining. Unfortunately my uncle slipped and fell and hurt his back. We settled in and found only 2 towels and no toiletries. We asked front desk for more towels and some toiletries and were asked to pay for them, which we obliged. The room needed some attention, our sheets were stained and the shower was a little dirty. We decided to eat at their restaurant, but they didn't have much to choose from as at least half the dishes were unavailable. We ate what was available which got us through the night. We tried again for breakfast the following morning and the dishes were not appealing. Even though it was raining, the best part was the view

Very nice hotel, beautiful view of Baguio. Don't take the bedroom with mountain view, it is not beautiful and very expensive for nothing. The bedroom is very very humid. The crew is very nice. Easy to park a car, need GPS to find the location of hotel. People was noisy during the night...

We checked in nov2022, place was amazing. Checked in again may2023 and it was awful. Price was double, no customer service as before and no netflix no coffee just water in the room. It has deteriorated in such a short time. And worst of all, I was asked to pay in full in CASH , upon arrival.Totally not worth it here.

The best thing about the place is the excellent quality service of the 2 kuya guards of the place. Very accommodating (we arrived at 2am) and courteous, extremely funny, my car was cleaned while getting ready for checkout. This is top notch customer service way beyond expectations! Oh, and the views of our room was a great way to greet the morning in Baguio too!

I booked my room via Agoda. The rooms are beautiful but they are not that clean. I went there on March and the weather is still very cold so I was comfortable even without a fan or an ac. However, I had a problem with checking in because they asked me for a triad which I need to get from the Baguio City's government before they will allow me to check in. I arrived at the middle of the night, very tired, and very sleepy, and they didn't even inform me that I need to get a triad beforehand. When I arrived in the triad location, there's a form that the hotel needed to sign but I waited for more than 3 hours and no one is replying in my phone calls. I understand that it's the middle of the night and your employees are sleeping but if you're going to send someone for triad in the middle of the night, at least have someone accommodate their triad application online. Views in the hotel are great, but the customer service I experienced is absolutely bad.

Location is too far from the city, if you don’t own a car your trip will be expensive because the hotel offers calling of taxi from the city with a fix rate of P300, whereas if you walk outside to the highway and wait for taxis to pass-by, your fare will only be just below P200 going to the city. See the difference? Grab taxi via Grab is also available at a small fare price. Room: there’s no amenity kit lol you have to buy it in the front desk worth P25 each. It should be free right? Food: Food and drinks are not allowed in the vicinity of hotel but is allowed inside your room. Restaurant has great view but it has overpriced foods and beverages when you order. Staff: Very accommodating in front office. In the restaurant, staff is shy and you can barely hear their voice when speaking to you. Also they’re not attentive. Wifi: Very good though at times connection is erratic. Cellular signal is good outside the rooms.

This place has no integrity! We checked in at 5 am. on Apr 15 and was told that we had paid for that day, but they still ended up charging us that day and on Apr 16. We checked out on Apr 17. The guy at the reception admitted it was misunderstanding, but they still have us pay for it anyway. They still made us pay for their mistake. Will not recommend this place.

If you have your own car/service, this place would be good. The view is superb. The menu? It's the normal pricey hotel menu. Be advised, book a service with free breakfast, the coffee is 60 Php, not free. The room we booked, it doesn't have hot shower. Well it does have one that is not hot, it just lessens the coldness of the water. It also doesn't have thermos which really disappointed me cause I thought at least we can enjoy cheap coffee. If you're like us who doesn't have our own service, this won't do. It's not near any store, it's out of way, the only way to get somewhere is to either walk 15 minutes to get to the highway where you can ride Jeepney (it's not easy as the road is very steep) or ask the staff to call you a cab worth 250 Php one way within the city proper. The place allows outside food as long as you don't bring it out of your room. Overall, this is not recommended for people coming with their Senior citizen fam and those that doesn't have their own car/service.

Worst one I've experienced so far. I get that the rooms doesn't have the same design as the one advertised but I was expecting that they at least have the same size. The room they gave me is so small and dirty. The walls are so thin that you can hear people talking from all sides. I had to ask for fresh sheets coz the one I was supposed to sleep in looks used and dirty. There was a power interruption as well but they didn't have a separate generator that can help the guests take a hot shower. No water on the rooms, not even a bottled ones (which I'm willing to pay). Imagine arriving from a graveyard shift +8hr trip and being welcomed with stress, it was supposed to be a relaxing time for me but nah. I had to look for a diff place to stay the next day, what's sad is.. they didn't refund any of my money (worth 3 nights stay). The view is okay but not enough to help me forget the bad experience. Edit: They replied to my review saying they want to make things right but when I sent them an email about my experience, they didn't reply. Their "We would like to make things right." and "..discuss what occurred and how we might make it up to you" was all just for show. Literally just replied on my review to save face.

