stayed for 2 nights in room 109, a room with one large bed, perfect for couples. It has it's own closet (and hangers), own TV, and CR. I would rate our stay as 5 stars! The strong points of Hotel Henrico Kisad are: 1. Male Staff (Day Shift) is very very very accommodating! He makes you feel really comfortable. He offers assistance and very considerate. 2. Unlimited COFFEE!! 3. Good WIFI Connection 4. Cozy Ambience, Great Delicious Food! These are, I think, what every traveler should know: 1. No jeepneys pass by the nearest highway. (During our stay, haven't noticed one). Which means you have to walk/ take a taxi every time. 2. Not so near to the heart of the city. (Compared to other Inns/Hotels) 3. No signal in our room. And these are the points for improvement: making our room very cold, especially at night.. It will add so much more good vibes and makes your good rooms great.

Very disappointed with this hotel. Sink is leaking, shower knob is broken, and free breakfast could have been improved. For the price of 3.9k with free breakfast (discounted already via booking app), we're expecting for a more decent one than a plain rice, small egg and 3 small chucks of I-dont-know-if-its-tapa-or-adobo (see photo). Atleast they thought of giving us a whole pear. I hope the hotel improves their services.

Basic hotel 🏩 with standard amenities. Hot warm water only available in shower. It's basic standard room for 5pax is what we got.

a budget friendly hotel near the city center,building is new so you can still smell paint, no aircon but you can request for a fan,the staff is very friendly and accommodating 👌. down side is the free breakfast, but all in all still a 3⭐

Me and my friend stayed in this hotel last New Year's Eve. It's cost efficient, clean and spacious. Staffs are very helpful and they are resourceful in referring an affordable local rent a car. We had a great stay.

Basic hotel with basic amenities. Only stayed for half a day as we arrived early morning, and check-in time to our hotel was around 2:00 pm. Offers free breakfast.

Reasonable Chinese owned hotel with super nice staff. Unfortunately some cockroaches in the bathroom and no WiFi in the room.

A nice and simple hotel. Would be morethan happy if they have online booking.

Their house is really good. It's complete with just about anything. The kitchen is complete with everything except appliances. Working ref, has stove. Two bathrooms, and three bedrooms that housed us 13pax. There is also heater in the shower although the faucets are a bit outdated. But it's enough since fighting the cold is more important. All in all, we are satisfied with the service. Our transient hosts are also so nice, too!