Pro’s: Great view of Baguio City. Good place for staycation since it is a bit far from the city proper. Relaxing ambiance . Con’s: Accesibility of the location. I was a bit disappointed with the room I got since the window was small and facing the hallway. I expected a room with a larger window (this was the main reason why I reserved for a Double Room since this was what I saw in the Booking app)I was just too tired when I got there so I no longer made a fuss to request for a room change. The beddings were a bit moist too. Maybe it was because of the weather. Idk. Anyway, i still enjoyed the place .. with the magnificent views outside. Breakfast was also nice and at an affordable price.

I feel bored nothing to do since its out of the city

If you're on vacation mode and just wanna enjoy the cool weather in Baguio, this is the best place to stay. It's like you don't wanna go out and just enjoy the ambiance in the hotel. The fantastic view will take away your worries. This place is far from downtown but I've done my research so everyone was aware. Glad that the staff are friendly, we were greeted with a smile and got help from Kuya Guard with our luggage. The breakfast we had was good too and the hot choco is sooo yummy! With reasonable room price, this is one of the best travel with my family.

First, the location is not convenient. Second, I didn't feel safe in my room since the "window" is located in the corridor where guests pass through, and it has a direct view of the bed. So if the light is on inside the room where I stayed, anyone can see me and whatever I'm doing. The TV and lamp doesn't work and I can hear everything. My neighbors' noise is so loud and the walls are so thin that I can hear everything my neighbors' are doing. I didn't feel safe and I wasn't able to sleep properly. Lastly, the food sucked. It was expensive and not worth it. Never going back there ever again.

The only positive aspects of this place are the view of Baguio City and the friendly staff. It is located far from the city center, deep within a village, requiring a taxi or car for transportation. The rooms are small and musty, with bedding that smells damp; I requested a replacement on the second night. It's advisable to avoid rooms beneath the cafe, as you may be disturbed by the noise of chairs early in the morning. Be prepared for numerous text reminders urging you to check out before noon, starting two hours in advance.

Lacks signages to guide to site. Especially wt the tight one-way looking streets. Lost my way in a very small area! Guard was very helpful in parking. Tiled pathways were very slippery when wet. Almost slipped several times. The wheelchair ramps were better. Room was ok. Tv had only 8 channels. No water at 530am when I was supposed to go somewhere. Just went back to bed. Beautiful resto set up but the worst brewed coffee I've ever had in a resto. Attendants said it was their chef's choice.

The place is gorgeous, rooms are clean and staff are polite and kind. The only issue I had is that internet/wifi connections inside the rooms are poor.

The is spacious. Smelled kinda funky but looked clean and everything was working - except my friends shower. You can hear noise from other people's rooms. Great view. Great design of the place. Pool not working which is sad.

Restaurant is not open 24/7, so you need to order for your food before they close. You are not able to go out late at night because all the lights are off.

The place is superb.. The view & ambiance is amazing whether it is daylight or night time. The place is peaceful & perfect for those who want to chill. The foods at their resto is delicious. They have very friendly & helpful staffs. They are also very accommodating & approachable. Overall, the hotel itself is a hidden treasure in Baguio. This is a very recommendable place..

It is far from the center, you need to get taxi from the hotel for 250 pesos from hotel to session, it is expensive. The view is awesome but the room is not that clean.

Best sunset view in Baguio. The location maybe a little off to travellers without vehicle, but everything needed are already there: good restaurant, mini groceries and souvenir shop. Rooms are clean and naturally cool. Many amenities to hang out with great views: good for working remotely, solitude, group bonding, or for couples.

We love staying here! The atmosphere is like you are at home. It's away from the city proper which gives it an allure of peace with nature within the city. The hosts are always welcoming and nice to us and our queries. Looking forward to staying here :)

We arrived at this establishment a few hours past the check-in time after arriving to Baguio after a 4 hour drive, looking forward to some rest, but instead upon check-in we were confronted with a dirty room. The shower walls were dirty as if they were not cleaned from the previous guest, the shower curtains were mildew ridden and the floors were disgusting. We kindly asked the staff that were checking us in to make the required adjustments, which they promptly did, but it took them an hour to clean and we still had to point out places they missed. We asked to be compted for our troubles and after some deliberation, they agreed to give us a free dinner, which was great... until we later received the meal. We did not have a choice on the meal, they forced us to have spaghetti, after my girlfriend already had spaghetti for lunch. I informed the chef, whom was making the decision for us, that my girlfriend already had spaghetti that day and we wanted to choose a dish off the menu at a reasonable price, of course. We were informed that we could only choose 1 meal and not 2 for the both of us. We decided to wait and talk to the manager the next day to see if they could do better. After a long night of noises all night i.e. people talking, music playing, etc. (the walls are super thin, you could hear your neighbors burping and worst), we just decided not to stay our second night and asked for a refund on the second night. Avoid the hassle and uncleanliness of this establishment and choose another.

The place is superb! The place is amazing and the fog!! The staff are so nice especially when assisting the guest with their needs. They even let us stay in our room first and let us withdraw some cash in town as they do not accept cards, which something I want them to consider too. Going to town cost a bit but you will love staying in this place so much. We had a little difficulty finding the place at night when we came back from the town haha. We almost got lost! But overall, we would stay here again.
